I usually go to other eye care . This was my first time at Dempster Eye Care. Dr. Ma took her time at my visit. No rush listened to my questions thoroughly.Anna at the front desk sweet person. Very patient and helpful. Anna answered all my questions. They are super clean and made me feel comfortable.Highly recommend this eye care facility. This is my first time but already I have 3 other family members using there services.Thank you Dr Ma and Anna.

Ive been here only a couple times for routine eye check up but they were all pleasant experiences. Dr. Ma is very knowledgable and professional. This is a clean & very busy clinic but they have their system in place to makes things run smoothly.

I made an appointment with Dempster Eye Care after having gone to “chain” eye doctors for years. I constantly had issues with the glasses I got from said places, and ultimately returned them almost every time. I decided to go to Dr. Ma instead and my experience was great. I haven’t received my glasses yet, but I can already say I would go back. I showed up to my appointment on time, and yes, I had to wait. The doctor apologized, but she didn’t need to because to me this says that she takes the time necessary to fully help her patients, as she did with me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and performed all necessary tests to address those concerns instead of rushing me to get to her next client, which is something you don’t often get at a larger facility. The gentleman that helped me find glasses also took time to ensure I got what I wanted and took several measurements, whereas the last facility didn’t measure me at all. He went over all options, was completely transparent with the pricing, and didn’t try to push anything. It was apparent that he really just wanted to find something that worked for me. All that being said, I ended up ordering the same brand of frames I typically order with the highest quality lenses, and it was $100 less than it cost me at my usual place. I am extremely happy with my visit!

We went to this eye clinic after a year and the staff there were as amazing as they were last year. Dr ma is also very professional and runs a clean facility.

Brought my 5 year old son here - great with kids. They checked our temperature before letting us in. We didnt have to wait long at all before being seen. In and out pretty quick. Very clean and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Not a good place to take your prescription. They try to charge you as much as possible and wont give you the best option. I ended up to return the glasses that I had with them (not their fault though) but then they did least they could to make it work. The staff mostly seems to be unexperienced and not helpful and would not explain and give you the best option, if you dont know what exactly you need, just dont go there. Super unhelpful!

I’ve been going to Dr. Ma for many years, since I was younger. She and her staff are very friendly and have great services. Since they know I’m Deaf with low visions they always find a way to communicate with me without any problems. I love that about them. Dr. Ma is an excellent eye doctor and attentive to me when I tell her my eye issues. Anna is excellent, always make sure I’m taken great care of, helps me picking out glasses because I got a lot of compliments on my glasses last time. In the future when I come for new frames I’d prefer Anna help me picking new frames because she knows the best glasses on me. Jackie is sweet and patient with me when it comes to communicate with a Deaf person. Excellent services!!

I got help finding frames I absolutely love!They are super nice and helpful... not to mention extremely patient!I’ve already recommended this place to many people. Frame prices vary (which is great) from inexpensive to expensive. They eye exams are quick and easy.Best decision I’ve made on eye care!

I have known Dr. Ma for a few years now, and she and her staff always take amazing care of me. I have pretty terrible vision (worse than most), and Dr. Ma makes sure to take plenty of time to get my Rx correct. They have a really nice selection of frames, and the thoughtful office decor and ambiance make for a really great experience every year. Its only gotten better as time goes on. We have been coming to Dr. Ma for about two years now and are very happy with the service. They are all very nice and the doctor is very experienced. She takes Medicaid for kids which is very helpful.

It was my first time going here and i was really impressed. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Dr. Ma was very caring and explained everything throughly. The whole place was sanitized very throughly and there was a lot of reasonable priced choices.

I went to Dr. Ma for initially for progressive lenses several years back after getting a bad from a different Optometrist. Dr. Ma took the time to carefully get the prescription correct, and listened carefully to my needs. I just need a little extra help for close reading which I only wanted when looking down. I couldnt be happier with the new glasses. Dr. Ma nailed the prescription and my progressive lenses worked great!Every time I come here and need just a little tightening of a lens or something is off on my frame, they just take care of it and they never seem bothered about it. Service exceeded beyond expectation

Dr. Ma is a very beautiful and caring doctor. She always makes sure when patients come in for an eye exam or with any issues, that they are well taken care of. I would recommend coming to this clinic. One of the best doctors. Definitely deserves a five star rating.

Very attentive and friendly.I went to get my eye examined and all the staffs were friendly. Their facility is really clean and well maintained and they have a wide range of varieties in glasses. Great eye center! Really friendly staffs and I think kids would like it, because you can get a little toy and candy after your checkup. We did have to start the checkup a little late because the doctor was busy but everything else was fine!

