I had the pleasure of getting a delicious mango sorbet here today. I entered on a whim, intrigued by the name (I’m a big Beatles fan).If the name established a 3-star service, and the quality of the sorbet to 4, what elevated my experience to that golden 5-star status was the service of Caren.Caren is personable, knowledgeable, and super-engaging. A true asset to the company. I shan’t forget this experience any time soon. Thanks, Strawberry Fields!
Very expensive with limited toppings and uninterested staff. No tables are designed to fit more than 3 people. The actual yogurt was decent at best.
We didn’t eat there, the service however was fantastic. I would 10/10 go back there again just to speak with the employees. The girl with the red hair just cracked me up! Any way, I recommend this frozen yogurt place, thank you Kanye, very cool!
OMG get the choclate custard froyo in a milkshake...with an aggressive amount of M&Ms and your life will be forever changed.
Great self-serve frozen yogurt, with a great selection of toppings.I ordered the vanilla and I greatly enjoyed it. I put many of the self-serve toppings on it. I enjoyed all of the toppings and the frozen yogurt. Prices are reasonable, and everything tastes good, and there is a comfortable atmosphere, with indoor seating (I think about 6 tables inside) and a few outside (I think 4 tables).Overall, I enjoyed every part of the place, and that influenced my 5-star rating, and it is much better than the other frozen yogurt places in the area!
While my experience with the products at Strawberry Fields Frozen have always been good (ergo, the 4 rating), I take issue with the behavior of one of the staff, on Thursday, August 16, 2018, around 4pm to 4:45pm. The store was quite crowded because most of the cast and their family from the MPAC Conservatory was there after a performance. There was only one person (Addy) at counter and she was frantically trying to keep pace with all the customers. Since I was ordering a few milkshakes and not just frozen yogurt, I told her to go ahead with the folks in line and I would wait. I asked her if there was anyone else helping her and she said she was expecting someone who was supposed to have been there already. More people I recognized from the Conservatory came in and still no relief for Addy. About 10 minutes later, a gentleman saunters in with bag in hand, barely acknowledges Addy and walks straight to the back room, passing at least 10 people on line. He was not to be seen for at least 15 minutes since he came in, while Addy occasionally looked back to see if she was getting any help. Finally, when things quieted down and no one was on line, the gentleman comes out and asks if anyone needed help. There was no one left to help. Addy had already taken care of everyone. I told him that he should have been there earlier to help Addy when the shop was inundated with customers. He told me that he just got there a few minutes ago. I replied that I was there when he walked in 15 minutes ago. His next response was that he had food with him. I told him it wasnt right that he just walked by his staff (he is apparently the manager) when she was swamped and that she deserved better treatment than how he treated her at that time. I told him he should be ashamed. Its unfortunate that Addy was treated this way by someone who was presumably her manager. She did the best she could and she was always professional and kind. She even took a young customers shortfall from her tip jar to cover her purchase. While I do not have any pictures or videos to back up my claim, the shop does have cameras pointed at the counter and front door. I suggest management check the footage between 4pm and 5pm on this date. Please note the number of people on line, the time the gentleman arrived and the time he finally actually showed up behind the counter to help. I am the woman with the leg brace and cane leaning on the arm of the couch.
Our entire office went there for dessert. What delicious flavors!! Super clean and the girl behind the counter was so friendly. Our new favorite place!
This place charged me $22 for 2 frozen yogurts (they made them, not self-service due to COVID). Ridiculous
Great place but it didnt had my favorite flavor. The decoration is lovely and the location is awesome. Nothing bad to say about it, you should definetely visit to try out
Went there on a Tuesday night with my students. We were not greeted at the door; okay fine. Went to use the self serve machines. Out of 8 machines labeled with flavors, 3 worked. When asking the cashier to assist with the custard machine, we were told “there’s other flavors.” And she went back to the counter to use her phone. We then went down to the toppings section only 3 spoons were out for at least 10-13 different toppings. When we asked the cashier again about using the spoons she said “yeah use any” and went back to being on her phone. Not only did that open cross contamination with things that could be highly allergic to folks, but also that the cashier just didn’t seem to care about it. Myself and my students will not be back. Awful customer service.
I had the Vanilla Custard. It was creamy and rich. So good. I added mini- m&ms for my topping, which was a mistake, they were stale and gross. Ill be back for the custard, minus any toppings.
Good atmosphere. Great ice cream selection. A bit pricy though
Great yogurt and ice cream selections in clean, modern and roomy facility. Great for kids to use self serve yogurt stations.
Standard-issue, good-quality froyo.
Great location friendly staff good service I love this place new ice cream menu juice bar
This place is so cheap and customer unfriendly that they don’t allow you to try their frozen yogurt flavors before making your decision. I’ve never ever been to an ice cream/fro-yo establishments that doesn’t not allow you to sample their product. Not only that...they are rude about it. Extremely poor. Won’t go there again.
Nice variety of yogurt and toppings. a little bit expensive
Really good place to take the kids for break
Got a strawberry smoothie. It was AMAZING. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful.
Good but alitel expecive
Had the Acai bowl for the first time not only was it tasty but very rejuvenating! Its a real anti-oxidant which energized my day!
Clean, good, staff was nice but extremely expensive!!!!!! 18.00 for 2 cups that were half filled!!!! Can’t afford to return!!!😱😱😱
This place is very cute inside and good frozen yogurt. The only thing they need is nutella.
Frozen yogurt was fair. Lots of choices of toppings.
We went to get dessert tonight for the first time at Strawberry Fields. The variety of yogurts were fine and luckily I finished my dessert before I witnessed a worker cleaning the counters. She used windex spray to clean the counter top. At times, she would spray the paper towel and wipe the counter tops, but what disturbed me was when she sprayed the counter top with windex near the wet toppings. I could see the particles of spray going into the wet toppings area. I could not stop watching her clean and be disgusted at the same time. Next, she used the same dirty paper towel that wiped the entire counter top to clean the spouts of the squeeze bottles. I was so happy I did not put any marshmallow fluff or nutella on my yogurt tonight. Lastly, there are signs asking customers not use fingers to pick at the toppings, but she used her fingers (with no gloves) to push some crumbs back into one of the dishes. I will never look at windex the same again.
Spoiled frozen yogurt and stale toppings. Waste of $16
Unfriendly owner, to put it lightly.
Good quality, good assortment, too bad it has to be so pricey.
I go to strawberry fields all, the time but the workers could be more cheerful and greeting
The Acai bowls there STINK! They copied Playa Bowls.
Amazon frozen yogurt. Service could be better
My daughter loves it!
This is not frozen yogurt. It’s ice cream.
The Frozen Yogurt is just Ok the Frozen Custard is better.
Staff would not allow us to sample. Should have left but decided to give a try. Big mistake. Left with $18 less and 3 cups of crappy yogurt
Soothies are great!
Great atmosphere
Great yogurt but VERY expensive!
Delicious
