We walked in at 4:15 to order a jacket (they close at 6), not a single person in the store. We were told we needed to make an appointment and couldn’t get one for another week. The door says walk-ins are welcome. We asked if there was any other place around that could help us and she told us to do our own research. Owner was super rude and didn’t like what we had to say so she banned us from the store. I’d much rather drive further and spend my money where they appreciate their customers.

Lindsey @JL Custom Jackets in Moreno Valley was amazing! She was extremely informative & taught my son & I so much about Letterman Jackets & patches. She fit us in for an appt at closing time, around my son’s busy waterpolo schedule & didn’t rush the process & that means so much to me. She also designed a custom patch for my son. Can’t wait to see the results!

May daughter just started HS and lettered out in Var and asked about a letterman. We wdre directed to the schools jacket manufacturing company not JL as the other Co holds the © artwork approved by school. However landing 3 1st place meets for CIF we ordered from JL and the patches are excellent in every way. Ordering process was easy. Customer service not needed but emailed Lindsey a few times and she reaponded even after hours. We will be ordering here for the next 4 years and happy to say out of 3000 students my child was the only one rocking a letterman now everyone wants one so they will be directed to JL.

Quality is great and jacket was ready on the day as promised. Completely custom all the way.

JL Custom Jackets was professional, quick and prices were great! I took my daughter’s letterman’s jacket in to get a couple of add ons done.

This place has no customer service and beware of the girl they have in the front taking your order she messes up alot and then the owner does not want to help you out because she says her employee doesnt make mistakes she wanted me to lay for awhile new jacket I strongly suggest ypu go down the street for your letterman jackets this place sucks

We purchased 3 Letterman jackets from JL. I highly recommend purchasing from them. You can find jackets for cheaper but the quality of JL is well worth the money. They take time listening what you need and offer suggestions. All our jackets were well worth the money spent and it does take time but seeing the end product is worth it.

They were closed when I called. Left a message and still have not gotten a response. I hv been to them years ago for a lettermans jacket for my son for his and had a good experience. Not sure why I cant reach them now

I really recommend JL custom jackets. They did an amazing job on my daughters jacket. Excellent Quality completely satisfied with her jacket my daughter loves it. And love it there prices are awesome!!
