Its a Dollar Store, you get what you pay for. I like the party items. There are a few deals but overall its a good place to shop when your budget is tight.

Very nice except didnt fine what I was looking for, a wall USB charger for my cell phone.

Dollar Tree stores have similar merchandise but this one is my favorite. I didnt have anything in mind when I walked in and walked out with a bag full.

Usually well stocked. Sometimes needs more cashiers, but they are friendly.

Good store for everything for $1

Lots of good deals as always, lots of food, frozen, treats, meats, processed food, chips, cookies, candies, beverages, hair care, lotions, body wash, baby items, party goods, toilet PAPER, KLEENEX, PAPER TOWELs & so much more...for now, due yo corona virus, no restroom access to customers 😒 go to Safeway.

Great selection on so many items!! Store was relatively clean; shelves were in a bit of disarray, although thats sort of expected.

Just WOW! This dollar store is so filthy and disgusting. Floors are terrible and the aisles are a mess. This store has gone down big time.

Why do stores have all those registers yet don’t even use half? I went there the other day and the line was all the way to the back of the store. There was only ONE person at the register who had a physical handicap ok? Where were her coworkers to help?? Ok break? That always seems to be the way. Maybe they need a better system to overlap schedules so you can at LEAST staff more people on the high parts of the day and have breaks fit in when there’s less customers? They can use the google algorithm listed here as reference. It’s not hard when you have less than 10 people or so on your books. I don’t know how many times I’ve went in it’s empty and three people standing at the register with no customers. Then the MOMENT it gets busy they vanish. It almost seems intentional. I love the Dollar Store but dang.

Its the dollar tree. Its fun getting what you need for a buck, but the stuff is not the best. Its really good for certain things. This one is usually clean. Many of the shelves are empty though.

Zero social distancing enforced.When I was in line, the people behind me where right up on me and the cashier couldnt be bothered to ask them to step back...even after we said something.

Dollar tree has been very good for me thru the many years ive been going too it. The store people who work there have been good with me. I like the pretty nice looking hispano women who work there as well. I like hispano women better than white women. Hispanic women stay with their men long er and better than white women do. Yes i like Dollor Tree very good. Amy body who trys too stop me from going there will be delt with by me !!!!!!!!!!! I am a Viet Nam War Veteran. Pretty well stocked for a small $🌲... Friendly workers... Best time to go: weekdays b4 noon (otherwise lines can be long after 3pm)... Lock ur car!- sometimes have men loitering around the parking lot!

Again they had what I was looking for. Another store sold the same thing for $3.00. Easy to spend $$ there.

Waited in a line for 10 minutes because there were only 2 checker with at least 12 people in each line and I get up to check out and he just walks off to take a break and just leaves everyone standing there!! Checker needs to review what customer service is!!

As far as discount stores go, this one is pretty decent. It is mostly organized and almost all of the employees are kind and friendly. However, when they are super busy the store turns into a mess quickly. This store does seam to be understaffed during the busy times. I have noticed this on holidays and in the afternoon after school lets out. They have a decent selection of goods for sale.

Convenient location, ample parking, larger store with more product availability. Seasonal items, household goods, arts & crafts, special occasion items including balloons, groceries, dairy, juices, breakfast & lunch selections, canned goods, cleaning supplies, health & beauty, gardening products, kitchenware & much more all for $1. There is one public restroom available with short wait times.

Please hire more cashiers or train the staff to call for help when the line gets long. Was waiting in a 10+ person line and only one cashier. I felt bad for the cashier!

Its usually really busy because they only have 1 - 2 cashiers available. They need to hire more people. Some things are broken or opened, too. But the workers could be a bit happier.

The shelves can be disarrayed at times. Lots of good deals especially cleaning products. Staff is always friendly.

The dollar tree in Morgan hill is one of the best stores they have the best of every thing for your home

Amazing to see what can be purchased for one dollar! Am not sure if we are ruining our own economy by buying so many things from China, where their workers dont get paid very much. Staff is friendly, but sometimes harried by long lines. I REALLY like the 99c store on 10th St in Gilroy. They have produce there!

Selection isnt bad at all but customer service is severely lacking. I have yet to see all registers staffed and the average wait is around 10 to 15 mins in line. Multiple times credit card readers have gone down and left customers scrambling for cash; when you leave to get cash at the ATM next door, managers will explicitly say you must wait in line again despite their technology being the issue. Hopefully some team members get let go so this store can live up to its potential, until then I advise avoiding this store completely. Believe it or not, at least Wal-Mart treats you well and the prices are identical.

This store is better than the Gilroy Dollar Tree, but its still no match for the 99 cent only stores. They seem to be having some challenges with being properly stocked or staffed.

Obviously great prices, but it all depends on what your time is worth; since they ALWAYS have lines of 15 to 20 people in line at ONE register. It takes a STUPIDLY long time to check out!

Staff are friendly and try, there just arent enough of them. Avoid lunch and after work / school hours for best experience.

As noted by many other reviewers, this place is perpetually in a state of disarray. There are ALWAYS items on every aisle that are mixed in where they dont belong; bins, shelves and product hangers frequently stocked to overflowing on those days when new / replacement stock comes in, to the point where its overflowing into adjacent product space and more commonly onto the floors. [*Take a tip from 99-Cents Only store, Dollar Tree... i.e., assign someone whose express task it is to make continual rounds throughout the store and straighten up / put things back where they belong] The guy whos been manager here (such that he could be considered managing) for at least the last three years, is a joke. Moves slowly, always looks p.o.d about something and conveys such to the customer when asked a question, isnt helpful, and seems generally confused most times. Today, after 3 p.m. when many people tend to head home and do their after-work shopping, the store was its usual madhouse with only one register open and a line of no less than 10 customers awaiting check out. Mgr. FINALLY manages to call another cashier for relief; she turns on her overhead register light signifying that shes open, and the long line of customers then splits, with approximately half of them going over to her lane. Mgr. then comes over and tells her to go to another register. Other customers hear this and head over to said other lane, displacing everyone who initially arrived there first and were already in line waiting for the 2nd cashier to place her cash drawer in the register. This scenario has played itself out countless times that Ive been there in the past. At any other store, the employee would take the time to instruct the next person in line awaiting checkout, to come to the head of the newly opened register, if not even lead them there. While I suppose its unrealistic for a discount retailer like this to be a Target, Safeway, etc. (for example), the least D-T can do is TRY. But this particular Store #2785 hasnt improved a bit in the 3 years since having moved to M.H. So yeah... nine times out of 10, expect a long wait to get checked out of there; and even much longer if a customer wants to purchase occasion balloons filled with helium, for which the single cashier is expected to do as much.

Ive been in many Dollar Trees in many cities and this is the second worst one Ive been in. Its extremely disorganized. Items are constantly scattered around and often hard to find. There is generally only one cashier open and a super long line. And they never have any bags.

Lots of expired food,plus managment sucks,this morning was 2 managers in,one store manager,one shift manager both very,very rude, is ridiculous you pay for an order in advance because you need it for certain time,than they give this actitud to costumers,not ok because of costumers you guys have a job !!!!realize that !!!

This is a larger store compared to Gilroy where I live. I come here often because there is a wider selection. However like the Gilroy store they sell food that are way past the sell date, it is already rancid. I have brought samples to the cashier but the problem still persists. Check the dates of the individually wrapped cookies and you will see what I mean.

Tiny and messy, but good deals await the person willing to rummage.
