Called in for service to help me figure out how to adjust the height on my deck to make it level and the guy couldnt tell me how to do it said I needed to bring it in. I spoke with the parts department and they were helpful until I needed a part number and they couldnt give me so I had to call the manufacturer and get it. They have the spindle for my deck very over priced.

Aj was good to me on rental. Lyle was a bit harsh when i inquired about buying a tractor. Arrogant attitude that they can sell any tractor at their high prices and succeed. Maybe so but p$ssing off the local customers isnt the way to do it. Once covid shortages r over the supply will go up and demand down. Dropping prices...

Asked about a part, the only answer they could give me was they cant look it up (even though I have the model number) I know they dont carry that brand but Im sure they can order it, didnt even offer that option. Sad when I would rather just drive out of my way Shorewood and deal with turf team in the future 👎👎
