This shop is amazing which is due to the staff! They know their product, friendly, and they really do go above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect wedding dress! I got an absolutely beautiful dress from them during their sample sale. The staff was so kind and actually helped me find my dream dress! (I almost didn’t try it on!) it was such a friendly and beautiful, supportive, environment. I highly recommend any brides go here to look for your dress or for your bridesmaids. Amazing place!

I live in Morgantown and first went to The Vow with my daughter who bought her wedding dress there. I found a dress I liked, but visited several Pittsburgh bridal stores prior to returning to The Vow to buy TWO mother of the bride, and yes, later this year, mother of the groom, wedding ceremony dresses!!! They are on order and I LOVE them. I wanted service and got it at The Vow. I did not have anyone to assist much in the Pittsburgh based stores and returned to my hometown. Yes. My experience with The Vow was HORRIBLE! I bought a bridesmaid dress for my friends October wedding in April, as I was told it could take up to 3 months to get. However, in September, they were still making excuses about where the dress was. They kept telling me not to worry about it, that the dress would come, meanwhile not making any backup plans. Every week, they would promise me it would be in by that Friday, and yet one week before the wedding I still did not have my dress. I had to go to another store and buy another dress off the floor, because I did not have time to order the dress I wanted since they kept me on hold.The dress I had originally ordered finally arrived four days before the wedding, but it would have needed major altering (they would not order the size I wanted despite my protests that it would be too small), which would have left me just minutes before the wedding to ensure it fit. I called The Vow and asked if I could sell the dress back to them, as I had not opened it and did not need it. The manager told me I could do this. I sent the dress back, and from that point, the store never said anything to me. They did not call me to arrange the sale, and whenever I called them, they would tell me the manager was not there. I tried to communicate with the manager for about three months, but she avoided me.Had I known they were going to take the dress without giving me any compensation, I would have kept the dress and sold it another way. However, they essentially offered me money, took the dress back, and then never paid. The entire experience was extremely stressful and in the end, I ended up just losing a dress to them. Their customer service was nothing short of childish and immature, as they continued to ignore and avoid my calls. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this boutique to anyone. You wont recieve your dress when its supposed to be in. Be prepared to wait months after the arrival date you were given. Its just one excuse after another.

Incredibly attentive staff & gorgeous selection of wedding gowns & bridesmaids dresses to choose from. I had a wonderful experience at The Vow & am happy I traveled from PA to WV to purchase my gown there.
