Very helpful, if they cant get your parts, then they are probably not available. However if they know where and how to get that really hard to find part, they are going to let you know. THE BEST PARTS STORE IN TOWN. The only parts store that has a machine shop in the back, so if youre part is not available they can either make one or lead you to someone that can. Dont confuse LAKE SIDE NAPA (with Jerrys auto parts. Also a napa store)

The wheel bearings on my boyfriend’s boat trailer went out today. Stopped at Les Schwab and they weren’t sure what to do so they sent us somewhere else. After that place we went didn’t work out, we decided to go to this Napa. First of all, so friendly and helpful. Second of all THERE WAS A CUTE KITTY! The guy who helped us was so knowledgeable and helpful. Had to come back to replace the other side and they made it so easy for us. So thankful for them!

People at the counter didnt acknowledge me when I came in. Didnt answer me when I asked out loudly where the transmission fluid was. And barely talked to me when I checked out. Wont be going in here again.

Up until April 28 2018 Ive had no problems getting the parts I needed but when it came to getting my wheel cylinder for my car I was promised Wednesday May 2nd. Drove down to find they didnt even order them so I was told Saturday May 5th. Again I drove down but this time they havent received them its now the 8th and I go down to get my parts and what should have only been $9.99x2 (plus tax) is now around $33. I ask why? well apparently I have to pay the freight (something I wasnt informed about) so ask questions before you have them order something cause they may tac on some extra charges. although it wont hurt them my business will go to someone else
