Miguel is the best, got stranded on the side of the road and we were from out of town and needed my car back and running asap. He stayed later then closing to get me back on the road again, even explained what had went wrong perfectly to me, reasonable price to, i couldnt recommend this place enough.

The starter on my Lincoln MkLT became sluggish turning over the engine so I ran by auto zone to get the system checked (battery, starter, alternator). After testing, they suggested I take it to a repair shop for more details. Bay Auto checked it out, found that the starter was the issue and had me back on the road much faster than I had thought would happen. Miguel showed me the old part and fully explained the situation. Thanks a bunch, guys!

Miguel and crew run a highly competent, professional, and efficient shop, with VERY fair pricing. Picked up my non-starting Dodge truck on a Saturday afternoon and worked all day to have me on the road by the next morning. Highly recommend them. Never had an auto shop care so much about taking good care of a customer, especially on a weekend afternoon!

I called them on Friday, and they said to come at 8:30 on Saturday morning. I showed up on Saturday morning, at 8:30 (they were supposed to open at 8) and no one was there. Called the phone number again-no answer. No one else in Morro Bay was open so I had to go to SLO. Thank you Villa Automotive for getting me in so quick!

They have done everything from transmission replacements to stereo installs for me and never once failed at any of my repairs or upgrades. Im from out of town and rolled in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday with a dead alternator. The guys had me out the next day by noon. Honest and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Serpentine belt snapped off on a family trip. Had it towed to these guys on our last of the trip. Talked to a guy named Kevin said it would take him until noon to fix and would cost 235. Had it the car in and out in less than an hour and charged under the estimate since he got a deal on parts. Saved the trip

Our rv left tie wouldnt turn called every whete no help, until I called Bay Auto, they sent domeone yo look at it at the rv park. They found powrt stee t ing hose tore up took them 2 days to keep coming back with belts but they fixed it. They were life savers.
