Had to get a new bed due to health issues. Having never slept on an adjustable bed, I only had knowledge based on online research. Paul, my salesman, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My purchase experience was very pleasant. I will be taking delivery of my new bed in a couple if days, and well rate my experience with delivery and product at a later date. Customer service in the purchase was outstanding!

Best time buying a mattress! It had years, like 30+ years, since Ive been to mattress store. First I called the store for directions and Paul gave me perfect directions and in a short amount of time Paul was greeting us with a smile and making me and my mom very comfortable. My mom is 91 years old and needed a new mattress with a an adjustable frame. We told Paul what she needed, he showed us several options and with his help we were able to decide which setup would be best for my mom. Michael Vance worked hard to accommodate our needs. My husband likes his mattress different than mine. I have a medical condition which causes me to use a much softer but enough support ...Sleep number beds was just too much out of our price range.Even with Black Friday specials it’s expensive. Michael did show us it’s possible to get the firmness my husband needed and I, to purchase the softness I needed. We went ahead and purchased extra set of sheets since they are made so well and will fit nicely to our new mattress. So grateful for the mattress protective and pillows added also. He worked hard to keep us close to our budget. If we did not have other expenses with paying off walk in tub for our son that has seizures we could have gone up more in price. I called the store asking to feel a memory foam mattress. Even knowing I was planning on ordering online the salesman told me it was no problem to come in. For 83 extra dollars compared to online I left the store with an adjustable base and the mattress. He spent 40-45 mins explaining the difference between mattress and which ones would be best for my health problems. I highly recommend these guys.

Mattress is great. Had terrible time with delivery. Did not arrive until 9:45 pm. Could not maneuver our driveway. We had to drive our truck down driveway to meet and haul mattress in our truck. Feel as though a set of sheets should be thrown in. Could not sleep on mattress until midnight. Paid cash.

Walked in needing a new mattress, ive had a delivery foam mattress for about 7/8 years. Recently its giving me pains and back issues. I did my research, most mattress nowadays are 1700 and more. I wanted to actually go and test out in person . I was immediately greeted by Michael, i told him what i did and didnt want, he grab a pillow and paper towel for my head (hygienic) for me to try, he lead me eventually to Stearn and Foster mattress (which i instantly loved), it was 1800 but free delivery, pillow, mattress protector, and a 10 year warranty. I eventually bought it a few days later. Delivery date about 3 weeks away (special order).Im very grateful for Michaels guidance and knowledge, im very excited about my mattress and cant wait!

I purchased a mattress set from “Bradley” in (2017) the first experience was amazing and I really satisfied with my purchase. (Needless to say Bradley has moved on.) I went to purchase two new sets, my experience was horrible. It was so bad I just calmly walked my self back to the exit, and never looked back. I was sending a family member there to purchase also, let’s just say they didn’t want that same experience. Now I’m looking for a great mattress store.

Having recently purchased a Kingsdown extra firm mattress that turned out to be the WRONG mattress for us, I can honestly say that Sam did an excellent job of helping us get a replacement in a timely, cost effective manner! We were pleasantly surprised by how much customer service was afforded us!

Sam helped me pick out a firm mattress quickly and easily. With upcoming back surgery he made sure to show how the adjustable base worked to make getting out of bed as pain free as possible. This place rocks.

I wish I could say that I either loved or hated my mattress. After purchasing my mattress Sunday, 1/29/17, I still havent been successful in having my mattress delivered. I was told that the mattress would be delivered Tuesday, 1/29/17, between the hours of 10am to 7pm. This is not customer friendly to the people that work. I was giving a tracking website, so I would know within 2hrs of delivery time. After having to check the tracking throughout the day, while I was working, and having to make arrangements, so I could leave when the delivery truck was near, I received a telephone call mid-afternoon stating that the truck had wrecked and my mattress delivery would have to be rescheduled. I was offered two memory foam pillows ($79.00 value for both pillows) for my inconvenience and promised that I would receive my mattress today, Friday, 2/03/17, and that the mattress would definitely would be delivered. Today, I again went onto the tracking website to discover my mattress was not on route. After calling the store, I discovered that there was an error made on rescheduling my original delivery. I was again apologized to and offered $100.00 off my purchase with another promise that my mattress will be delivered Tuesday, 2/07/17, 10 days after my purchase. I have started looking at other mattress companies and considering canceling my order. After already making arrangements with work to be able to leave to meet the delivery personnel twice, I am not sure that I have faith in Mattress Firm, to make arrangements the third time. I have learned my lesson not to purchase from a company that does not have in-store products.
