Called multiple times. Owner was kind enough to give me five minutes of his very busy schedule one time. Flew out to buy two semis that were not at all what he claimed. Don’t waste your time.

Drove here on a Sunday night after seeing truck online and talking to the sales guy Friday just to find out Monday morning the truck was sold weeks ago..

I didnt want to give them one star! The International dump truck we purchased for our business in later 2019 had nothing but issue after issue. We already spent close to $26K in 1 year. Dont buy a truck from this place. You will be disappointed.

We and our friends in the trucking business dealt with Newark & Tractor numerous times. We bought several trucks & equipment since the early 20s. Giving this company 2-stars. It would have been a 1-star review, but when we drove 4+ hours today to finalize a purchase for a Semi truck and it shook terribly - we called and they did make an attempt to make it right. However, halfway home the semi broke down and now we are stuck waiting for assistance.

WILL NEVER recomend this truck dealer to anyone. spoke to TOM 7/13/2020 a Monday about a truck that they had for sale. HE sent me pictures via his cell number and told him up front that I was interested in the truck and did not waste anyones time. WE NEGOCIATED on price, he sent me videos and pics thru his cell phone to mine and called me to ask where to ship the truck to give me a quote on freight. On 7/15/2020 I called him to finalize deal and ask about delivery date and left a voicemail since he did not pick up. I CALLED THE FOLLING DAY/7/16/202. and a lady which I believe is his wife told me that BRENT will call me back . NO call back. I texted him on 7/21/2020 around lunch time. I figured he was to busy no text back or call so I called him in afternoon when he tells me truck was sold. VERY unprofesional. I asked why he never called me back, his response is that his wife called me of which she never did and sent him a call log so see can see. I called today 7/22/2020 today to have the phone hanged up on by the lady that claimed she called me and that I dropped the ball and said that tom is just a mechanic he has no right to negotiate on truck sales! so I asked to speak to owner, she denied. This company is or will lose thousands of dollars in sales for having such unproffesional people working there. NOT right how they think hanging up the phone on a customer resolves their mistakes
