Joey and the mechanics in the Service Department are very knowledgeable and professional.My mower was diagnosed within minutes of dropping it off. No wonder they are #1 in Burke CTY.

Tried to buy a Craftsman handle torsion spring 532123782 part# 737-0925. I had the old spring with me. MTD made millions of these. Jr. said without the model number he couldnt help me. I went to midway and they handed me one from behind the counter for $3.00. They use to be a young lady at Burke outdoor that would have done the same thing but may cost more. Customer service in not good, anybody that has worked on mowers for years should recognize most common parts.

If you need repairs, go somewhere else! You could drive 100 miles away and still come out better then what you will get at Burke Outdoor with their horribly over-priced repair costs. Not only that, but it might take them months just to get you a basic evaluation and they rarely even answer their phone. I had a repair done for $35 that they wanted to charge over $120!In short:-Poor customer service-Ridiculously overpriced repairs-Poor turnaround times-Would only trust them with the most basic of repairs

Burke did a great job on the deck of my mower and actually cost me less than what they quoted. USed mower for a month since work was done and has performed flawlessly.

I have always felt that they were way over priced for in-store items and especially with their labor. After my visit today I still believe that. With that said they always do excellent work and very few times over the years have I had to have something re-checked.Stay Safe Everyone - We are not out of the woods just yet.

Wanted to shop local for new lawnmower so I went to Burke Outdoor. I had to bing the brand new lawnmower they sold me back 2 times within 8 weeks for repairs. The second time I brought it in they charged me for the repair. I was told grass and a stick got caught in the belt and for some reason that was my fault. I used the mower maybe 6 or 7 times before it broke down twice. I reached out and voiced my frustration and got a sorry about that. Back to Lowes or Home Depot my business goes.

The staff talked me through working on a mower for 35 minutes on the phone. They did not get paid to help me they did this out of the kindness of there hearts just to help. In the world we live in today that says a lot, absolutely amazing people! I truly thank you for your time and effort for helping me.

Nice helpful folks. Went in for a leaf blower. Sales person was very helpful. Was in there less than 15 minutes. Had what I needed and was on my way. Stihl equipment of course! The best.

Customer service isnt great only got call back back I made perverse review. Reason for part not being there is covid. But If you dont have parts then how can you work on anything there? Dont have any clue why you cant answer the phone.

I dont hate it. They just gave me the wrong size fuel line for my chainsaw.

Never answers the phone, or will not call back when inquiring about a new mower.

The staff was informative, and helped me through my problem very quickly. They even showed me how to install the pieces that I had bought for free because I had never done it before!

Have done a great job of working with me getting my new Ferris 3200z dialed in. Tracking is off but there fixing it along with a noise in the front left side. Very nice people. They will take care of you!!

Dont understand how it didnt make it on the work order because I watched the person write down what I wanted done to my mower, but seven weeks later I go to pick up my mower and work has still not been completed on it. it looks like its been left outside for the seven weeks theyve had it sort of rusty.

Superb service! Very accommodating and friendly.

It was ok but being the only small engine shop in Morganton they are expensive and they are not stocking older model equipment. If its 5 or more years old they have to order the part or cant get it. I got a perfect chainsaw that I cant get the parts for and I am not able to afford the new mowers or chainsaws.

Go here for my lawn mower parts, the prices are the same or better than online dealers.

Thank you for refunding the charge and looking into the repair. I will be back to drop off the mower to be covered under warranty.
