Is awful place I think they treat there customers bad John Greene walks around like he is it he smarts off his customers and tell them to come back and the people works there they just sat at there desk do nothing they was no customers call ahead dont know why one the customer was in town he would stop get his supplies we live 28 miles from this place when we go town we take of everything my husband Danny is on a c pap he took he took his mask john Greene wouldnt even look at it how bad it wasJohn Greene is smart butthe acts like he is better than anyone

Awesome place for medical supplies with great customer service!

As far as i am concerned this is THE PLACE to go for any medical supplirs anyone needs. They know what they are doing and how to serve people. For instance my husband had a order to get a hospital bed into another medical supply place that i will not mention altho i should to let people know exactly what they dont do for people. Anyway this particular place had the order for 8 months and kept saying the insurance wouldnt pay for it. I finally decided to mention it to Total Home Care and i could not believe the fasr service. I talked to them on Friday evening and they had order faxed tp them and my husband had bed at house set up on Monday before lunch time. So yes these people know there job and do it well.Thanks to all at Total Care.

Refused to sell parts to fix a wheelchair, because they want to charge me a fortune for a repair.
