Needed tubular gauze for a finger injury and couldnt find it for 2 weeks at this location i ask about it and get told ya if things are out for a while out there then we probably arent getting anymore then take it off the shelf what store doesnt restock now i gotta got 15 mins awy to get gauze

I have had the same insurance for 20 years and the same prescription. Every time I go to a cvs I get the same bs. They have to call and check on this and get approval, so I started going to Walmart pharmacy they keep my card on file, they never have to call and check on anything or get approval, I give them my name and birthday and get my prescription in minutes no hassle no runaround.

Great staff!! They treat you like family and make you feel like you matter.

Never have good experience here. The staff never seems to know what they are doing. Got here right at open and the pharmacist wasnt even here. Huge line of people and tons of us late to work because of it. On top of it twice my prescriptions were wrong in previous encounters and one was given to me not even mixed.Get it together Cvs or hire people who can do their job.

I wish it was an option to give ZERO stars. I can honestly say I have never had one good experience at the pharmacy counter or with a member of the pharmacy staff over the phone. Every person Ive encountered, be it over the phone or in person, in the pharmacy department has been extremely rude!! The only reason I continue to fill my scripts there is because its convenient and near my house but I am considering transferring to Walmart.

The service here is awful. Called in a refill for a prescription that had not expired. Pharmacy filled it and returned it to their inventory the same day. Went to pick it up 4 days later and they had no explanation as to why they didn’t have it. Prescription expired two days after it was filled so they can do nothing to refill it. Can’t explain it, they screwed up and now blaming the doctor for not calling back quickly to authorize refill the day after I was there. Looking for an alternative to CVS pharmacy

I called 4 hours in advanced yo pick up test strips for my grandfather who has diabetes. They asked me when I wanted to pick up and I told them after 4. When I got there, it wasnt ready and was told they would out a rush on it and would be about 20 minutes. Im still waiting 45 minutes later while Ive watched at least a dozen other people get waited on and all I need are test strips!

Very friendly staff and the pharmacist was very helpful in explaining the flight or flight experience I may get with this new medication I am on. 👍🤘

Do not like how pharmacy does not have same hours as the store. Whats the point of having a pharmacy if they dont stay open?

Pharmacy staff is VERY rude. Just hung up on me once. Also just never pleasant to speak with. Switching to Walgreens. Would not recommend filling prescriptions here.

They saved me about $40 on my prescription when it wasnt covered through insurance by looking up goodrx
