This pharmacy it’s completely incompetent they never get the medication‘s that have been sent in on time they contact you to tell you that your medication‘s are ready for pick up you go and they tell you that they’re not ready yet. And every time I go there it takes forever, super long lines inside or outside. Horrible customer service!Now they have closed the drive through and and people are lined out the door. Who ever is running this place needs to be removed.

Always long wait inside or outside. Will sit at the window drive up ranging from 10-20 minutes without any help at all. Never have prescriptions filled by the time they quote, never get prior authorizations called out.. just horrible customer service. Ill be switching to Walmart. At least there I can get stuff done and actually be helped in a timely manner.

Called and spoke with a young man who told me to call back in two days when my prescription could be approved to be filled. I called back only to be told that the prescription was expired the month before. It is now two days passed day to fill and have not had anyone answer the phone or take my call in atleast 24 hours. Rude man answered yesterday and told me that the pharmacy did not fax requests to Drs, after the Richland location offered the service and advised me to ask Moses Lake to do the same. I told him politley thank you and have a good day, and he hung up the phone without responding. I understand that times are stressful but the lack of any type of customer courtesy was inexcusible. This is literally the worst pharmacy ever for customer service.

Seriously taking 45 mins to give ppl covid vaccines. Waiting for my spouse to get theirs done, they said Im next 15 mins ago. Ive had so many issues with the pharmacy why did we think this would be any different

Rite aid has the worst customer service! If i could have i wouldve give it a negative rating! They have very rude customer service in the pharmacy especially Tech Barb! Will text you and notify you prescriptions are ready and still makes you wait half an hour in the drive thru! Today we went there after the appt and the lady at the drive thru let us know that it may take half an hour and theyre not allowing people to wait int he drive thru and have us come back. Came back after 3 hours and the lady said it wont be ready for another 45 minutes. And we said whats the point of having us come back. All they said was sorry we didnt explained it to you clearly. What a waste on gas and time! Will definitely change pharmacy and would recommend as much as possible to change pharmacy. This place is worst than horrible!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Save your time and energy and fill your prescriptions somewhere else! Nothing is ever ready on time. 1 person working the inside and drive thru. Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. Waited 39 minutes to find out my prescription that should have been ready 6 hours earlier still was not filled.

Update your hours it says 8am on Saturday for pharmacy but its not open till 9. Ggggrrr

I understand you guys may be short staffed but this is the third time in a row now my medication was not done on time. I am still waiting now when your system said it would be done 4+ hours ago.

Dont bother making an appointment and filling out paperwork early. Youll still be waiting at least 40 minutes minimum for a flu shot. No place to sit either. They need new policies or more staff.

The wait is always crazy. Definitely switch to Walgreens now.

Sometimes the wait is longer then i would like but when flu season hits what can you do. always friendly and helpful, I think ive been in 7-8 times in the last 2 weeks. Michael is always working and so helpful even after having rude customers.

There is a reason there are more one star reviews than anything else here--BECAUSE RITE AID IS HORRIBLE! While the techs are usually great, the pharmacists, ESPECIALLY the floats, are terrible. Never in my life have I been treated so terribly by pharmacy staff as I have been here. They are rude, discourteous, snide, needlessly judgmental, unprofessional, and they take foreveeer. Ive been accused of abusing a med thats not even a narcotic by one float because of THEIR OWN ERROR and then had another float, Theresa Burgess, do everything in her power to make it so that I couldnt fill a script after a surgical procedure FOR NO REASON. My doctors office told her that she didnt need to be concerned and to just fill it, and if she wouldnt, then give it back so I could fill elsewhere. This woman chose to disregard my doctor and wrote all over my script trying to discourage anywhere else from filling it. So not only did I have to go pick back up my hard copy just hours after minor surgery, but I had to drive it to another pharmacy and then wait in horrendous pain for them to call my doctors office to get permission again because of this womans weird personal vendetta scribbling all over it. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life without doing anything to deserve it. There will be a formal complaint filed with Rite Aid Pharmacy management. I switched to Lake Town Pharmacy and have never been happier. They are courteous, professional, and fast. I highly encourage anyone else considering pharmacies to go there and steer clear of Rite Aid AT ALL COST.

