Great Service! They have a nice, cozy waiting room. This is my second oil change here and theyre always friendly and honest. Also, there is usually some coupons on their website that might be relevant for you. Adam helped me out today and he was awesome!

First time stopping in and was really impressed with the service! Adam and his crew Nathan and Colin were incredibly helpful explaining the options and services available, and really went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything I needed at a great price. Glad to have found these guys, and will definitely be back.

I’ve never had good luck when it came to getting my oil changed. I’ve gone to countless places and no one has ever provided the customer service that I received today. The technician I worked with took his time to explain additives that would benefit my fuel consumption as well as help my car reach its maximum oil life. This is by far the best shop I have been to I would highly recommend coming to visit the Morris location! For the first time I’m leaving a car shop not feeling like I was taken advantage of!

After continuous disappointments at a nearby dealership service center, I was told to try Mobil. Mobil’s quality of work and the the dedicated service they provide was and is outstanding. Spent a lot of time traveling and didn’t have quite enough time to do my brakes. I also needed an oil change as well. Called Mobil 1 and talked with Adam and he mentioned he could do both and to just bring it right in. When I pulled up he directed me to the correct area and walked me through everything from product to pricing. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier, more professional service. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and they greet you like they’ve known you for years. They’re straight up and don’t steer you wrong.

I took my 13’ WRX to be serviced at this location. Right off the bat, Adam met me at the front desk and made sure I knew the upfront pricing and got all the details about my car. Shawn and Cole, the two guys turning wrenches in the shop, took care of the actual work. Shawn made sure to bring me in the old filter with a sample of the used oil to verify I didn’t have any concerning debris in it as this engine was very recently replaced.These guys are all professionals and are truly interested in vehicles. They aren’t your run of the mill, just here for a buck kind of guys. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I was driving to Starved Rock when my low tire and low oil lights came on. I stopped at this Mobil 1 Lube and they topped me off and filled my tire without charging me. They were so kind and I truly appreciated it as I had a sleeping baby and 4 year old in the backseat along with a ton of camping stuff. They truly went above and beyond to help this mama out of a tight spot and I appreciated it so very much. I would highly recommend them!

I never thought I would be saying this about a mechanic or auto shop, because most of them jip you on money, time, or quality, but Mobil 1 in Morris beats any other shop around. They are quick, efficient on prices, and are extremely kind to those in need, especially when it comes to getting you back on the road safely. I enjoy coming to this location for my car needs. The gentlemen that run this place are honest and respectful. They explain the issues they see and do not force you into any services you do not need. Highly recommend this place! Was greeted as soon as we pulled in by Adam. Got our car in right away for an oil change. I watched the mechanics Nathan and Brad work on the car for a bit. They took their time inspecting the car, checking all the fluids, and filters. They actually showed me the cabin filter with a recommendation for change. No was was pushy and everyone was very friendly. Nice clean lobby and bathrooms while waiting. Excellent service.

Truly a great place to get your car fixed. Was needing an oil change and am going on a very long trip. I do not know a single thing about cars and was asking them if they could give it a good look over. Adam said they do that with every car. I have been here many times and have never had an issue with them. Very good service and very knowledgeable. Good pricing and they do things within a very reasonable time frame. If they go over time, you even get discounts. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I was in need for an oil change and Mobil 1 was the closest to home. When I called, Colin was extremely helpful on the phone and when I arrived he was able to get me in right when I got there. Adam took the time to bring me my air filter to show me how it was looking and gave his thoughts on what he noticed and made recommendations to keep my truck running smoothly. All of the guys here at Mobil 1 (Morris) were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the work they preform. I will be coming here for future work on my vehicle and highly recommend them to others.

I have been going to this place for a long time. The staff was great at helping me keep my previous vehicle running till I finally replaced it this year. The staff are all awesome talk to me not over me. I have had bad experiences at other oil change places in my life. Who talk over me and leaving me feeling very stupid as a woman. I appreciate the crew for not making me feel stupid and helping me with my new van. I highly recommend this place to all in Grundy County.

