Tired of big corporations ripping people off. I will never order from LG again.I am going to small claims court & BBB. My fridge was promised tomorrow. I took off of work for this. Wheres my compensation for that? They called up & said I have to wait another 3 weeks because of weather. What? The weather here is good. In fact, the kids didnt even have a 2 hour delay. So, when in 3 weeks come, & there is another 2 inches of snow, are you going to make us wait another 3 weeks? This is ridiculous!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE EVER SEEN. MORE THAN 5 days passed, still waiting to schedule a appointment to see the ref.still no response. They gave us a number we called the local repair shop, they didnt pick up the phone, called many times, and left messagenobody picked up. Second they transferred, you barely understand what she says on the phone.Third LG scheduled somewhereI called them they said it is far, they do not come, now after 5 days, I called, they say, they are working to schedule appointment....this is nightmare...
