Cant even begin to tell you how dissatisfied I am with this stores customer service my husband walked into the store to purchase a new phone and the lady wouldnt serve him.He further stated that he isnt going to continue to do business with this phone dealership any longer...He feels as if he would be of Hispanic descent she would have been more adbiding to a loyal customer....

The service is awful I went up to school in Banner Elk they told me when I ask that I would have service the hole 4 weeks I had none when I called an ask why the girl told me she didn’t know why and be careful when u buy a reuse phone cause when the one insurance is gone it cannot be re in stated or ur phone can’t be unlocked to change service I’m stuff with two iPhones and switch servers when I go back to school

I bought a new galaxy j7 perx from this boost mobile store on a monday. I realized on wednesday (2 days) that i wasnt getting 4g lte coverage. So I went back to the store and they informed me that it was a sims card problem. My phone has no water damage no physical damage what so ever, and they informed me that they didnt have a return policy. i had the receipt, the box, everything. They wouldnt even exchange me another phone just like the one i bought only 2 days before. i contacted corporate boost who has been more than helpful. But this local store is giving boost a very bad reputation.