This place pleasantly surprised me. I thought they were just an oil and lube joint, but theyre not they are a full-service mechanic shop. Dave and Shawn were awesome. They were completely professional and very honest. They took the time to really explain to me what was wrong with my car without sounding condescending. Before I took my car to them I had taken it to a different shop who had quoted me almost $2,500 in repairs. I knew I was getting scammed so I was recommended Mobil 1 for a 2nd opinion. . You can actually tell they like their jobs, they love cars, and they want their customers in a safe vehicle. I have never had such a positive experience at a mechanic shop. They have a new customer for life.Returned a month later for routine oil change and again was very impressed by their professionalism. They were quick to service my vehicle. I visited this shop for the first time last week, due to my Check Oil service light being on. Adam was very friendly, respectful, and resourceful. They checked my oil and found that my oil was not dirty and level was suffice. This was free of charge. They also did a full vehicle check, all free. While I am not driving as often now, we believe that when I received my last oil change the other shop did not reset my system for the oil change, which is why the light came on. I would highly recommend this shop and I plan to visit again. They treat you and your car as how they would want to be treated. Thank you!

Being unfamiliar with cars in general, Adam was really helpful in explaining to me about my air filters and the need to change them out since they haven’t been replaced in a good while. I brought my Cruz here to have an oil change done. They where all very nice and professional. Shawn the manager there went over everything about my car that I had questions about, he explained everything he was going to do to my car. They also told me in between oil changes I can stop by and get topped off on oil. Dave fixed my windshield wiper with in 30 min after we got the part ordered. As of now this is the only place I will bring my car for service.

Brought in my hatchback for a few things. Shawn is always wonderful. I’m glad to see other great staff working alongside him! Adam was very kind and explained everything to me. I was given options in regards to my car’s care and determined what would be best for my vehicle and my wallet! I do wish that they had an employee just for the front desk, as the guys running back and forth increased wait time. However, Adam was more than helpful and took the time to talk to me about hours of operation and when best to come in for mechanical work!

Being lazy costs you a lot of money!So, I recently had stopped at Mobil 1 for an oil change because the dealers are all 2 to 3 weeks out for an appointment. I forgot to tell them, please do not check any filters. So the tech walks in with my engine & cabin air filter. Both were dirty, we just got back from a few weeks in Florida. They were dirty but could have went a little longer. Both are very easy to change yourself and only take a few minutes, literally! I gave the OK to change both. When I got the bill, I regretted it and should have known better. I was being lazy and taken advantage of because of it.The facility was one of the cleaner more organized one’s I have seen but I left feeling a little ripped off. The oil change was fair but still $10 more than the dealer charges and dealer are usually the most expensive place to take your car.They charged $25 for the engine air filter. I can buy a name brand all day long for $15. So the extra $10 was for TWO minutes of installation. That equates to a $300 per hour rate!They charged $42 for the cabin air filter with installation. Again, I can buy a name brand filter for $10. If they are not buying their filters cheaper, they are mismanaged, I know, I use to have a repair shop years back. So, the $32 installation for roughly 5 minutes work equates to about $384 per hour.They should be embarrassed and ashamed if they even try to defend taking advantage of people. It creates credibility and trust issues.Lesson I already knew, re-learned again with a slap in the face. Moral? DON’T BE LAZY!

I recently had two flat tires repaired. Mobil 1 was fast and efficient. Got me right in, fixed the tires while I waited and I was on my way. The price was very fair and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We found this place by driving by and Im so glad we stopped in. Adam was quick and polite when we entered. Sean was able to look at our car within minutes of pulling up to the shop. Came here for an oil change and break pads and was offered excellent service, Adam and David took care of me without trying to upsell me and explained exactly where my rear pads were at in respect to my front pads, saving me significant money, they also let me see how terrible my air filters were without pushing new ones on me. All in all this is the only local place I trust to go for my auto maintenance, and has been since I moved to Morris. 5/5 stars for sure!

These guys are great!! I had called to see what the wait time was, and Sean has such a great attitude that I had to come in! David has been very helpful, and attentive the entire time, and set me up with a hot cup of coffee! Side note its the end of May, and its freezing outside.
