Had a flat tire and broken wheel on Monday. Went to Les Schwab and they ordered the wheels I wanted.They arrived Wednesday and they got me in right away that same day. Took them 1 hour to get it done and must I say they are all so helpful! Dakota was so patient throughout the process and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. One of the nice ladies gave me a ride to work while it was getting fixed and the other lady helped me with questions. Overall I had a great experience!

Poor, poor service! I stopped here after driving 10 hours from Utah. The reason for my stop was a thrumming noise and a whole lot of vibration, followed by what sounded like I was driving on a flat tire. There was no flat but a lot of noise. I explained the situation to Dennis and asked that they look everything over, test drive it, figure it out. I received a call back within the hour and was told my vehicle was ready for pick up and there were no issues. When I asked more questions regarding the noise. I was told it was due to cupping on my front tires and to resolve the issue they just rotated the tires to the back. I asked what was causing the cupping, do I need new tires?, an alignment? Dennis said no everything is good. I asked again if he was sure being that I was traveling alone w 4 small children. He assured me its not dangerous and there is no problem. I picked up my vehicle and drove it 280 miles to Boise, Idaho. The noise and vibration were still present and worse. I spent the night in a hotel and took my vehicle to the LS in Eagle Idaho. The employee who took it for a test drive told me he immediately knew it was the axle by the nosie. He put it on the lift to check the motor mounts. At this point the CV axle snapped!! I was also informed there was very minimal cupping on my tires (if it could even be called cupping because it was that minimal). If Dennis and his crew had driven my vehicle like I had requested and thoroughly looked it over they would have found the issue!! I do not recommend this Les Schwab. They dont care about their customers.

I found I had a big ole nail in one of the tires. Am new to the town, and didnt know where to go to have it repaired. The folk here immediately sorted it out fixing it in just 15 minutes. A great and friendly place and I think I have now found my tire shop . Thanks again.

Highly recommend!!! No joke put 4 new tires on in 50 minutes!!! Not to mention they were busy non stop walk-ins and calls and they still killed it!!! Definitely will be my tire spot from now on!! Prices were reasonable not cheap and not too expensive very fair!!!

Always excellent customer service. This time had issue with travel trailer brakes. Thought it was the trailer brakes, turns out its my electric controller. While we were looking at this tech noted severe wear in tire and we swapped it for the spare. Great people.

I cannot say enough good things about the team over here at the Les Schwab in Moses lake. Miguel was super proactive at getting my family back on the road as soon as humanly possible. The leaf spring on our travel trailer broke and we had it towed to them overnight. I talked to Miguel at 8:00 in the morning. Miguel made two different trips to get us the right part and hustled to get us on the road by 11:00 a.m. . His boss Dennis allowed him to prioritize getting us back on the road. Their boss Jake said they were understaffed and have an amazing team there. So glad that we chose Les Schwab to help us out! Thanks again Miguel!

We had a screw in our tire, and it was deflating slowly. We called and they informed us that if we could could come in before 5:30 pm, they could fix it. They fixed our tire fast. Sergio and the crew there were super friendly and welcoming. They did an excellent job!

On a road trip with my fleet vehicle, I heard metal on metal grinding. I stopped at the next town and pulled in to Les Schwab and asked if they had time to do my brakes. My tires were due to be replaced but I had things set to do them in my home town next week. I did say they could do them while they were doing the brakes. Twenty minutes after closing, I get called up to get my keys only to find out that they did the tires, but had not even submitted the brakes to fleet for approval. So I got a sent on my way with a unsafe vehicle with reportedly 1mm of pad. Kim and Dennis is this treating customers like they are family? Would you have sent your loved one down the Vantage grade and over Ryegrass in a fully loaded truck with those brakes? But you said it Kim, there a “lot of work to the brakes”, so the tires were the easy sale. Congratulations you sold 4 tires, but I fear it has cost you a faithful customer!

Visiting Les Schwab Tire Center is always a pleasure. I dont mean just my local Tire Center, but all that I have visited. The staff are always professional, polite and knowledgeable. It really shows that they take pride in their work.

