We came home to a shattered patio door and found Dove Glass online. Jacob responded quickly to my message and came out that night to replace the window. He was quick, professional, and kind. Grateful for the quick fix to our problem.

I called for an emergency window replacement they had no one available, but ask me nicely can they come tomorrow morning, and gave me another window guy to help me if I couldnt wait, the way the person was talking so nicely I was like mmm ok ill wait, so I save some extra money I didnt have to spend, and got top of the morning service, just like advise so thank you and your husband and etc for the best service you can give, keep up the great and wonderful work yall provides. Such great friendly service. They are genuinely 24 hours. I called and Lana was able to get everything starting and assess my issue right away. She walked me through everything was very understanding of my desire to shop around but no one else who was 24 or emergency services even responded. She had me all scheduled and got the process started right and other companies still havent even responded to my original inquiry.
