Were about to have our first child and wanted our SUV detailed in & out especially because weve been bad and only cleaned it once in the year weve owned it, plus we have a dog that sheds everywhere! I couldnt be happier with the results!! The outside manager and his detailing team did an outstanding job and made our 5 year old car look like a brand new car off the lot! Cant wait to drive our baby in it!

No pride in work. Did not vacuum very good and made a mess with tire dressing. Wheels looked very bad. Not clean. Looked like a bunch of little kids tried to put interior and exterior dressing on getting all over in places that it stained. Dash had dirt and streaks of dressing. Made a mess of my vehicle for $40. Do not recommend at all.

They could do better. I took my car there the other day, overall it was good but I still found spots on the inside that they did not clean and water stains. I appreciate that it was pretty quick, but I would appreciate a complet job more.But it is okay.

The two young men that helped with taking orders were very sluggish, and not attentive to who arrived first and who was waiting around in line. Very unprofessional, they looked so annoyed to be working honestly. I didn’t take any of it too much to heart.. but then after having my truck serviced for “the works” a $35 car wash I was really not impressed with the attention to detail. What caught my attention first was the smell of moldy wet towel or almost a puke smell… my truck did not have this smell previously. And being pregnant my nose is super heightened and I could not even stomach it. The mats were still dirty and dust still present on the dash. I was in a hurry to beat traffic and the slow service Was already a turn off that I didn’t want to turn back around to have to wait for corrections.

Went here accidentally while looking for another nearby carwash. The entrance and progression of the carwash here are confusing. The person who took our license plate down got it totally wrong so I guess if we ever went back (wouldnt though) we wouldnt get loyalty points.Relatively pricey and we had to wait for 45 minutes or so. Car came out cleaner but had some missed spots that werent fixed and there were new scratches all over my car.

This is my first time going to this car wash, so I ordered an exterior washing option to try it out. The workers were fast but the operation seems a little disorganized, especially at the end. My car was behind a car that had a more detail service, a lot of people worked on that car but they kept skipping mine after looking at the ticket at the dashboard. So I thought it should be done but I couldnt get out for a long time until that other car was done. I think the process could have been more organized, as customers who didnt buy the most expensive package are customers too. Someone could have let customers know whether their car was done.I just drove off after the car in front of me left, there was no indication of whether they were going to wipe the exterior windows off, it was still quite dirty, which I am wiping off myself with Windex now. Overall, I was impressed at the beginning but was disappointed at the end. I think unless you want an expensive package, dont come here.

The outside came out great... However, I was disappointed with the interior... they left a lot of dust still on the inside, especially the doors and dash...

If you want your car cleaned up, do it yourself! Worst car wash ever ! Bad customer service! My van came out dirty on the inside and they didnt clean the interior or windows after I paid 35 bucks.

The customer service was terrible today. The guy taking cars in this afternoon gave me a terrible attitude because I didn’t see him telling me to go to the next lane. He was shaking his head rolling his eyes at me while I was pulling up. I asked him what the problem was and he denied it while rolling his eyes. I just left, totally unprofessional.

This is my 3rd time coming here and it will be my last, Ive tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but Ive come to realize the service they provide will always be half done. My truck still had several dirty spots on the outside, and I guess wiping down the inside consoles is considered detailing. I paid for the works and ended up still with a dirty truck.

The guy at the register can use some customer service classes. There was was a gentleman paying and then he noticed a sign that stated there was a senior discount so he told the guy at register the guy completely ignored him and continued with payment then said sorry maybe next time.I paid an extra $20 to have what looked like tree sap removed off of my car. I had to ask that It be cleaned again due to the spots still on the car . I was told that I needed to speak to the manager, so I asked that he be called. The manager was on lunch and told them to tell me to wait......I asked for solution and rag and cleaned my own car then a guy came over and helped.....

Horrible, Horrible, horrible simply the worst place I have ever been to hands down. All I can say to you is horrible! To the owner of this place, you should be ashamed of yourself! Never again.

Quick, but poorly done. Their attention to detail is awful. They missed cleaning the entire truck space of the car even though I purchased the highest package. The rims were left filthy. Also, dirt spots were left on the car. Not worth the money for a wipe down and vacuum that I could do better myself. Go elsewhere.

Car wash is adequate at best. Little attention to detail. In summary, not a great job, but at least its not cheap! Quote for detail on a crossover vehicle was $235! Last time I had a vehicle detailed there it was $75!

They make no vehicle designation between paying for the works $40 and paying for a basic $15... So you get the same end result...cheap My $40 works package included half my window cleaned, half my dash polished, no wheel prep and no vacuuming of the back or cleaning any of the other windows. When they raise their hand saying were done and I was looking at the dirty window, dash, rear windows.. I said are you sure he said yeah okay?, will never go back will not recommend.

Express car wash. I chose the works. Went in on a Wednesday morning so there was no wait. I drove right in and they took care of me right away. Vacuuming could have been better, but what would have taken me half a day took 30 minutes. Saved me time and labor. Worth the cost.

