Price kept going up $10 for the last 4 mo. We paid bf its due and was told they prorated our bill for pay early but we had a set payment package. So our pkg was 129. After contract ended it went to 149. They added equip. Cost. $30. &gov. Fee. $25.. our July Bill was 211. Aug. 226. Sept. 228. Called to get a smaller pkg. They offered $5. Off. If I were a new customer it was $99. We had been a customer since 1989. We were going to put it in another name but they said we have to wait 30days after disconnect. So we decided to disconnect and go with a different company. Saving $$!
Was in and out in no trouble, I payed my bill on there machine it was fast and easy.
Took care of my problem very fast. I ordered 6 cameras online over a week ago and still have not received them stopwd in this store and the gentleman took care of the problem by giving me the 6 cameras that I ordered and if the ones I ordered online ever to return to store

Booked an appointment LIKE YOUR WEBSITE STATED and went in on time only to be told by a terribly rude and dismissive associate THAT WE DIDN’T NEED AN APPOINTMENT!! On the website when you make an appointment it asks to state why you are coming in and to include a phone number to text us if there’s a problem. The “associate” told us OH WE DON’T READ THOSE!! It would be nice if your website and your in-store associates could be on the same page… So if I could give ZERO STARS, I would. No one is ever accountable for anything anymore. She said YOU KNOW WE HAVE NOT HAD 4K BOXES FOR MONTHS— So maybe, had they read the appointment notes, they could have saved our time and gas money!! So frustrating and disappointing. What’s new…
Our service has been bad for some time and after the last storm many services were cut off, today all sevices are down except a statement they will be back shortly. When I tried to contact the Morgantown office your auto system took over failed to even offer speaking with someone then ended the call. Your customer service is worse than something a honey dipper would refuse to touch. By the way the one star is only because anything less is not allowed.
The only reason I gave it a one star is because I couldnt give a zero. Will be changing to a different service real soon.....

Went there to check out the deals they have on IPhones and Joyce hooked me up with a iPhone 12 and got everything set up for me! Great service and definitely recommend for your mobile needs. Another salesperson even pit my screen protector on I didn’t catch his name though

Like others have said; It’s a monopoly. The service constantly goes in and out and the cost certainly doesn’t reflect the quality.
I have never received such terrible service from any business web sight says they are open you go there nobody there next day you call and check yes they are open so you go there there is somebody there but building is locked those people wait til they think you have left and pull out of the lot without helping you you call and schedule an appointment nobody shows up nobody calls all i need to do is exchange a cable box but can get no help i was going to switch to comcast internet due to the extremely poor service i will not be switching
GREAT SERVICE!!!! I communicated to a counter rep what I needed. He quickly looked up my account, and I was able to exchange for an updated box. The rep was eager to assist me, he was cordial, and he answered all of my questions. I was out the door in 5 minutes. Thats what Im talking about! Great service.
Its a monopoly in the morgantown, its near impossible to reach customer service representatives. your bill will increase without warning. internet is great when its working but its a coin toss. worst internet provider ive had to deal with.
Sadly in Morgantown, WV this seems to be the about the only provider for internet and cable services. If there were other options, I would’ve never settled for this terrible company. Quite frankly the incompetence of this organization is disturbing and frustrating. It seems as if they’re trying to scam you at every opportunity possible. Whether it be the random charges added to your account or the continuous harassment from their employees and their calls. All services offered through Comcast Xfinity are way overpriced for the quality. Hopefully another provider moves into town. It would be very easy to run Xfinity out of business.

The sales associate that helped me made me feel under valued as a faithful customer. Basically told me there isnt anything she could do to help me achieve the goal I was there for and understood if I took my business elsewhere. I have had this service for going on three years and wasnt asking for much.
Dont dial their 1-800 number, go to the store. Took me an hour and a half on the phone with customer service to be told I needed to go to the store, and three minutes in the store for then to resolve the issue I had. If Id started with the store, I wouldve saved significant time.

Generally very good service and support. Occasional slow down due to who knows what. Somewhat expensive and weird packages but not too many games in town to compete.
Steve is incredible. I had canceled my service cause we are moving out of the country and on the way to return my unit my 11 month old threw up all over himself in the car. After I cleaned him up he fell asleep. Steve did he return curb side so I didn’t have to wake him up. Amazing customer service!!!

