Pathetic !!! No other way to say whats wrong with them. I requested a Rental quote and theres been no response. I got into an Online chat and same experience (Thank you for connecting !!!).. I called their 800# and got forwarded to nowhere and got entertained with Mozart for a full 10 mins.. I was told they are switching servers and theres disruption. WHO RUNS THE SALES here ? It used to be a well run company. Il give up here and find another place, most likely their competition !!

TestEquity has an immense amount of stock products & has partnerships with manufacturers to get you what you need when stock is not available. They have a willingness to work with you through any issue that may arise and see it through until resolved.

First review I ever wrote. Do not use this company. Sent me the wrong probe, then sent the right probe to the wrong address and now fighting with them to remove the wrong probe from the invoice. Totally inept company. Will never use there services again.

Its kind of up in the air with these people. Sometimes you get good customer service sometimes you dont. I have worked with two companies dealing with them. One in Florida, 2600 miles away (a fortune 500 company) and got excellent service when needed. I now work for a private company that is literally around the corner, less than 10 miles from them and cant get them to return a phone call to get a demo to actually buy something. Needless to say I will probably have to continue to do business with them with limited support because they are so close and are a certified vendor for our company. But I would rather be able to go to another vendor to get my Agilent products.
