The service rep for Mitsubishi is very helpful and keeps you updated on your vehicle. Also the snacks in the waiting room are top notch. I havent found many waiting rooms where I can get a hot chocolate and a candy bar for free. Win!
Andrew and Sam were so great to work with. I had been to many dealerships looking for my next new car but the warmth and helpfulness that was provided by the whole team far exceeded other dealerships I had been to.
Grant was absolutely wonderfulWe will definitely not only recommend Morgantown mitsubishi but Grant as well. On behalf of the Ferrell family we would like to thank everyone at Morgantown mitsubishi!!
Great service, friendly staff and very modern place to have car serviced. Highly recommend !
Morgantown Mitsubishi has asked me to make a comment on my recent purchase. Here goes. I purchased a Morgan Plus 4 USA 1965 Tribute Edition Morgan from Morgan of Morgantown on 29 Jan 2021. For those who may not be familiar with a Morgan, it is an English car, hand-built car at the Morgan Company in England and shipped to the US. Although it is being registered as a 1965, it was built in 2019 to 1965 specifications with all 2019 parts. Now that is out of the way, the Sales Manager Scott Hoffer was extremely helpful after I reached out to inquire about this car. He sent me a package and multiple pictures of the car. I spent a total of 10 years with the DoD in England and I have a very good knowledge of Morgan cars. I made the decision to purchase this car after only seeing the pictures and reading the information that I received from Scott and got from Google searches. I have to say that I was not disappointed. Morgan of Morgantown is a dealership that is co-located with many other car dealers, and Don Knotts Blvd turns out to be a glorified driveway to these dealerships, so it was not intuitive of where my Morgan was being held. None-the-less, I found the car and I was very warmly greeted in the showroom by Shane and was given a comprehensive tour of the car I purchased. It has been quite a few years since I last drove a manual transmission, so this was a challenge when I left the dealership (but that is another story). Back to the dealership, everyone was extremely nice, personable, and professional. The paperwork was over very quickly since we had already exchanged several emails and phone calls in the preceding weeks. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase experience. If you are looking for a vehicle in the Morgantown area (or beyond for that matter), I highly recommend this set of dealerships. They were great. I look forward to having my car serviced with them in the future.
Very great sales team. Thank everyone for my first experience if buying a new car.
My son and I called many times and left multiple messages to get service. No return calls. Called and opened a case with Mitsubishi Corporation. Did finally receive a call back to be told that we didnβt call and leave messages. Argued with me about not calling or leaving messages. Told me I was welcome to take it somewhere else. Very poor service and not customer friendly. Rude. Unprofessional. We had the vehicle there in the past without a problem. Will not be doing business with them in the future and most likely will not buy Mitsubishi.
Ron Sloan at Morgantown Mitsubishi always does an amazing job not only by taking care of my vehicle but helping me with any questions I might have. I highly recommend him and Morgantown Mitsubishi.
Was offered financing above what I felt I qualified for.Asked about discount if we paid cash and was told, the price is the price
I am very satisfied with the service
Toyota in Morgantown awesome staff very friendly always a good experience.
Always a great experience here at University Toyota, they get busy but are very courteous. I bought my2019 Tacoma and my 2020 Toyota Carolla there and since have had all my services and unfortunate collision work done at UT. I have had the pleasure of having Ron in the service department help me over the past year and a half and he is always very nice, informative, professional and personable. I always enjoy my experiences while getting any work done at the dealership.
Best service department I have ever been to. Service is quick! The waiting room is great with food, drinks, and a fireplace. The service reps keep you updated on your vehicles progress and are very helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my Mitsubishi.
Couldnt get a single salesperson to talk with me even though any other time they run right out.
Awesome team of individuals that met a fair price and got me an awesome finance program for my new car. I went to a different state than my own to get this vehicle at a great price.
The service department is great to work with. They are quick to respond and come through with all needs and requests. We love working with Ron.
Ive had a great experience with their service department every time Ive taken my car in whether it was for a simple oil change or a recall issue. They are fast, friendly, and professional. I also love the ability to make appointments online.
Good experience that dayMeet a nice sales rep that I brought my wife back to talk to. It gave us the opportunity to look over your inventory of vehicles for maybe a future purchase.
Great Experience!! Fast and easy!! Was able to start application online which made the process so much faster!
I did not see anyone wiping door handles orbseats in the waiting area. when you drop your car off there are desk side by side and the customers are standing next to each other. they should be spaced apart sonwe are not next to each other.
I always have a great experience here. Honest people who actually care about the vehicles they are working with.
Ron is always great to work with! Timely and professional! :)
I really feel like the guys that helped me out went out of their way to accomodate me. I will definately be coming to see them again when I need another vehicle.
Sam was AWESOME!!
Always polite and efficient, highly recommend for purchases and service.
The personnel were very courteous and professional.
Oil change did very good job Debbie Mcdougal good service. Thank you.
They lie way to much and try and push a car on you that you dont want then they dont stop calling you no thank you I wont be back
Charged me $124 to diagnose a problem. They where not helpful at all telling me beforehand if the problem would be covered under warranty. They lead me to believe the $124 fee would be waived if they did the work, but they charged it to me anyway. They also charged me $20 to rotate my tires, but I told them they didnt need rotated. The only reason Im giving them 2 starts is because they gave me a loner car.
I mostly deal with the service dept. For upkeep of my 2012 Mitsubishi. Im always treated kindly. They really know their job here therefore, always explain everything thoroughly. Love the new waiting area! Beautiful!
