Went there to exchange 3 new tea unopened cases for the correct ones. They substituted strawberry for the peach flavor that was ordered. They wouldnt do it since my stepdaughter ordered it online and I didnt have the receipt. I mean whats the deal? I wasnt too happy. It had a Walmart order sticker on it too!

Bought this cute tiny espresso cup for coke with hubby, just because it was fun lol. Nice place, saw many cute cups and other stuff as well and reasonable price

Pharmacy personnel r great, but main bathrooms n front of store r still closed after about 3+ months. Very disappointing, wish they would get it fixed. Wouldnt of given this a bad review but 3+ months is bad for business. Will give great review after bathrooms n front are fixed, sorry

There are never enough cashiers. At the age of 71 I should not have to scan and bag my own groceries. Before long they will be wanting me to stock the shelves.

Love Walmart! Plants pet food people food and soda which is a staple at my house! Plus all the clothes! Its the one top stop and I enjoy it a great deal!

A great place to shop an pick up your prescriptions with friendly personal.

Perpetually out of stock of the items that I want. Aldi and Kroger do better at keeping their shelves stocked.

We shop there at least 3 to 4 time a month they should be doing all that moving shelves after there closed it makes it hard to find stuff so you walk from one end to the other to get what we are buying and they have no trash can up front at check out lanes we buy a lot of cat food and when we take 3 boxes up to the register and bag all that cat food and no where to throw boxes away

Never enough cashiers. Self checkout had long lines with only one cashier . Seems to be the norm any more at Walmart to waist your time standing in line.

Its an OK walmart. One of the weirdest layouts Ive seen and can be confusing. The electronics department is lacking.

Overall very good as a super center. My family shops there often...

Their delivery system is amazing. Kenneth Clark is an awesome driver and very good at what he does. Truly a wonderful experience for groceries.

Picked up a prescription that I was late in retrieving. Confirmed that it was still on hold. Easy pickup and combined with other shopping. Self check out & out the door in 10 minutes.

Tired of having lines into clothing department because they have no cashiers or one cashier. Seems to me they think more of the people that shop online then those coming into their stores. And the store shoppers are rude and act like regular customers are in their way!

Hate even going in there. Sparse inventory, no help around. Deli help seems to change every week. They never slice the correct amount of meat. Get them a slicer with a scale.

The jewelry dept woman was so helpful and nice! We found exactly what we needed with her recommendations!

The store is currently remodeling/reorganizing, so many items are no longer where they used to be. However, the remodel appears to be making isles larger, which is wonderful. And, for the most part, the Walmart app is kept updated so you can search items in the app and find where they are located.I love the app for finding where items are located in the store. The app gives the exact isle number, unlike apps for other stores, which either dont show where items are or only give a point on a map that doesnt truly indicate where the item is.If you are not using the Walmart app, I very highly recommend it. After I make my shopping list, I search the app for item locations and write the location on my list. That way Im not searching the store for items AND I can organize my shopping so that Im not going from one end of the store to the other without having to go back to an isle Ive already been to.

I had not been in this store before...very impressed with the cleanliness and wide isles. Employees were very helpful too. I was a little confused at first and someone was right there to help me.

This the Morton store if I have to go to one this is it very clean and well taken care of store unlike other around stores like Pekin is a dump and always out of everything and the AC never works there

I HATE Walmart now that they expect ME to scan my own items, SPECIALLY PRODUCE!! USED to ONLY at SHOP WALMART.. NOW I avoid Walmart, SPECIALLY if I need PRODUCE

According to the manager covid prevents employees from pulling orders correctly 3 of my most recent pick up orders have had items I didnt order or items missing and apparently there not replacing the missing items or refunding my money might have to try Kroger see if they can do a better job

It sucked no person to do checks outs.No discount for do it yourself

I found what I was looking for but the line was long and so was the wait. I refuse to check myself out unless I am paid to do so or receive a discount so this part may have been my own problem.

The Customer Service staff, as well as the Pick-Up staff were very helpful.

Used order online and pickup for the first time at this store. The problem was no receipt and even corporate couldnt produce one.

A fairly nice Walmart all things considered, improved produce and meat department over the years. In general dont expect to find any higher end or special items here however.

Not common for them to have long lines. Actually when we were there at about 1pm, they had about 5 regular lanes open (in addition to the self checkouts).

This is where my family buys our groceries. It is serene and not hectic like some Walmart locations. The staff (except for one bad-attitude dude in the Deli) is always very polite. Produce is lacking, but it’s Walmart.

Not the best Wal-Mart (avoid the produce, in my experience). On the other hand, convenient location, open 24/7, and plenty of parking.The mini nu micro wave works pretty good,but don’t put it in the oven😀

It was not crowded. The store was clean. It had handsanitizer.and stuff it wipe down the cart. Lots of new items. The shelves were well stocked. Things they have been out of for a long time are now back in stock.

Dirty. Usually it if stock on a lot of product. Def need to upgrade to the new self check out systems.

Found what I needed but dont quite understand if they want masks or not

I can always find what I need and the prices are good.

Stopped in to look for a seat cushion for my work van. I found one for $15 that is made with memory foam and even has a heater in it.

Like it is small town environment people know each other and people are just all around good people there

I love all the guys and girls that load my truck with my groceries theyre all so sweet and helpful. I just wish there was a way I could help them so this morning I noticed the kind of gloves the guy had on that was loading my truck and offered him a really good pair of my gloves and he was so sweet and appreciated them so much. By the way this morning we were having a blizzard and it is very cold out. I think the least Walmart can do is provide work gear for them all, good stuff, insulated gloves. I love the service and appreciate it . I started online grocery shopping before covid and I will never stop as long as they have it.p.s. I hate shopping lol but at Walmart I love online shopping

Whats really great about the WM app is you can make out your shopping list and find which aisle each item is before going in AND see a map with its exact location on that shelf whether its on right or left side and how far up or down the aisle it is! And its accurate!

Shopping at Walmart drives me crazy b/c of the people, however I have not been able to find another store that has as many things I need in one place. The price for the quality is usually good. I try to wear my earbuds while in the store, it helps a lot.The ordering online works very well, we will be using it a lot more.

Shelves are sparse. Nothing is where it was 3 days ago. And your pickup app is ridiculous. Everything is in huge quantities with huge prices.

I cant help it, the pickup groceries is so covenant I dont remember what it was like without it. The staff is nice and a respect social distancing.
