I have a uhaul rental with this location as the pick up. I called to ask a question about my rental and was greeted HORRIBLY. The gentleman who answered the phone said “hello” with no professional greeting. Naturally being confused, I tried to verify I was calling the correct place and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He ended up hanging up on me when I mentioned his attitude. I’m calling uhaul right now to switch my location.