I stopped in this location to ask about a charge to my account. I was told that the item I was being billed for was removed from my account (a piece of equipment I never requested, received, or used) and I no longer owe anything. I asked for a receipt to show the change and I was told to log into my account to see the change. I just got another bill in the mail for the original charge. Turns out the guy working in the store did nothing to my account and now I have no proof of the change. Scammer.

Staff is useless, quite literally. You come in to pay your bills on a machine. They are only there to make sure that their display doesnt get stolen. Place looks dingy and gross, with equally unfriendly looking people to match. But, you know... Comcast. The bane of everyones existence in Morgantown.
Good luck trying to get anything done online. I can’t rely on the WiFi to stay on for more than 10 seconds before it dies for at least an hour. I have to drive to the library to get my work done cause I can’t trust it to stay on. Looking for other options as we speak.
People are of assisting nature as much as possible. Sometimes they have limited knowledge or capabilities, then it’s better to get it sorted with Comcast customer care number.
We had absolutely no issues, very nice service and good demonstration of products. Very informative and polite. Quick service while we were there too! They gave us all of our updates with no hassle. Now if only they were closer to home!

Arrived at the store at 6:20 and waited for forty five minutes. When I finally received assistance I was told they could not help me as the store closed at 7. However, they were more than happy to help the people signing up for new service.
Wish I had the ability to leave zero stars. Their customer service both on the phone and in person is deceitful and unbelievably inconsiderate. If you are a customer, read your bill carefully each month to make sure they didn’t sneak in a promotion that you didn’t even ask for and then refuse to take it off your bill. But if you aren’t yet a customer, Don’t fall for their gimmicks. Choose another provider!

We were very torn about how to review this. The manager and the young man who helped us were fabulous. However, the company itself sells services they know they cant provide in areas the service isnt available. Returning cellphones is darn near impossible when it turns out the service they say is in the area...isnt. Steer clear of ordering xfinity products online.
I agree comcast doesnt always have the best customer service over the phone. If you happen to go to their locations is a different story. Joyce at this location is absolutely phenomenal! She always does everything she can to help her customers. I never call anymore. Anytime I have any type of concern I go straight to her. I really appreciate her hard work and friendly attitude.

While Comcast is not my favorite ISP the service in this store was excellent. Tyler specifically stayed later and was extremely helpfully with our service change issues.

Xfinity as whole gets an understandably bad rap, but Ive always had great experiences and great customer service going into this store. Recently, I moved into a new construction home that needed service. I decided to skip the 800 number, as I knew that would only cause frustration. One of the reps here that was familiar with the Morgantown/Fairmont area was able to explain the whole process to me, and told me that a technician should be out within a week to survey my property for service. I got a call back from her the next day, telling me my property was ready for service. An appointment was set for installation, and within 3 days, I was up and running.Note: There is NOT a phone number to contact this store directly. It sucks, but just go into the store, especially if youre setting up or transferring service around this area. Youll get much better help than calling the 800 number. The representative I spoke with was kind enough to give me her work cell phone number to contact her, as I was worried I wouldnt get any updates on the status of my order after leaving the store, and I would have no way of following up. Thankfully, I didnt even have to use it!
Before you signed up for their services, they treat you very good. After that no one will care about you. It is my experience after two years with them..

Ive had comcast for 3 years now and I cant express how much I hate it. Its the only provider in my area. If your looking forward to watching a show at 8 good luck because several times I have came home to my TV not wanting to go to ABC. They also cut off alot of my channels and my internet is always out. If you have the chance to go with a different provider PLEASE DO SO!!
Absolutely awful internet service, I live less than 2 minutes out of city limits and our internet is constantly throttled. Have had comcast my whole life, its not worth the money and its reading at less than 1 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload. Not only is it a waste of money its criminal. We pay for 150 Mbps but never get anything close.

They monopolize the cable system. You have no choice but to go with Comcast. They rape you with their prices and are absolutely ridiculous. They constantly raise their fees and you have to either accept their terms or go buy an antenna!The only saving grace is their customer service representatives are very friendly and understanding.

The sign in process is all computerized and often convoluted.. not sufficient instructions for new people to the store or older people less familiar with such technology. Nice staff though, friendly, if a little slow.