I had les schwab change my pitnum arm and pivot arm, front end alignment and 4 shocks, the front end alignment is terrible, and the person working on my vehicle didnt tighten up my skid plate, 2 bolts where bairly hanging on, my passenger front tire is out and disconnected itself from the 4x4, $1k worth of no good work. This is from moses lake office. Might just be good for tires only, not a pleased disabled customer.

Stopped in yesterday for an alignment. Was told they were booked and to come back Saturday (today) because they had openings then. The employee told me they don’t make apts, so come back the next day. I came in at opening, 10th in line and this employee told me they were booked all day. I went home and saw that they actually DO appointments online. I am not sure why I was told they don’t make appointments when they do, and why the employee yesterday told me to come back today when it was booked.

Excellent service! Punctured a tire while passing through the area on I-90. Arrived at Les Schwab before they opened in the morning and found that there were already 14 people waiting in line for service. Despite the crowd, they had my tire repaired in under an hour and did it completely for free!

I was on my way home from work and I ran over what looked like a tent steak. And my tire was instantly going flat went straight to Les Schwab. They were able to get me in which was awesome. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you so much

I had a 8:00AM appointment for a simple seasonal changeover today and I was second in line to get helped. They serviced 4 other cars before they did mine. I get that it’s first come fist serve but it’s called an appointment for a reason, not to mention the first appointment of the day. They didn’t start working on my car until 8:45. Seems like making an appointment is useless.

Always good and makes it right. Except remember to remove your valve stem covers before going if you love them.

I bought a set of tires. I didnt have much of a wait considering the work I needed. They were very polite, even though there was an irate customer.

Was told the alignment and tire balancing was first come first serve, got there right when they opened and told us they were booked. When we tried scheduling an appointment and they told us it was “first come first serve” they could’ve just been honest. Talked to the supervisor and he did not do one thing to try and make our day any better his excuse was “we had unfinished cars from yesterday so we are backed up”. Not only did they make us waste our gas but also made us put more damage to our unbalanced tires. Never again going back to the Moses lake les schwab.

These guys are incredibly friendly and helpful. My tire blew out as I was moving across the country and was having a hard time finding a place that had my tires. It was incredibly stressful but the staff was calm, informative, helpful and engaging. Andrew personally made my experience go from a stressful nightmare, into a very pleasent experience all things considered. They helped me with payment options and I was able to get all my needs taken care of for the rest of my travels. My Jeep feels like a whole new vehicle. Nice people, but dont bother if youre in a hurry. Originally quoted me 30 mins and now an hour in, they havent even started. I originally came because of their flexibility, even knowing that Perfection Tire was significantly cheaper for the same service. Pretty sure this was your last chance Schwab.Edit: I appreciate the reply and also the work that was ultimately accomplished on my vehicle. Dealing with the public is no easy task, especially when they are in a hurry.

Helped me right away with my tire .

Went in for new tires and a inspection. They stated on paper that all front end components were good and no unusual movement. Less then 3 weeks later my upper ball joint fails along with my outer tie rod end. Went in after having it replaced and showed them the failed parts and their only response was well sometimes we miss things Im not even a certified mechanic and I could tell the parts were bad before even removing the tire... wouldnt even take responsibility for their screw up

Ive been a customer a very long time back when they use to greet you at your vehicle when you arrived. Past many years this seemed to have faded from their service.Until yesterday when I arrived to get two of my tires repaired. I drove up and this Les Schwab employee came out and greeted me and escorted me into the store.They repaired both my tires even thought it wasnt their brand on the vehicle which I purchased for no charge! Highly impressed by this service. And I thought those days were gone.Fantastic job and thank you for the excellent service whoever he was!

I had a flat repair done this weekend and they charged me $32 to put a patch on it. Most shops around Moses Lake charge $10-$15. They didn’t even have to remove the tire from the truck I took it in. I also have a charge account with them and have financed my tires with them. Will think twice about using them again.

Took my car here after taking it to two other places and they noticed my wheel bearing was very worn. No one else noticed! Im so glad they did! Thank you guys so much for your amazing service!!

