Zach was fabulous and provided superb customer service. That mattered because my sister, her dog, and I were stranded with a busted tire and driving on a donut while we were trying to get back to Maryland. Zachs courtesy and calm was helpful to us in our situation. He demonstrated a Goodyear can-do attitude. And he and the company delivered! Thank you!

I was detailing my son’s car today when I noticed a nail in one of the tires. He is returning tomorrow from his honeymoon and has to drive back to DC. The Goodyear guys got me right in (on Memorial Day) and had the tire repaired and a blinker bulb replaced within an hour. Always great, honest service from this establishment.

John is great. The whole team is professional and honest and trustworthy. They diagnosed my tires and alignment contacted me with a quite and all the work was completed same day. I also get my car inspected there and always receive great treatment.

Went in to get all 4 tires changed on my Subaru and didnt realize the package that I went over on the phone didnt include an alignment and the mechanic was able to work out a very comfortable price while still getting the things done that I was originally expecting to be included. On top of all other things I was able to schedule and get my appointment set for just the next day! Would highly recommend and have been going here for years! You might pay a little more but you wont be sold parts you dont need!

I came in to Goodyear to seek assistance with a tire that was having a slow leek. They found out I had some nails in my tires and took care of it right away. Jef Davis is the best!!!!

GoodYear took GREAT care of me. I just went in for an oil change and ended up getting an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They made the whole experience smooth and affordable (they even applied coupon codes without me having to ask)! Highly recommend these guys.

Don’t ever go here! This place is very dishonest and just out to get you. Incredibly overpriced as well. Took my car in for a state inspection and they told me I needed to get inner and outer tie rods and ball joints replaced on both front tires in order to pass. I took it somewhere else and it turns out I only needed to get an inner and outer tie rod changed on my passenger side front wheel. Just looking at the tie rods on one wheel alone, they were charging double the price as the other place. Goodyear gave me an estimate of $2000 for all that work. The other place only charge me $420.

Had an alignment performed on truck here in September had issues with the alignment in February took to a local shop and all the bolts and nuts was loose. Which caused damages to the tires as well as put people at risk. When service is done to a vehicle expect it to be safe to drive when completed. Shocked when other shop technicians asked me to come to alignment bay and asked to check tightness of bolts. Wearing out a set of tires is costly but cheaper than the loss of a life. Unbelievable

They were wonderful! Got tires rotated and inspection quickly. Not to mention they were all very entertaining and made the time go by quickly. Breath of fresh air to see people in a good mood at work these days. Highly recommend.

Went in for a state inspection for the Wifes car. Simple transaction with no problems or issues. Took about 20 minutes once they got it from the parking lot. I highly recommend an appointment (I made one on their website) since they are usually pretty busy. The state inspection only cost $14.66 ($3.00 sticker fee, $11.00 labor, and $0.66 sales tax) when all was said and done. Will return when I need this service again!

My family has 5 cars among myself, my wife and daughters, so its incredibly important for us to keep them running and running well. Zac is my go to guy for car repair. I can always rely on him for timely repair at a reasonable price... and have it done right the first time. He and Jeff are the reasons that make Goodyear my first choice when any of my vehicles need service.

Ok they were fast, replaced all 4 tires in about half the time I expected, the price was average....however in doing so my rims are now scared and damaged with deep grooves. Now then I take obsessive care of my car. I wash and detail it twice a week since moving here thanks to the coal ash. So I know exactly how much road rash my rims had. 2 rims prior to going here had slight road rash thanks to the prior owner now all 4 are scared pretty bad with one having some serious deep and highly noticeable damage from far away. The vehicle also now pulls slightly left where before hand that day it held a straight line like it was on railsEdit/update: got in contact with customer care who where very helpful in helping me get this resolved. Also met with the store manager who has set me up to get the rims worked on.Update 2: they have made good on everything that has happened except the rim repair. due to an issue with another visit and catching it before leaving they made it good with an oil change no cost to me so kudos for putting in the effort to make good on issues when they crop up.re updated my star review to 4 stars as Im still waiting on the rim repair. however if that goes as well as everything else Ill rerate at 5 stars once its completed

I had a hiccup at this store in December of 2018, I decided to give them another opportunity because I’ve only ever used Goodyear. I called in, talked with John Kendall who instantly remembered me, and my Jeep from a year prior. He and everyone at the store did everything possible to ensure I got the best deal, and absolutely made right by me. I would like to thank John and his crew of guys for their professionalism, caring, timely service, and great experience with them. I would recommend Goodyear to anyone, and know John would do everything possible to impress his customers the way he did me.

