The beakfast sandwiches are delicious,.on top of the fact that they serve fresh food, even down to the donuts are fresh, this is my secound day and ill be here every morning with bells on.

My favorite donut shop by far. So far Ive only tried the donuts and breakfast croissants and they were delicious. The customer service is also great. Im a repeat customer

Got them through Postmates this morning and O M G! So fresh and delish. Their ham n cheese is a good size and the bread is hearty but still has that croissant flakiness. 🤤

Never been here before and had the Thia Tea w Boba and it is DELICIOUS! Had a honey cruller with my drink and it was so light just the way I like them. The donut holes have the same texture! I will be returning for sure!

I got a dozen donuts. Half of them were over cooked and tasted burnt. The traditional sprinkle donuts we’re good. The maple and chocolate bars were burnt. The maple bar had a very good maple flavor separate from the donut. The jelly donuts were absolutely terrible. The jelly tasted like licking red plastic. Probably from being over cooked.Pros- they take debit/credit, the glaze on the donuts is good and the service was as good as any.Cons- hi expectations from being Moreno Valley’s voted best donut shop and served over cooked burnt donuts.

I love going to get donuts from this place. This is the best donut shop in town. Great staff and they have a great selection of donuts as well as other items.

Donuts are cheap and are soft/fresh every time I come in. Quality and clean price. Very underrated. Great hangout and includes sodas, candy, and ham and cheese croissants.

Pleasant service at both locations (the other is on Perris Blvd). And some of the freshest and softest donuts in Moreno Valley. And the ham and cheese croissant is awesome. If you stop in for a bite and some coffee you wont be disappointed.

I dont want to exaggerate but this may be the greatest donut shop in the world and they have the best iced coffee I have ever had. They are always quick in the mornings and have a very friendly staff that will talk to you about their cool anime stickers too.

Ham and cheese croissants are to die for and the service is incredible.

Went today in the morning, and one of the two girls working there was so rude. I went into trying to buy a dozen and she didn’t even give me time to choose properly. Went up to pay and asked me if that was it and I responded yes. Then ten seconds later she yells at me is that it. Went with about 5-6 Coworkers who told me originally about this place After what happened today, we are all staying away from this place now and telling friends and family to stay away.

Better Be Donuts has the freshest baked goods: from light and fluffy glazed donuts to delicious cake donuts and delectable apple fritters, as well as other standard donut selections - they even have ham and cheese filled croissants that are better than the ones from Starbucks. They are open at 5:30 am 7 days a week and close at 9:00 pm every day except Sunday when they close at 8:30 pm.I usually visit once a week and try to go first thing in the morning when the donuts are freshest and still a bit warm. On a few occasions when I was unable to stop in the morning I called ahead and asked to have my order pre-packed for pick up anytime up until closing, thus ensuring I would have my weekly doughnut fix.The employees are well mannered, attentive, and are quick to help. But be warned; these doughnuts are so good that by closing time there is little selection left from which to choose. If you cant go until late, its best to call ahead to pre order.

Every time we go they have no selection left just left over ones from earlier. We left the last few times. One time because the selection was really limited and there was flies in the display case we told him and he blamed it on people not obeying the sign to keep door closed but there was quite a few landing all over them, gross

Worst customer service ever! The chewing and popping bubbles with her gum really. Dealing with customers come on throw that gum in the trash lady.
