Wonderful people to deal with. Great installation of over the range microwave. Took care that venting was well sealed and properly fitted.

Arrived to install a microwave we got from a friend. Gotta love em - they had no idea what they were walking into, and didnt leave until the job was finished... the job entailed drilling through tiles! Glad they are here, as it is hard to find anyone else in this area willing to come to do small jobs.

Fast and fair price for service call. Lots of choices for appliances and will deliver and install quickly....and haul away used appliances for a small fee. In business for 40 years! Nice people and they look out for you. Buy local!

Ive been doing business with Morro Bay Appliance for nearly 20 years. I was delighted when Mike bought the business. His reliability and service are THE BEST!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We contacted Lowes to schedule service on an appliance. After scheduling the service, Morro Bay Appliance contacted us and changed the date to the next day. So we adjusted our schedule to work around their update schedule. Then at the time they were supposed to be here, they called us saying they had to cancel with us and would let us know when theyd reschedule. We waited all day to hear from them and finally followed up with them at the end of the day to get horrible customer service and no idea when they could come out.

The best! We have a rental property in Los Osos, and we live out of town. When we last renovated the home (about five years ago), Morro Bay Appliance delivered and in stalled all the kitchen appliances in cooperation with the contractor. Recently, our tenants called to say the drier was not working. Lisa at Morro Bay Appliances was really helpful at working with the tenants to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This is not the kind of service you get at a big box store, and too me, it is worth a lot. I feel really lucky to have a service provider that you can trust and rely on.

After nearly a thousand dollars in repair charges, they told me to replace my appliance. Really! I took that much money to figure it out! Very unhappy customer. I will not go back again.