I made a phone call to comcast today to ask for their store hours because today is a holiday. I was force to call their 1-800 number and talked to woman who wouldn’t even tell me if their stores were open today. She insisted that I gave her all my Information and set up my service with her at that very moment. After 5 minutes of arguing, she finally informed they were open and hung up on me because she couldn’t make the sale.
The customer service is crappie, came in to get service for my mother was treated like dirt and given the run around, the blood suckers just wanted to up charge, and do not care if you need to be on a budget, they do not care or respect any customer that comes in. their fees are always going up and they want to scream when you ask why. Though is well known about the crappy customer service COMCAST provide on telephone, and my first walk in experience was the worst, the guy looks like hate his job that reflected the way he behave to the customer. Next day I visited the store and the lady on the desk was super nice and very friendly, I looked around did I come to the same store or at a different place?, wow! so there are nice guys too working for comcast.

Very dissapointed with customer appreciation. After my service being shut off because of an overseas agent letting someone sign up with my address. Without even contacting me the actual account holder for the current address. Then being told I’d be compensated for my troubles of talking with Comcast’s awful automated voice service (which almost every number online leads to). Plus trying to figure out for an hour why the stubborn thing wouldn’t take my account # or phone #... Long story short after paying, resetting my modem, talking with an agent for close to an hour, and countless other calls to the Comcast service. The store did nothing to check on notifications left from the agent. All said in done everything is fixed on their part but left with an extremely aggravated customer..

When you sign up for the service it sounds like it will be reasonable but when I get the bill Im paying $175 a month for tv and internet . sometimes the internet works others it just drops Even when Im less than 5 feet from the modem. Tv freezes a lot even when its blue skies. After my contact is up I think Im going to go back to dish.

I am disappointed with the customer service I received. The phone call was long the women sounded annoyed and impatient and our problem was not resolved. Was supposed to expect a call back 10 minutes later and its been over an hour. Too bad I have no choice to choose another internet provider because I would certainly not choose xfinity. Just moved here for work into a new housing development. Weve been here for over 2 weeks now, and Comcast has yet to service our housing area. One lady at the store has been genuinely helpful, but overall its been an awful experience. Theyve been saying for a week now that we would have service tomorrow, probably. Its fortunate for them that theyre our only ISP option. Any other option I would take.
Right down to the technician who works for comcast agreed they are to expensive lol need i say more im just saying over time the bill skyrockets. Not all of us were born with silver spoons in our mouths or have parents paying our expenses until we are 40 a lot of us has to work hard even before some of us should. This company has okay service but it went out on me more than a few times other then that its ok but still not worth the price over time.

Comcast xfinity disrupted service for 6 + hours this morning while I was trying to finish an 85-page paper for class. Of course its a great time to disrupt service because the store is closed! So heres my official complaint. Good luck when Google Fiber crushes you in the bigger markets. Glad Im moving from here in a couple weeks.

Ive been with Comcast for over a year and have had nothing but issues. My Wi-Fi box blew up and almost started a house fire. I have a 7 month old child in my house so of course I freaked out and called the customer service. After being on the phone for over half an hour the man I spoke with said that a man would bring us a new router free of charge the next day. We set up a time and everything, my mother stayed home all day waiting for this man to bring us a new router and of course he never showed. This company is a huge joke and cannot be taken seriously. If the box would have caused a house fire and my child or I got hurt they would be in for a serious lawsuit. Obviously they dont care about their customers nor their safety! From the malfunction on the companies behalf, my fried outlet, the no-show installation and the lact of response to customer complaints I have no respect for this company whatsoever. I will be contacting cooperate with this issue of incompantance, not that they will care or anything but once a lawsuit hits I will be there supporting it all the way. Comcast has lost a valued customer.

Terrible business and terrible customer service. I ordered basic internet and tv without all the extras because I do not watch tv but it would be cheaper than just getting internet. They signed me up for the most expensive package they have. It also took them a month to come install it at my house. After going into the Morgantown office several times to get my service package fixed, we spoke to a woman named Joyce who is terrible at her job. She made me pay for the first bill which was for the most advanced package that I never ordered in the first place. Worst business I have ever encountered. Stay away if possible.
Called customer service~ automated attendent was annoying and just a delaying tactic. Representative was difficult to understand and didnt answer questions asked just repeated sales pitch. I ended call and drove to Comcast office where I could speak with someone who spoke English clearly.