Dr. Ma consistently provides excellent service. Her staff is friendly and they have a wide range of designer frames to choose from. Her office has a modern touch to it but the seating in waiting area is scarce. The parking lot is great though. I like this office a lot better since she has moved here.

Ive been visiting Dempster eye center for contacts quite a few times now. I recently started contacts and I was really bad with putting my contacts at first. I learned how to use contacts properly and I became very comfortable with them. Staffs and doctor were amazing and very encouraging every time I was there.

I used to come to this office before I had stopped the Dr was always late fast with her exams, the customer services was horrible, prizes where ridiculous high. So I had gave it another chance the NEW staff was Awesome the girl which I forgot her name, she was Philippine or Hispanic not sure was GREAT! was very helpful! I came in few days ago to look around the staff there didnt even acknowledged me, until I came to the front and asked for assistance. The girl I guess couldnt understand my questions she told me if I could come back on Saturday, when manager was there. I didnt understand WHY?? since I only wanted few questions answered. I saw all new staff AGAIN. makes me wonder about this place why is there always, new people. I guess is time to do my research..

Anna is the best! She made sure I was taken care of.My issue came a few weeks ago. I ordered lenses for my frames and it took about 10 days to get in. Which is fine, but when I finally came in to pick it up, I had found out that they had written the wrong eye prescription. I couldnt see and it was blurry. So instead of saying they will make a rush or give me anything for the inconvenience, they said Oops... youre just going to have to wait another week and a half to get your glasses. The girl I dealt with then said she made a mistake too with another customer, smiled and said sorry have a good day.Umm.. really? I drove all the way there (Im not close btw) to get an Oops. You need to come back and we will see you in a week in a half!I was irritated by all this. But I figured I call back and speak directly to my original sales person. Which is Anna. She understood my concern and took complete care of me. She even called every so often to update my status on my glasses. Finally it came in and she made sure everything was ok.Well... 2 weeks later I found out my doc messed up. They gave me a different a prescription. I came back to see if they can help me with the new prescription. They dont have to do this but she helped me fix my glasses and get thr right ones.She was amazing! Ill always go to her. She is the best.

I’ve had a great experience at Dempster Eye Center. Dr. Sun Ae Ma is very helpful, kind, and does every exam with lots of care. The staff is very friendly as well and they speak Spanish if needed, especially Erica who helped me find my favorite frame.

Worst service ever, spoke to them yesterday about fixing a pair of glasses, told me come in 11 am when tec is here, came at 11:16 tec was ready to fix them come some chinese lady and stopped him, wanted us to pay for vision and get there glasses, that is just bad managements

My second experience with this eye doctor. Both times I have seen Dr. Ma. I love her. She is bright, sweet but also extremely on the ball. She executes every appointment with grace and knowledge but she also talks to you and takes an interest in you, not just the medical side of things. She is a pleasure to see.On my most recent visit, I had tons of questions about our new insurance. I was not sure what was covered or what I should do to maximize my benefits.Also I needed new frames and lenses and they were beyond helpful in that department too. They carry all of the big label designers like Dior, Tiffany, Channel, Coach, Prada, and Kate Spade but they also have many bargain frames that wont cost you anything out of pocket if you have insurance (most of the time).Everyone there is helpful, knowledgable and extremely friendly. More over, the office is very nice and clean. Its up to date and everyone working there appear very happy and fulfilled by their jobs. Thats nice to see. No one wants to patronize an unhappy work place.

Dr. Sunae Ma has been my sole optometrist for the past ten years and I would not trust anyone else to give me the same quality care as she does. Not only is she swift and precise in her examinations, she is also diligent and accurate in her evaluations, prescriptions and reccomendations. The office is very communicative with friendly reminders, callbacks and notifications. I also never have to wait in the office for more than 10 minutes. I typically purchase contact lenses but have recently added glasses and was very pleased with the sales staff when reviewing my options.

I have been suffering with extreme dry eyes recently and went to Dr. Mas office. She was so caring and professional that I really like their services. I strongly recommend her for your future eye Dr. She is a great eye Dr!.Angela

Zero stars. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm and I arrived on time at 3:25pm, but didnt end up leaving the eye center until 5:30pm. It took 50 minutes until I actually saw Dr. Ma and the total amount of physical face-to-face time with her was maybe 20 minutes. Overall, I spent 2 hours at the eye center, of which over an hour and half consisted of me waiting to be seen. They also charged me for a $40 contact lens exam that I had specifically emphasized that I didnt need when I made my appointment and before my exam even started because I did not need another contact lens exam since it was less than a year before my last one was completed. Waste of my time and money. Dishonest and shameful service. Take your business elsewhere.

Went in just to check out the place and see what kind of glasses they had . I overheard, who appeared to be the doctor, demeaning some of her workers . Not so friendly .
