My mother bought and I bought mega millions tickets here on January 18th. After the drawing on January19th, my mom saw that she got 3 matching numbers, but not the megaball. The mega millions website indicates that she should have won $10. When she went to claim her prize around 2:17, on January 21st the clerk told my mother that she didnt have a winning ticket and did not give my mother her ticket back. My mom called the station and the woman who answered the phone was the one who took her ticket, and when my mom asked to have her ticket returned, she said shed need to ask her manager about it. Neither of us care too much about the money, but after this experience, we dont have confidence in the integrity of the cashiers that work there.

When your sign says two for $5.... you should honor it. Wouldnt complain if this wasnt the 4th incident. This is why I dont bother. Others honor the sign and correct after the customer leaves, not shrug shoulders and say be oh theres a sign while charging me full price...I put more effort in this posting...than you put be into promotion upkeep.

I give gate petroleum this review because I used to work here. I personally know how everything works here. Convenience; check. Dont personally recommend the car wash unless you want an issue to maybe ruin your day. Which makes me think its a good idea that their opening a new car wash beside gate. People change a lot which is unfortunate because gate customers bond with the employees and create friendships. The employees really do make or brake the gate petroleum experience. Gate doesnt allow their customers to pump then pay but i promise its not the employees fault or decision. I blame corporate. Most of what customers dont like about gate is usually because of corporate and Ive tried to make that place a lot better because of the feedback I get from my old customers but corporate will do what corporate wants to do. Love this place and will love it till I die.

Unorganized, trashy, and vulgar employees. Definitely will never be back there. While in there choosing a breakfast sandwich, I walked up to the counter, where I was told I had to put it back because she “hadn’t heated them up yet, her bad”. Quite annoying dealing with teenagers while trying to do what I need to get done.

No masks on anyone employees or customers walking in. Poor service. So disappointing

Im new to the area and looking for a gas station that sells ethanol free gas? I need it for my mowers and motorcycle. Ethanol is bad for small engines.

Mostly friendly staff but their was one employee who checked me out around midnight July 16 that was completely rude to me.

Staff are usually friendly and prices arent too bad.

I love it, it helps alot