I will never recommend Morgantown Mitsubishi. They drag you along with false hope and waste you time! I went there original on a Saturday being upfront that I dont have the greatest credit and no money down other than the trade in of my current vehicle. Talked and ran a preliminary credit and the salesman Lance said that I would need a cosigner. Ok so I went home and asked family about cosigning. Came back on Monday with a cosigner. They ran everything and I was told that I could not get the vehicle that we ran but they were checking into see what vehicle I could get approved on. Unfortunately the person that did this was not in until Tuesday. I was told that they would call or text me the next day with a list and pics of vehicles that I was approved. I was reassured by Lance that it was just a matter of what vehicle I would be able to get but I would be getting one. So I left believing that I was getting a vehicle they just had to see what I could get. Tuesday came and past, and then Wednesday and Thursday and now its Saturday and I have heard nothing from anyone. I had a busy week myself and understood they could be busy. So I called......to no answer, so I decided to just go to the dealership. I stopped by and meet Lance in the lobby and asked why no one got back to me this week to which his response was that they were busy. Ok. And then he proceeded to say my cosigner was not eligible, in which no one called to tell me this so that I might move forward with possible another option and what my options where and he had me go to the Finance office. I sat down and the gentleman who went over the score and why we could not get approved. I said that I was very unhappy at this point because this was my third trip, no one reached out to me to discuss any of this, I was already told that I was approved it was just a matter of which vehicle and so what is the problem. He said that I would need $2000.00 down. I said this was no where in the previous discussions. I am very very very displeased with the service I was given. Not only did they waste my time but I was told multiple lies and and walking out with a lower credit score and no vehicle. I will not return to a place.
Was very pleased with the service we received
Always friendly and fast service.
Today, January 27th 2020, I went to check my mailbox and found an advertisement from this business that had a peel n win sticker. To my surprise, I had a code that appeared to be for the $500 prize. I hopped in my car and drove over. When I got there, I received what I would call the most disrespectful experience Ive ever had in a business setting. A man came to me and asked what kind of car Im looking for. Im not looking for a car, I got this in the mail and Im here to claim the prize, I said. His tone then changed immediately. His next words were 98% of people come in here looking for cars. Are you seriously gonna be that 2% that just comes in for a prize? To which I just said yes. He kept going on talking about car payment plans and how Anybody can afford these prices, even when I had just told him Im not there for a car. He could definitely see that Im a college student and tried to pressure me into buying something. Finally, he took me across the building where there was a display with the prizes and about 4 other workers around. The prizes had completely different codes from the one in the mail. The man that was already helping me looked at the board and got a massive grin on his face when he saw that my code didnt match. Then one of the other workers explained that a code on our envelope had to also match those codes only visible at the dealership (which was not even remotely explained in that piece of mail). The other workers were standing around him giggling as he explained. Good job on them luring people into the dealership I guess but at least try to deliver a good experience. Ill certainly never even consider buying from this company in my life.
Friendly, and great service!
Excellent and professional service.
I have leased a car through them. I am about to trade my lease early on something else because the customer service experience is terrible. I recently had a state inspection that took over an hour in total and nothing was wrong with my SUV. I even asked about tires just to be safe and had to remind them about getting me a quote on the tires! Also my SUV has an apparent recall at which they failed to even mention during my inspection! You can never get ahold of anyone for service with Mitsubishi.. I recommend going elsewhere!
Very helpful!
Great place to buy a car.
My wife and I went in and bought our third vehicle from them. In 2014 we bought an outlander and an outlander sport. We just bought a new outlander for my wife and she loves it. The team here bent over backwards to make the deal happen. We never felt pressured at all. Great sales staff and finance department. Awesome job folks!!! We will be back.
Not only have I been driving around with a TPMS Service Required after I left this place, but what they replaced two months ago is already an issue again. They broke a tire sensor of mine when replacing my rotorsβ but according to them, couldnβt have done it because they did not work on the tire. Iβm not an idiot, you had to take the tire off to replace my rotors. Even more suspicious that direct quotes were βThey tend to work faster when they want to go to lunch.β OR whenever the man at the front went to pull my car around, said he still heard the noise so heβs having them take another look, which took around 10 minutes. So you fixed the problem in 10 minutes? I drove a mile home and the minute I got on the interstate the TPMS came on. Filed a complaint with Mitsubishi and tried to get ahold of service manager who never answers his phone.NOW, after literally replacing my brake pads, rotors, calipers, EVERYTHING, the noise is WORSE.DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. They will rip you off.
My wife and I would like to thank University Motors. ALL of the staff worked TIRELESSLY to get both myself and my wife into two new vehicles. This includes our Salesman Chris, to Sally the Finance lady. The GM and Sales Manager also were a big help. They were friendly, ABOVE AND BEYOND, and stayed on top of things. We will be returning for all future new cars. They are a RARE find in the car sales industry and we WILL stick with them. It was a truly pleasant buying experience. Thanks University Motors. We love both our 2014 Outlander and our 2014 Outlander Sport.
This place lies to you. I have taken my brothers 2010 Evo there for him to have it worked on and always have to wait even if he made an appointment. We have been waiting since April for a part to come in to fix an asc/abs error. They tried to say non oem brake pads would cause this error. They even checked the computer and found out it was a part going bad on the car not the brake pads(I could have told them that). I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership.
Just bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from here, I love it!!! If ur in the need for a new car go talk to Chris he was so great!!!!
Service is great! Sales not so great. They have lost 2 sales to me and one to a friend of mine, that went where I ended up getting a Mitsu as well. Sales men were too lazy to find financing for me, told me to go to a financial place and do it myself. Went to Jim Shorkey Mitsu in Pa. Got a low interest rate with no problem and refered a friend and got $200 for that. I have never had trouble from Morgantown Mitsu Service but their sales men that I have delt with the last 2 purchases are terrible.
Alex sucked never called like he said.
