She suggested the brow tint today and it looks sooooo good!! Highly recommend her! I love Austin!! He is such an amazing hair dresser! He has cut my hair and my daughters hair. He really knows what he is doing with our textured hair. I also want to point out that he put color in my hair and my hair bounced right back. Right now my hair feels so light and my curls/waves are thanking him for such a job well done. I cannot say enough good things about my salon experience today! I booked an appointment with Austin for a haircut and perm. I hadnt had a professional touch my hair in five years and recently moved from Georgia so, needless to say, I was pretty nervous going into this appointment. However, the minute I sat in his chair, I was extremely relaxed. Talking to Austin was like catching up with an old friend! I told him what I was looking for and he absolutely nailed it. This Ulta location is about 50 minutes from me but well worth the drive. Im so excited that I found my new hairdresser on the very first try and Ill definitely be recommending him to everyone I know. Just went to here today and had to leave a review. I absolutely love the Ulta in Morganton! The girls there are so amazing and are always ready to point you in the right direction. It is a small ulta but the only one closest to my house. My nieces love going there I never have a bad experience when I shop there.

Staff was very helpful in getting the things that i needed fitte people for Christmas. They definitely know what theyre doing!

Loved all the young ladies that helped me with what I needed. Her advice was about which eye primer I should purchase and she was 100% on the money. Not to mention she helped me save time and money by helping me get what I REALLY needed. Thanks ladies!

I had the absolute best experience at this Ulta store!! The staff was extremely helpful. I got a color match and honestly he did my makeup better than I could of. Best Ulta employees Ive ever encountered! Answered all my questions and explained tips and advice. I highly recommend this store.

I was here for the manager, Chelsea. She runs that store flawlessly. All the women are nice. Stores are always clean! Love it.

I love Ulta! However not the Morganton heights location. They are incredibly rude. Since theyve opened back up they dont want you touching anything and are condescending about it. I would blame this on race since that seems to be the universal blame all but Im above that and just feel the employer was just that ...condescending. Ulta, have a workshop on customer service. You can certainly do better than that! However Ill be ording online from here on out.

So I go to Ulta in Morganton onJuly 10th spend over $200.00 wasnt sure about a certain perfume so I Bought the roll on smaller version to see if I like. I get home and there is maybe less than 1/3 in the bottle. I live in Granite falls (30 min drive) I drive back up to Morganton the next day to show and get the full size since I liked it. Receipt in hand, the girl looks at me and says..Ill return THIS time but not again. Im like in awwe. I said.. what do you mean. You guys should have checked it before I left. I went on to say..if youd got home and it was empty would you have not returned it. Really ticked me off as if I drank the stuff or something. Needless to say..they should have checked it before I left and this is very poor customer service. Needless to say I will not return and spend my money in that store.I will spend my money in a store that has decent customer service.

I have never been more happy with my trip to Ulta. I have to drive about 20 to 30 minutes to get to Ulta and today it was definitely worth it. Ulta in Morganton lost alot of money today! 2 of the store associates asked me if i needed help. The first associate that ask, I told her i needed face serums. She led me in the right direction. The second associate asked if i needed anything, I said No! Then she followed me thought-out the first 2 rows. Then she asked if i needed a basket, i said No! Sheproceeded to follow me again. I went to the next isle, she followed me there. I caught her watching me numerous times. I eventually got up and said IM TIRED OF BEING WATCHED AS IF IM GOING TO STEAL SOMETHING!! I threw the items down that i wanted to purchase and left. I will never go there again!!!

This company is horrible. At this store location I was given a huge attitude for refusing to give my phone number while trying to make a purchase in cash.The company has an unhealthy obsession with their rewards points. The points are an absolute joke since neither their rewards nor their coupons are applicable to any brands I actually use.I attempted to order my face wash online so as not to deal with unprofessional and rude store associates. $40 of my merchandise was missing from my package, even though the invoice said it contained 6 items. I called and was told I could get the missing items in 5-8 business days. That is a long time to wait for my missing face wash that I am running out of.I was then told they would ship it at no cost to me. I was like 👀Gee, thanks for shipping me products I paid for that you previously left out of my package, that I now have to wait for almost 2 weeks to get, if ever....without charging me.....I never even got an apology until I requested to talk to a supervisor, hoping they could expedite my package. They were unavailable...Absolute waste of my time and money. I will never spend my money here again.

I was very disappointed with the service. I was looking for a particular item and asked the cashier. She didnt even look up from her phone. Simply told me that they didnt have the item. This isnt the first time I have been treated this way at this store. Will not be back, will not recommend

I dont intend on getting my hair cut here again but if I return for other services I will revisit this review. I just fell through the cracks and since it wasnt the first time I was very mad.Original: This review is for the salon and the scheduling software. First of all, they offer two different kinds of hair cuts with two different sets of pricing. One is for a more experienced hair stylist. This makes sense. But regardless of what the stylist costs, they offer a regular hair cut or one with additional services (such as a treatment, for instance). I have discovered that if you schedule online for the treatment, they wont give it to you but will charge you for the more expensive haircut. Also, the scheduling software enables you to schedule for appointment slots that they dont offer (late in the evening). Finally, when an employee leaves (Im not talking about that day or week, I mean weeks before your appointment) they claim to have no way to know whether or not youve confirmed and they will call you the same day and tell you you can reschedule with one of them (for more money!). And every time they get defensive about how its not their fault, its the scheduling system. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

The workers are very nice there and remember me (not by name, but my likes/dislikes/if I havent been there in a while, etc). This makes me feel comfortable there and like I am part of the family there.Also, Kristen at the Salon is AMAZING! Highly recommend her!!

Alicia helped us pick out a foundation and was very helpful! The assortment of different makeup brands is nice, it is a little on the pricey side but it is all good make up and skincare products!!

I went into the store looking for something that would help conceal my aging skin. When I went to look for somebody to help me, they were all applying their own makeup in the customer mirrors instead being readily available to help me. When I finally was able to get the attention of a one of the workers, she acted bothered to help me and that I was wasting her time. Needless to say I left the store feeling disappointed and hurt, with even more faith lost in the rottening generation of young adults. Instead of training employees about makeup, maybe focus on teaching them respect first.

A couple of the employees know what theyre talking about when it comes to skin care and makeup. On the contrary, I got the impression that theres no real concern about the consumer. I feel that the only thing that matters is how much they are going to spend. The employees push things upon you that you do NOT need. BUYER BEWARE! Be firm in your stance. Dont allow ULTA to spend your hard earned money. They know how to sell their products. Ulta employees will say things like that color looks beautiful on you. OR Thats going to give you a perfect complexion! Talk to Devon or Sherry.I recommend directing all of your questions to those two girls. The rest are just out to make that sales quota.

The manager George there is amazing! He is super helpful and honestly guides you through products. I have very sensitive skin he gives his honest opinion about the products. Hes very genuine.

I didnt catch his name, but the gentleman with the beautiful blue eyes made my day with his energy and kind words. I am from out of town..was making an emergency ULTA stop during an otherwise stressful day and he went out of his way to compliment my makeup and handbag..sweet as could be 11/10