I will never go here again; their pharmacy is awful. They never have your prescription ready when they quote you the first time you go and sometimes not even the second time. Make you wait then tell you they dont have your medication they have to order it. Nope there is no waiting when you take anti-arrhythmia drugs you kinda need those to stay alive.

STOP CALLING ME!!! i have never been to this store nor any rite aid but this one keeps calling me and hanging up then never answers its calls from me to to get my number out of its system...you better figure this out before i find a way to report you for harassment. im getting calls nearly everyday that even when i answer you immediately hang up on. STOP ALREADY.

Prescription not ready an hour after promised. Had to wait behind 4 cars and wait 20 minutes the second time through. Switching to Walgrens next time.

Recently weve had the worst service here. My husbands has been enrolled in the automatic refill for awhile now he cant go one day without his medicine and they never have it ready weve called before going in and they always say yeah we should have it ready in a couple hours or tomorrow and when we go in its always the same excuse oh we have none in stock we just ordered it today and Im like um no i called yesterday or whatever and they told me it would be ready today and all they say is sorry it should be ready tomorrow just call in the morning to make sure ...we shouldnt even have to be calling them thats why we had it set to automatic refill . but its always the same issue. Were about done with this place! Its been happening for months now.! I will keep complaining! This should be a 0 stars but no option for that!

I called asking about the Cash Price for a specific medication and the Pharmacy Tech was SO helpful. I had already called three other Pharmacys and this was by far the most efficient and informative conversation of the three.

Recently had a nasty experience with this Rite aid. Had dropped off a prescription they said a couple of hours came back still not ready then I came back the next day said again same couple of hours for a wait. Third day came in the day previous dropped off others to be filled they only had 1 of five filled they said it will be an hour so I said nope I will wait in the lobby. A miraculous 20 minutes later as I stared from afar finally filled all of them.

The person that I spoke to on the phone was so RUDE! Definitely need to find a better pharmacy.

If I could rate it with 0 stars I would, this is pathetic they tell you there will be a 3 1/2 hour wait to refill medications. You give them the benefit of the doubt come back 4hrs later, and they still dont have the meds ready!😣

Dont go here unless you have hours to waste and dont mind bad customer service! Were traveling and my son developed a sever ear infection. Had out pediatrician call in a prescription for ear drops at 8 am. Came in to pick it up at 9. They had not filled it and I had to have the doctor call again because they hadnt checked the messages yet. Then I was told to wait in the store and it would be 30 min. I asked if I could run to the store and they said if I did it would be two hours before it was ready. I should have gone to Walmart and killed to birds with one stone.

Terrible Pharmacy. My wife and I are in the military headed to JBLM and she has a severe muscle spasm in her shoulder and neck and after going to Samaritan Hospital they had us go to Rite Aid to fill the prescription of muscle relaxers. 8 people working in the pharmacy and it took over 40 minutes to get her prescription and they didnt process t through Tricare so now we have to call and claim it to get money back. Horribly inefficient Pharmacy.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!! Once the RX is in you have to call to see if its ready and then they start on it.. they say and hour we go to get it and they say another hour.. this happened three times what a waste of my time! I rarely get meds but I will no longer go here when they are needed!

The pharmacy is trash. They lose the faxes of prescriptions then blame the other pharmacy. Had to go back and get paperwork showing it was faxed to them days ago. Are you serious? Also the guy working the front needs to find a new job.

Went here to get a flu shot and one of the pharmacy employees was obviously sick!! Shouldnt have even been out of his house let alone working at a pharmacy!! And nobody told this guy to go home??? Never again.

You guys need to fix your Internet hours, they are different then your posted hours on your window.
