Upon moving to Chicago from SF I needed storage here in Chicago and boy did I luck out meeting Z at Life Storage. She worked so hard to make sure I received all the applicable discounts and gave me her card to call should I ever have any problems regarding my unit. Over a year later I have had only great interactions and I feel very safe with my stuff still here in Morton Grove. Travis at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I wasnt able to open my storage unit because it was so crammed. He helped me for close to an hour and we finally got it open (and with a great attitude).

Good clean -ish spot. Still leaves from fall in the hallway and they do not shovel the snow or salt near the doors, making loading and unloading slippery and dangerous. Unit fine tho.

Zuraima is an awesome associate! She helped me sign up for my autopay and was pleasant to deal with! Great customer service! :-)

They have inside and outside storage at the time we got a unit they had a sale going so we got a bigger unit inside for the price of a small unit. The people that were working there at that time were very nice. They also sell boxes and bubble wrap and locks and a few other things you may need.

I got a three month online special and made a reservation to do paperwork. Nathan made it quick and easy and showed me everything I needed to know. The facility and space were clean and accessible.

This facility is great, and the staff is very pleasant. I always stop by to grab some complimentary coffee. My wife made the reservation, and completing the paperwork was very easy. Loading up our unit was simple too. We parked in the indoor vestibule and used one of the provided carts to shuttle boxes from the car to the unit. We were in and out in under an hour.

I keep all my valuable shoes here. They have great service if you need a place to store your valuables this life storage is the place to put it. Talk to Marcus for a good rate.

I have been with Life Storage for a few years. Im giving it 5 stars only because of Nathan, others before him such as Marcus, Nicolette and the other staff. Nathan is attentive, patient and resourceful which is a very important asset to the business. There are a few perks: clean facility, climate-control, surveillance cameras, etc.On the other hand, if I had to give Corporate a rating then I will give it less stars because Corporate does not interact with the public.

Life Storage has kept our stuff safe for over 2 years. While we were on the road everything we owned was in Morton Grove. When we returned a year ago, we were only moving essentials into an efficiency. Nicolette helped us switch from a large (10x15) to a small unit (7.5x10). She made the transition easy, assured us that the online billing options would seamlessly switch (they did!) and generally was a joy to work with: cheerful and professional. Our art, our antiques and our off-season clothing stayed in Morton Grove until last week (4/2017). Weve now moved out of Life Storage, but when we do another extended trip in a couple years, we will be coming back. The facility was clean, had real temperature control and ample access hours. The facility is quite modern, well kept, very secure, and excellent management provided by Darrick and Cheryl. My move in was problem-free: the bay area was easy access for my personal auto/rented U-Haul truck, carts were made for large loads, storage unit is perfect size with climate control, and lastly great value for self service storage. Could not be more satisfied!

Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Allowed me to get in and get out without a hitch just how I like it. Very clean facility and affordable pricing.

We just rented a 10x10 unit for our not-for-profit social club and I was impressed by how clean and very well lit the place is. I also love the fact that theyve got great drive in bays the load and unload so that even in bad weather its no problem. They even have a truck ramp that made the move of our current storage unit to this new one very simple as we could just drive up with the U-haul truck and roll everything from the truck to the unit.

This is a very clean place with easy access.The people who work here have been very helpful and courteous.Overall it has been a Great experience. I have used this facility in the past.5 Stars.....