Try this place for the first time ever and was very impressed with the detailing work they did on the car for a reasonable price. I also like their policy that you can use your previous receipt for a discount on your next wash as long as it within a certain amount of weeks of the original wash I think its either 2 or 3 weeks. In fact I think going to have it done later today. its not near where I live but it is near an airport that I teach at so that works very well.

Ive been a customer of Morgan Hill Car Wash for years, and not because of their consistency, great attention to detail, or even their pride in workmanship. Ive remained a customer because the quality of their work, while hit or miss, has been barely adequate, and because of convenience. Today, all of that changed.This afternoon I brought my car to the Morgan Hill Car Wash, and this time they were more than willing to have me drive home in a dirty car. After washing my car there remained huge swaths of dirt and grime on my car which they half-heartedly attempted to clean using a spray bottle of blue liquid and a dirty rag. At this point when it became evident that the manager would rather use his energies to argue instead doing the job over properly, I decided that I didnt have time for his nonsense, so I left....for the last time. As I mentioned before, although their previous work was barely adequate, I have never before requested a do-over, and each time I was here, I tipped well, although its questionable that the tips were well deserved.For my money, in the future it will be more than worth it to drive to the next town to have my car washed, or to simply wash it myself. What a disappointment!

Dont waste your time or money here. The people are friendly but poor service. If the people wiping down the car after the wash see it is still dirty they should send it back through.

I have to say this place is quick a little too quick, they didnt drive my car good enough and I had streaks on my car when I got home and they could have vacuumed a lot better for the price I paid. I got the most expensive car wash for about $35 and when I got in my car there was still very visible dirt and dust in the cup holder and dashboard area which was a very easy to reach area to wipe down. Armorall or something similar was also supposed to be put on the dash and doors and was only put on certain parts of the door. The customer service was also not that great. This was my first time there and I had no idea how to get to the front door, I obviously looked lost and was given no direction where to go, although I am not helpless so found my way. Then the men washing my car did not even acknowledge me when I said thank you. Not even a smile but a very mean stare in return. The gift shop had some cute things though....

Been getting $32 car washes here since 2011. But lately I’ve consistently seen streaks, and smudges on the windows and interior of my suv. Never really had any issues with the quality of work until recently(about a year).

I am satisfied with my experience. I chose The Works package for a full cleaning of the interior and exterior. They told me to leave the car and return after an hour because of the high crowd they had. Obviously the result is WAY better and safer (dont need to worry about scratches and swirls) than an automated car wash but I wouldnt say it was worth $32.95 ($2 more than the standard $30.95 for pickups, vans and suvs). I would still take the car there (once in a month or 2, not earlier too expensive) because cleaning it by myself would take 3 or 4 hours!

Great job with friendly people. I only go here. The downside is everyone in Morgan Hill likes to have their cars washed at the same time, so sometimes they are slammed. Even then, the atmosphere remains friendly and they keep a fast pace.

Horrible service. Did not finish the car as was paid. Didnt even touch the back seats although supposed to vacuum them. A customer has to check twice before leaving the place: some areas of the car could remain dirty.

You can go to Classic Car Wash in San Jose but the prices are extremely high are you can go to the car wash in Los Banos and they dont do a very good job this is Morgan Hill can you need to get a good car wash any good reasonable price this would be the place to go, excellent detail shop.

I went today for the first time. My car really needed a wash inside and out. So I came here as it was the most convenient location for me. I went early on a Tuesday morning so I only waited about 40 minites so no complaints there. BUT I paid for the works because my car needed it and when I looked at my car after the fact, there were still water spots and tree sap on my car. It seems to me they were going for speed and not quality. Im definitely going to need to wash my car at home later this week.

Went during lunch time, and I was expecting a bit of a wait, but it was almost an hour. I love that they do a hand wash, but they did miss quite a few spots on the car after it came out. Going to give the benefit of the doubt and say it was because of the high volume. If you do go, try to go during off hours.

Sign says fast and is in the font of a Classic Car Wash, which are fast. But no.1/2 hour later the car was not even into the wash yet, along with 6 others--most of whom we arrived with. It was not a busy time, perhaps one car pulling up every 5-10 minutes. There were only 4 cars through, 2 very slow employees wiping them down at a snails pace, and 10-12 people waiting outside. So we asked a regular and were told it would take ~30 minutes once it finally got in. 1 hour is not fast.At the half hour point and not even started, I asked for a refund based on the receipt time-stamp. The receptionist was unimpressed with the elapsed time, just shrugging so what? And true to MHSSCW pace, it took 15 minutes to get a refund. Manager to the Front Desk. Wait. Nothing. Wait more. Nothing. Tap fingers. Listen to the building creak. Finally, after suggesting it (nothing else to do) the receptionist went to look at a snails pace (no customers inside, so why not?) 10 minutes later I got a refund.Why so infuriatingly slow? Turns out when they left the Classic franchise they gutted the system (too hard to maintain) and put in a touchless. So basically this is just a long building with a short little gas station like washer. No more wheel spray (for us the main reason to go to a car wash) as we used to have that, but took it out.For all this laziness, diffidence, and delay, at least it is cheap? No, incredibly expensive. The cheapest wash is $15. So thats 3X the cost of the same at various gas stations, and 6X as slow.If you are getting paid by the hour, and spending someone elses money, then this is the place to go. Bring a novel.

