Small town atmosphere! Employees are knowledgeable abut there departments. Prices are slightly higher then the big box stores but not near as crowded.

Best Ace Hardware i have ever been to. The gal behind the counter was super helpful in finding what i needed, and then calling other stores when they didnt have it. No other chain hardware store comes close.

I love this place! Tremendous, locally owned business. Really deep inventory, unsurpassed customer service. I bought an Ego mower from this store and it started misbehaving after 60 days so I took it back to the store to see if they could help. Walked out with a brand new Ego mower in less than 20 minutes. Ive only been here a few times, but I think I found one of my favorite places ever! They have everything you need for your home plus a little boutique right in the heart of the store! The employees are the nicest and most helpful people around! This is truly a gem on the eastern border of Morton!

I needed a brass tub drain arm and ACE had the exact fitting part. I did have to buy a rubber washer, which they also sell, as I didnt think the original lead washer would last. Everything fit back together perfectly in time for bathtime for the little one. Thanks yall. Staff is always helpful, sometimes too helpful as I want to wander the store and get inspired but thats more on me than them 👍.

I love this store. Great selection from hardware, paint and tools to lawn and garden and more things you dont need but want. A hometown hardware store with comparable prices to the box stores but you actually get kind and knowledgeable help!

I sent my fiancé in to the store today to rent a tiller for our garden. He called first to check prices, the size they had etc. He got into the store and everything was perfectly fine. He got about half way through the paperwork with an employee. He was told that he would need a credit card and an Id that he would have to leave at the store until he returned the tiller. Seems very strange to me to begin with but he agreed. In the middle of the paperwork the employee changed his mind about renting my fiancé a tiller supposedly because he only had an id, and not a drivers license on him. He claimed they had to many thefts recently So I called into the store and asked them if I could then rent the tiller because my fiancé was denied, and I have a valid drivers license on me. I was told again he was not renting to my fiancé because of his Id, then told I could not rent it because my license was out of Tennessee. I explained that I just moved here last month and I have spent over a thousand dollars in the last month at this small store to shop locally and support them during this Covid mess and I was extremely disappointed, I had no intent to steal anything. He told me it was part of their policy. So I asked him what exactly the policy stated and if it stated that you had to have a drivers license out of Morton. He told me probably out of the tri-county area. So I asked how is something probably if its in the policy? He then changed up his wording. So after me and my fiancé were both called thieves, we went back into the store anyways to purchase a tiller in full. We were then met about ten foot into the door by the same man where we told him that we just wanted to purchase one. He told us that they just sold there last one, even though we could clearly see them sitting outside and inside.While reading this keep in mind me and my fiancé are a young heavily tattooed couple. But a couple in the upper class who had no need or reason to steal and had spent tons of money at this store weekly. We wont be back. This was nothing but a case of discrimination and we will be taking it to corporate.

I am so happy since Neena opened in Morton. Great hardware store with a great staff to help you out the minute you walk through the door. Prices are competitive with the big box stores as well.

I massively prefer ACE to big warehouse hardware stores, because when I need help, all the employees are masters at fix-it things and solutions.I just show up and describe my project and budget and they walk me right to what I need, ask plenty of questions, teach me what is what. No riff raff. No buying the wrong thing and needing to take it back.
