Stopped in on our way through town. Sat in waiting room for awhile before we were let in, some issues at the front desk. A customer comes back in saying they was given the wrong med. First thoughts were come on guys get it together. Finally we were let into this tiny showroom with a very unappealing lineup. Very quiet I could hear everything the person in front of me was asking for and it was rather uncomfortable. We decided to leave honestly even though we had a 30% off new member discount. One way in one way out so watch that door while trying to give your Id to the lady I almost got taken clean out... Overall I hope this can be helpful to the management. That front room needs to go.Note for management... Play some music or something the vibe in there is really off... It will help 100% ...long term goal, knock that wall down remove the front office area and add to your showroom(nobody wants to sit in the cramped front room its awkward). Scan ids outside with security and send them in. Will create tons more space to at the very least add in some displays of products you offer. I really think this would benefit your company.

One of the best dispensary experiences I have had! The shop was well stocked with a great selection and awesome prices, they offer a discount for first timers and it’s definitely worth it! The staff was exceptionally friendly, I was helped by Jerry both times I went and he was so helpful and knowledgeable all the products he recommended were really good; he was so helpful answering all my questions and making sure I really got a good value. I would go back here anytime I’m in the area really quality service and atmosphere (seriously Jerry was the BEST)

I love Perfect Union and am SO GLAD they opened in Morro Bay. They have the absolute best pricing you could get at any dispensary and their staff are incredible. Big shout out to Caitlin who helped me today she was incredibly helpful and kind and the customer service keeps me coming back over and over. I would recommend this dispensary over any other in the area just because of how nice and friendly the staff are.

Visiting from out of town and found this little spot and would definitely recommend visiting. Not only was their product 10/10 their customer service exceeded my expectations of an establishment like this. Ive been to many where they are just like give me your money and just take whatever. Price points and quality are great. Many options, and the most knowledgeable Budtenders I’ve dealt with, on the Central Coast. Each visit, I’m more impressed than the last. I’ve never gotten bad quality. So long as I communicate what I need, I’ve always gotten very valuable advice that helps me get the best product(s) for myself (at the time and in the future). Staff doesn’t understand cartridges and pens, and is dismissive of customer problems.I was sold Dime Bag carts and told they would work on Raw Garden pens. They don’t. I was provided with a Himalaya which was nice.When the charger literally fell apart after a few weeks, I returned again to get a new Himalaya charger, but was told I could charge the pen on any charger. Not true. I returned again and explained the situation, to which I was told by the staff member that he charges his Himalaya on all kinds of chargers and it works fine. And THEN I was told “they don’t come with warranties, so....”At no point did anyone suggest maybe the pen had a problem, not just the charger. No attempt to accommodate me was made.I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning. I expect professional advice and excellent customer service. I would never tell a customer who was experiencing problems with my product that “it doesn’t come with a warranty,” inferring that it isn’t Perfect Union’s problem, or that they didn’t care.I went to the new competitor in town, and they took excellent care of me and explained exactly how their pens and chargers operate. They also offer a 7-day guarantee on all products.

This place is the best dispensary I have honestly been to I have purchased clones seedlings flower Concentrates edibles The staff is absolutely phenomenal very friendly but professional I was able to get off all narcotic pain medication and benzodiazepines with the help of perfect union and there amazing products thank you so much for giving me my quality of life back 5/5 highly recommended!!! If people think it cost to much I would have to disagree, I was able to get a variety with different price range options, & one of the 1/8th was the highest priced they had, well worth it too well grown & smoked clean as can be. Excellent vibe and service. Everywhere else you feel like everyone is watching you and you feel uncomfortable, but here is friendly with a warm welcoming. I got what I needed at a fair price and I did not feel rushed at all. I had the pleasure of having Eric Terhorst help me get a good deal and helped me get what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the medicine there and was very understanding and compassionate of my needs. I left with a bag full of good value. Good job guys keep it up!

We got a free pre-roll as first time buyers from out of state as we travel! First time at a dispensary in Cali and it was very clean, professional, and had plenty of options for every preference. We bought a 10pack of gummies for $16 which isnt too bad. I got some better deals in Colorado though, but still cant complain! Van life approved!

Very poorly managed. They are so slow. 5 people could come to the store and you would expect a wait of 30 minutes. And then when you get inside you have like 3 budtenders all helping the same person. They have absolutely no idea of time management