Whats the point of paying to get your car washed when you have to do it yourself afterwords? Thats what youll ask yourself after using Morgan Hill car wash. Not a good car wash. Purchased the highest tier they had and was left with a half cleaned up car.

They never did a very good job cleaning and vacuuming inside and I can always find dirt on the outside which isnt fair because I paid for spotless. They need to do a much better job cleaning inside.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I took my truck there today and was helped by Eduardo. I got a car wash plus exterior detail work bringing my total to $45. Not only were the employees extremely rude, the actual service was awful! My truck was still dirty, from the windows to the tires. You could tell that they didn’t even wipe down the dashboard on the inside. It was a horrible car wash and I definitely do not recommend this place.

I want to support Morgan Hill businesses, but this car wash needs help. Ive never seen any significant lines, yet it takes soooo long for my car to get done, and its not even being detailed!The two guys who were suppose to be working to dry and pretty-up my car were distracted with something, while piles of towels just sat on my hood and the water dried on my windows. (There were only 3 cars there, mine included). When all was said and done, I had to ask them to please dry off the drivers side doors before I left. Ugh. I tipped anyway, but left feeling ripped off after paying $30 something for a car wash!The management needs to step up and take a note from Classic Carwash in Campbell, who has never ending lines, and whips out your car in less than 15 minutes looking new again.

While living in San Jose, we would go regularly. After moving out of the area, we make it a point to go back whenever we can. The service you get for the price is great, and if you go when they arent too busy, they get you in and out fast!

I agree you would be better off going to a gas station car wash. I have taken my black Chevy pickup and have to do a touch up when I get home. Also they leave blue lint all over the outside of your vehicle. I would not even rate it average.

After paying 41 bucks for the works, I was expecting a nice and clean car. Except I got a half ass job. Definitely a waste of time and money. Should have read the reviews before going.

I usually take my car to the Village Car Wash in Gilroy, I was impressed by Morgan Hills Car Wash they took half the time and did the same quality of work and the price was the same so if youre in Morgan Hill get your car wash done, if youre in Gilroy bring a book.Also Morgan Hills Car Wash has a very cute little gift center!

On average I have only come here once a year... Maybe every other year... because Im always disappointed with the cleanliness of my vehicle when they finished. Id rather drive to Gilroy for a wash.Today they reached an all time low. I will not come back. My truck looked like a blind person had washed it. There was easily visible dirt left on every panel, and the side steps & fender flares had not been wiped off at all.I pointed out how filthy it was to the guy who had just called me over after he decided he was done drying it. His response was, Oh, well were really busy right now. I guess he thought being busy means the cars dont really have to get clean.I give up. Someone please open up another car wash in Morgan Hill and put this place out of business.

This place is a joke. I watched one employee Rev a nice BMW X3 very excessively as soon as he got into it. Then as he comes sauntering back for the next car from the vacuum area all the other employees just laugh. Then I watched another employee spin the tires of a car he was taking off the end of the carwash line. Worst of all, when they finished my car I noticed plenty of spots that were not cleaned. They didnt even bother to wipe down the interior of my car. All in all a gas station wash would have been just as good and cheaper.

We tried this place prior to looking at their ratings... and that was a huge MISTAKE. We have two SUVs and opted for the Works package ($38 each) and as we got our cars they were both stinking, full of white lint from the towels, car was completely wet outside, windshield full of spots, floor mats werent vacuumed out and the car displays are all smeared with whatever liquid they put on... DONT GO HERE! We complained and no one seemed to care or did anything, now off to another car wash to remove the stink this awful company left in ours. They gave us two free washes, as if we would go back. The cashier just kept saying “there isn’t much I can do in here, just talk to the manager.” The manager barely spoke to me, asked if this was my first time here and never even apologized, he just stared blankly. Worst car wash ever.

Ive been here a half dozen times and its a real gamble whether theyll do a good job. If theyre busy like on sunny weekends you can expect sloppy tire dressings and lousy interior vacuuming. I asked for a simple exterior clean and found my interior upholstery damp and stained with tire oil. If your wheel lips stick out a bit theyll likely get scuffed on the machine track too.

Went to get the full wash and wax, but did not even get past the check-in. Three lanes to check-in and it seems they do not go in order of arrival! Two cars in the left lane, pulled in after I did and they got through... the lady checking in cars did not even care when i said something... Never again.

For the price of is just ok. Depending who is finishing off your car after comes through the wash, it can be a quick bam, than you m am, detail and very sloppy for the price.
