The pharmacy is trash -- i think in a mostly immigrant community, the staff should be kind to non-English speakers. but an employee named NICK has terrible customer service, refused to talk to a translator on the phone and was overall, very rude!!!! i know that CVS will not do anything about it, but we are not coming back again!!

The pharmacist Chris is very kind and professional. The pharmacy technician was also and both provided very good customer service.

Its 10am and I am still waiting on an rx that was sent 24hrs ago and needed to be started first thing this morning. No insurance issues and no medication complications. Very unreliable, slow, inaccurate billing to the insurance often causing me to have to wait to resubmit the claim too often. Do not recommend if you want your medications when you need them.

Worst pharmacy. Lazy ignorant uncaring staff. Will never go back.

CVS pharmacy in general is horribly ran. Every single time any doctor I go to sends medicine over here they say we only got one prescription. No, you didn’t because I saw it on the computer and the doctor called and spoke to you to verify you received all the prescriptions and you guys say yes. I can’t wait to have my company switch away from cvs pharmacy. You guys need more employees in the pharmacy department.

Great customer service

Today my husband and I went to CVS to buy a few things, my husband decided to smell an Axe product, and the manager told him that he couldnt do that, so I decided to ask the manager if there was something wrong with smelling a product, he said it was unsanitary and proceded with the example of opening up peanut butter and smelling it..Really ? Last time I had a problem with the cashier too, First of all we were not opening up anything, my husband was just smelling a body wash Axe product, people buy fragrances, and we use our nose to say yes I like, or no I dont, how would we know how something smells if we cant smell it? My husband was wearing dirty clothes because he is a mechanic, we are Also Hispanic, so I wonder if he would have told that to someone that was non Hispanic ? Last time I go to this awful, dirty, unprofessional place, second time I we have a problem with CVS, I WILL STICK TO WALGREENS, BEST WORKERS, GREAT MANAGERS.

The drive thru need to serve faster, I waited 15 mins for a pick up.

Merchandise was all over the place in the aisles. Pharmacist wasn’t very helpful. Will probably switch to another CVS.
