Absolutely love this place. I went to five different hardware stores where I live and they did not have what I needed, went here and they had it. Excellent customer service here and very friendly staff. This place is what all hardware stores should strive to be like. I would without a doubt 100 percent come back here anytime. Forget the big box stores and shopping online, go here instead.

I walked around for 5 minutes never was asked if I needed help till after I found what I was needing. Then asked about the sale and girl at register acted like she didnt know what I was referring to. But other than that it was fine.

Found out this place provides Generac service called and left messages for service tech. After not receiving call back called again and got the service on the phone to only get an attitude from the tech because I called back. After taking his attitude without comment he told me he would call me back to make a service appointment.Well that was 5 days ago and no call back. Not good.

This was my last time going to this store. In July I went here to purchase a stove I had poor service, you would think with 50 people working in a place of business someone could help you right., wrong, we asked for help and they called someone to go to isle 18, well someone came but at the same time my husband and I was entering the isle a another man was entering too and he only was saying what he was getting and the employee assumed he was the person needing help. So my husband asked for what we wanted and he said on they are in this area. So after this experience today Im done. I did get my stove by the way and we paid cash for it at HOME DEPOT. ALL WE WANTED TODAY WAS A STORM DOOR HANDLE. HOUMA HERE WE COME.

Lots of diverse items to choose from. Chemical Guys car care products. Plenty of modern torx drive construction screws sold bulk by the pound at good prices. Much more than a hardware store. Loads of tools. Anything you in need, they most likely have got 3 to pick from.

No offense they may have a lot of qhat others may not. Yet the pricing is just plain silly. Id say if you can wait, just get it off amazon instead. Staff is friendly, yet I also understand this isnt Harbor Freight, but then again I feel like I am paying almost Double forsome tooling, hardware or any other offering.

Visited on day after a hard freeze burst a pipe at my home.(many people their had the same problem) They were very busy but they had enough workers to handle it. They were out of the pipe I needed on the shelf. The associate went and cut the size I needed. I shop this hardware store often. They always have people available to help you find what you need.

They got what you need and at reasonable prices. I was looking for eye bolts and the young man I asked for help immediately dropped what he was doing and walked me to them. Ill start driving to Morgan City instead of going to Pierre Part Store.
