Dont go to the one on Jerry Dove Drive, went there this morning to use my pump perks card from Price Cutter was told invalid card!!! Cashier was rude and obnoxious was on her cell phone the complete time I was there. I had $2 off a gallon of gas but oh no invalid card

Store #93 in cheat lake. Clerk 1999 was amazing she was so nice and quick with service. Helped me find a new product they had. Very happy with with my service. She is a excellent employee will be coming back to this store!

BFS Bruceton Mills Subway. This is the second time this month that I went in at dinner time to be told that they are “out of bread”. How can a sandwich shop operate without bread?!?

It was my first time that I went to the BFS store but also the last. The clerk was rude, arrogant, and very unprofessional! Worst experience ever!

Face masks should be required and the place didnt make a few people put masks on. They did there shopping and left with no mask on the entire time.

I really didnt know what to expect, not being from here, but I was extremely impressed with everything!! When we came in the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness, both inside and out. The fact that it had 3 places to get food in addition to the things the store itself sold was a HUGE plus, and the prices were better here than at most every other convenient store I have been to. The lady that rang us up was very helpful and friendly as well!! I would definitely go back here if I am ever in the area!!

Absolutely & LITERALLY the SHITTIEST bathroom Ive been in in decades...I simply cannot believe the board of health has nothing to say about the mens room I just walked into.. Filth, piss, and feces everywhere.. And NOT because of vandalism.. You could plainly see it hasnt been attended to at all.. Unbelievable!

There is so much promise here...yet so little hope.The place is large and has good sale tions in their purchase choices, but the restrooms are awful, and the employees dont care.Both the mens and ladies restrooms smelled horrible, and were out of towels in the dispenser. My wife and I mentioned this to an employee, and they didnt act concerned or like they cared.These details, coupled with the difficulty to reach this from the interstate, ensure that I will not be back.

Their car wash is undependable! They have not & mostly will not correct the money machine. It does not give you your change back.. This has been going on for months. They (the management) pockets it. If you want your change, you have to go inside & ask for it. Plus car wash does not completely remove all the dirt....

I recently stopped at the cheat lake store for gas. The lady ID herself as the store manager, Rebecca Schartiger was rude. My chip would not read on the card that I took in. She asked if I had any money in my account as if it is any of her business how much money I had. I had to leave my keys to go to the car and get another credit card. When I came in I brought my phone with me and showed her there was more than enough for what I had purchased. Where do they get such rude employees?

I didnt catch the ladies name, but she totally ruined my outlook on this facility. So, thanks to whoever worked at 9:40pm today (Dec 19. 2018) for her very unprofessional behavior. Being a low in come family with children, I have government assistance. She asked for my pin loudly, across the room. Then, checked my avalible balance. She got rude & stated that I received more than her. So embarrassing. & nosey. I feel she would be better off working in a bar where belligerent behavior is more acceptable.

This location should immediately be closed. Very very very awful restrooms and very very very rude employees.. this is a convenient location, but is worth passing each and every time.

The clerk sold us incorrect my blu refill.. Immediately went back in to ask to exchange . She would not do it even knowing just purchased 5 min before! Yesterday I came into bfs and one girl was working. Very long line waited about 10 minutes and walked out, got my food to go and came back. There was only me inside so she rang me up gave me my total and as I go to hbd her money she’s looking down texting on her phone with the phone on the counter. Her name was Miranda.Today I went into bfs, I waited a VERY long time again, yes the line was long but the employees are NOT trained properly. There were FIVE girls behind the counter and no one could even help what I expect is the new girl( because of the two girls standing beside her not helping her at all)I finally get to the counter and the girl is still fiddling with papers from the previous customer that was fine I gave her that brief moment to get it done so I could be waited on.. these girls did not have any name tags on. I mentioned to the girl that I was in a hurry, my dog was in the car, and also there’s a long line still behind me.. I was not rude in any way. But even if I had been, their customer service is TERRIBLE! One of the ladies beside her said “woww” as if what I had said was so off the wall rude when it wasn’t. As stated I allowed her to very slowly get her papers together and get to waiting on me.. yes she is new but the ppl beside her should HELP HER move the line along and not watch her like mindless robots that don’t know how to use their hands. So “WOW” is correct! WOW, they should not be working there. And finally, the girl gives me $1.62 in change. TAKES FOREVER TO COUNT OUT .62 cents!!! I mean wow. Just wow. She was obviously being a SMARTASS by counting slowly. Or she’s just stupid! EITHER WAY, I’m pretty sure Howard wouldn’t want them working there if he saw how it was. And the way I was spoken to. Unprofessional! I couldn’t believe how rude she said “wow” as if i was being difficult no. I said sorry I’m in a hurry. It was taking way too long. I gave them much time to get it together. It’s just ridiculous that the managers can’t train employees properly. And I’m glad the cashiers treat ppl with no respect at all. That was very rude. I won’t be back if I see them working. I’ll turn around and walk right back out. If anymore issues continue there... I will be contacting the higher ups. I used to work at every store in that bfs and I know they wouldn’t stand for ANY of that behavior.Employees are rude, on drugs, on cell phones, not trained. Get it together and get rid of the problem. Maybe management i don’t know. Something needs to happen. I have many friends in the area as well who complain often. It’s simple. Be nice u work at a gas station. Not hard.

Make sure you get food that way you can have dinner and a show when the employees are outside yelling at people in cars about baby daddies

It was no surprise, when I heard some employees from Little Sandys, having a discussion about an employee at DQ. The language and statements about this lady were, to say the least, cruel and degrading. This is not what I want to encounter upon my visits to BFS. I have always noticed a good work ethic with the employees of DQ and Little Ceasars. Not so much with Charleys / Little Sandys.I feel bad for the young lady at DQ for working hard, only to be talked about by fellow employees of BFS. Those in the group choosing to say hateful things in front of store patrons should be reprimanded and educated on the definition of teamwork. An apology should also be given to the one they spoke so harshly about.I look forward to better experiences in the future.Sincerely,A long time patron