I got a flat on a Friday evening and was only able to make it into the shop 20 min before closing. John and Bryan went out of their way to make sure I got a fresh tire on and made sure everything was done right, too. They were more than happy to help me out and I’m very thankful for their amazing service. These guys have continued to do good work for me.

Had some tires installed, as well as an alignment and inspection completed here. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They completed the services I requested in a timely manner with no issues. They even gave me a discount on the services during checkout. I didnt ask for the discount the service manager just applied it to the service, so that was cool. The lounge area is a bit dated, but thats ok, theres free coffee! I will defiantly return in the future. Highly recommended.

They tried to trick my wife into buying brakes and drums that I had changed less than 3 months ago during an inspection. They were trying to mark up everything %500. Absolute garbage service and wont return.Update I went to a different station and they confirmed everything was fine.

We took our Honda Pilot to have a tire repaired and told E. Zachary Roscoe about an unrelated noise the vehicle had been making. He took it upon himself to investigate the noise after repairing the tire and discovered that an engine cradle mount bolt was loose, which he tightened. We were told by a different shop that it was something completely different that required upwards of $1,000 in repairs. Not only did Zach ensure the safety of our family by fixing the issue, he saved us the unnecessary expense of replacing multiple parts and labor that were not needed. Thanks, Zach!!

Ran over a screw that went through my sidewall, needed 4 new tires, but I had to be at work in the next 2 hours. These guys are awesome. Not only were they able to help me out as soon as I walked in the door, they had gotten all 4 tires mounted, balanced, and aligned and our the door in about 1.5 hours.

They botched my oil change. Put in 2 quarts of oil instead of 4. This made me unhappy and harmed my car.

I sincerely wish I had chosen this business years ago for my automotive needs. Clean, professional workspace and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I watched them help a young lady and they did it free of charge. When I saw that, they earned themselves a repeat customer.

Called to set up an appointment to replace one tire. The man who answered not only gave me advise I wouldn’t have known otherwise which saved me tons of money, but gave me the name of another business who could help. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

On a long family toad trip Firestone did not properly torque the lugs on my tires. We had 2 tires come lose while driving. We pulled into Goodyear and they took care of our vehicle right away. Jackie was courteous and accommodating. Shes a real asset to your business and she should most definitely receive praise for her excellent service. In the bell curve that is customer service she definitely made it one worth remembering.

Pleased with experience for wheel alignment. Waiting room is clean and open allowing customers to wait patiently for work. Staff was straight forward with service provided and able to work in appointments effectively.

Dropped car off for alignment around 2pm. They called me at close to closing time and told me they couldnt do the alignment because the passenger side front outer tie rod adjustment sleeve was seized up. I told the manager that I just replaced the outer tie rod myself with a Moog Made In USA outer tie rod. I told him with all due respect.... You have a bunch of incompetent employees. I told him I would show his employees how to adjust the sleeve. Hahaha !! Dont waste your time or money here. Take it to a Dealer instead. These guys are clowns.

Set up an appt at this location because I had a coupon for a free oil change, and the person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. With the amount of customers waiting when I arrived, I was surprised with how quickly they had me out of there after my oil change. They also let me know of any issues I might want to look into with my truck in the future, but werent pushy in any way. Great experience, will be back.

Four years ago I purchased a three-year alignment plan because, as everyone in or around Morgantown knows, West Virginia roads (especially here) are terrible. It has more than paid off, because after hitting one new pothole after another, my car invariably ends up needing aligned. Again. Its far better than paying out the nose for each and every alignment. Plus, the service is amazing and the staff is never pushy. Quite the opposite: they are friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Because of this, I recently renewed my three-year plan—and have had my car aligned twice in the last two weeks.

Back in 2014, they scammed me. Selling me used tires and claiming they’re new. Goodyear integrities with just 5/32nds of tread left.2015 buying more tires from them, actual new tires this time. KellyKS tires. But they said in order to align my car, i need aftermarket camber bolts for the rear. Then showed me a ridiculous price tag. It was a 2009 toyota prius. The rear end is welded. There is no alignment adjustments.2016 father bought their alignment plan. The guy that worked during the week always aligned the vehicle to be pulling to the left on the road. They aligned my prius like that also. Since we had the alignment plans, we go back on a weekend. Aligned vehicles again. They seem to be driving straight but the prius after about a thousand miles, tore through its whole tire tread from improper alignment.I quit going there.Just earlier yesterday(2020), my friends went there to get a minivan inspected. They claimed front struts and rear shocks needed to be replaced in order to pass inspection. We proceeded tell them the rear shocks are brand new. As of January 8th. They said they arent OEM and need replaced.ACDELCO is an OEM manufacturer.BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE VISUALLY VULNERABLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS. THEY PUT RANDOM ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE FEES ON YOUR BILL AND WHEN YOU HAVE A FLAT TIRE, THEY OFFER TO SELL YOU NEW ONES EVEN IF THEY KNOW YOU GOT COVERAGE BY THEM. THEY ARE NOT AFRAID TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR IGNORANCE. STAY AWAY!I’m filing a complaint to the FTC

