I have dealt with Baileys for about 7 years and anytime I have had issues with our forklifts, they have been great to deal with! Charles has definitely been helpful with any questions I have especially when it comes to service. If I have any questions about the billing, he puts it in Laymans terms for me. When the techs come out to do any type of maintenance, they always let me know what needs to be done or if they foresee anything that could be an issue in the near future so we can budget for the next time.

This is in regards to the Forklift Certification course I just took out of Morristown Tennessee with my instructor Charles. I couldnt be more pleased with the training I received from Charles. He took his time to really explain the material and I passed the test with flying colors. Both Charles, & Mike the Forklift Tech., made me feel right at home as soon as I entered the building.