Their repair service is way overpriced. They were reputable at one time but now they seem to have an all new staff. I used to buy all my tires there. Now I wont be back ever.

Amazing experience. I went there for my 2008 Honda Accord State Inspection and they took care of it right away. It has more than 90K miles so I was worried that I will be charged big bucks before they OK the car. Guess what they were extremely honest and told me everything is OK with car from state inspection stand point. I would definitely go there next time for my car needs as they are the most honest people around (I was quoted anywhere from 1000 to 1500 dollars) from other places before they OK my car for state inspection. Thank you Goodyear once again.

Very pleased with service. I got a flat and went in for the free tire repair that Goodyear advertises. I half-expected theyd tell me my tire needed replaced, but after finding a piece of metal stuck in it, they just patched it for free! Service was fast, and the waiting room was clean and had free coffee and water bottles.

Zach scheduled me for a flat repair. I thought the tire bead had failed. They found a bolt in the tire, removed it, and fixed the flat. I’m very impressed by the service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The store manager and some of his employees are jokes. The store manager is a coward. If you have an issue, he sends you away or runs to his office to hide. Do not let Jay work on your vehicle. He will try to scam you like he tried to do on me. The only good mechanic is Adam, but you should just go somewhere else. Avoid this place or you will be there 4 out of the past 6 days trying to fix their mistakes.

Not impressed, tried to charge our leasing company for 2 sets of tires when we only had one set. Caused an issue with a distrust of our driver who is a great person. We will find another location to do our business.

I went to Goodyear Auto Service to get a flat tire fixed. Unfortunately the tire was unrepairable and the team made sure to show me my tire and clearly explain to me why the patches would not work. I had to get four new tires because my vehicle is 4WD and the tread was worn down on my other tires. The team got me the best price possible on the tires and balanced my vehicle as well. While I waited I was even invited to join them on a trip to Shoneys with some who were going to lunch. Everyone who works here is so kind and amazing! A great place to go if you have tire problems.

Please be careful if you go to this establishment. My son had his car checked out before he went on a 1700 mile road trip. He made it about 60 miles before his car started shaking and sounding like it had a helicopter inside. He stopped and had someone look at it and his front tires were about to fall off. The lug nuts had not been torqued down, so they were slowing unscrewing as he drove. He thought he was doing the right thing having his car looked over before leaving. So be very careful if you go here or be prepared to double check all their work on your own.

WARNING TO ALL: My fiance took his car here for a routine oil change and they did not properly secure the oil plug. This made the car drain of oil while he was driving down the interstate and completely ruined his engine. The Goodyear headquarters itself was very professional and worked with my fiance on making a settlement for a Blue-book value of his vehicle and paid for a rental car for him for more than a week, which was a very good thing. However, be cautious of this particular site due to the lack of attention to the vehicle during the oil change, and then how they handled the claim process. My fiance was unfortunately lied to multiple times by the team members at this service center, and they they did not file a claim until my fiance called the Goodyear headquarters himself to explain what was going on - a week after the incident. As I said, no harsh feelings towards the Goodyear company as a whole due to the speediness of the claim process and the way that the headquarters handled the situation once they were informed, however, use caution at this particular service center.

After new management has taken over service has gone dramatically downhill. Very disappointed since my husband and I have been taking our vehicles here for over five years. Gave them several tries after the management change and they have made us wait hours just for inspections and oil changes. Will definitely be finding another mechanic.

We stopped here on a road trip on our way to Cape Cod, Mass. We had been losing tire pressure and realized in Morgantown that there was a nail in the tire. Another shop in town refused to repair the tire, instead insisting that we purchase one (which they did not have in stock.)The folks at this location not only repaired the tire, but did so extremely quickly considering that they were very busy when we arrived. We drove to our destination and back (about 1600 miles, give or take) with no problems.Im pretty sure that the store manager, Mr. James Moore, is the person who assisted us at the counter. Very courteous and understanding. We were in and out in less than an hour. Very positive experience considering the frustrating circumstances.