A few weeks ago I took my car in to fix a flat and was told I needed new tie rods but due to time restraints I opted not to have the tie rods repaired. Fast forward a couple of weeks I decided to get new tires and change the tie rods but I didnt not mention to them that the repairs had been previously recommended by them instead I asked themselves to do a full vehicle inspection, hoping the would make the same recommendations but no that did not happen. I was told my tie rods were good only now I had to change both front and back brake rotors. When I refused to have the work done, their attitude changed from nice to dismissive and rude. The truth is I was warned by friends that Les Schwab has a history of recommending repairs that are not needed and this proves that Les Schwab employees will saying anything to get Customers to spend money on repairs that are not needed. I only went to the them because the other repair place closed too early and I couldnt not make it to them in time but lesson learned.

Slow, Ive been too several Les schwab stores across Washington, ritzvile, Yakima, ellensburg, Spokane just to name a few.... Moses lake is the worst of them for speed... When theres a guy thats been waiting over 45 minutes for a simple tire repair and their employees are repairing items that arent needed to be done till Thursday AND ITS TUESDAY . Ill NEVER return to this store again,

Terrible service. No comparison to other locations. Went in with a flat needing repair, told the clerk Id be waiting for it. 2 hours later I finally ask about it. This other clerk (original guy not around anywhere) tells me they were just finishing up. Bull! I get home with the tire and I have a voicemail at the house from Les Schwab telling me that my tire was ready for pickup 😡Not my 1st visit at this store and had similar experiences. Not going back.Sucks that I have to give 1 star rating.

Great product, service, warranty, and staff. Been a loyal customer since 1976 and wont go elsewhere. With a wide coverage of stores throughout the western US, all are on the same page and honor their warranties with no hassles. Love it!!

Was told out wait would be an hour and a half to two hours upon arrival. We waited for an excessively long time as cars were being pulled in and out. Then they took the vehicle parked next to me which came in almost an hour into our wait. I said something to the young lady at the counter who assured me my vehicle would be put in the bay next, but they managed to get another vehicle in before me. I think the first come first served policy of this place should be followed with all vehicles. Not pick and choose, everyone’s time is valuable, they need to follow their own rules. They don’t take appointments but expect your vehicle to sit here till they get to it, customers expect their vehicles to be serviced accordingly.And to top my experience off, I spoke with a lady who was carrying a child around, she’d been here since eleven thirty, was told an hour and a half to two hours, she walked out of here at 4:15. I think they need to figure out a better system for telling people how long their wait will be or not take so many service orders. What a crappy way to spend the day. Will take my business elsewhere from here on out!

Took great care of us. Pulled into town with a steering issue and needed to find someone fast to get back on the road. Would not sell me on things I didnt need that another garage had recommended, and showed me the parts that did need fixing and explained why. Fixed everything that same morning to get us going. Very happy.

30 year Les Schwab customer but i wont be back to this less schwab store. Among a couple of other ther screwups they sent at least one Late Notice of payment to Experian credit reporting while i was on 90 days same as cash . Called 3 times. Was told to ignore payment notice.i ha ve done .many90 days..ALWAYS PAID.. neverlate ever. Nothing done. Screwed up two align.ments.....................AMENDING REVIEW 2 MONTHS LATER: Asst Mgr Andrew spent a lot of time one afternoon fixing the mistaken Late Payment that went to the three credit reporting agencies. He communicate with HQ in Bend Or. and fixed the problem. I spoke with Bend..they were great also! One late payment, FIXED... ADDED 125 POINTS TO MY CREDIT REPORT! i have done many 90 days same as cash purchases...no problems..a great deal. Make sure its clear when they ring up your purchases. Les Schwab still the greatest in most places... bruce z

Typically, when I call they are all very nice. Actually the all men and two of the women are very professional but there is one that isnt, shes rather mean, I hate going when she is there, I dont understand why she does what she does? For example, when I want something done she doesnt communication this well enough to the mechanics in the back. This is rather annoying but the rest is heavenly I would recommend this place to everyone and remember to be clear and direct with what you want done/checked. And have much patience for that one lady, maybe she doesnt know she is coming off a bit aggressive.

I work in Spokane, my wife called me today and told me she is on HWY 17 with a flat tire. She is disabled and unable to walk. I am over 100 miles from her. I remembered hearing other people say Les Schwab went the extra mile to help them. I called Les Schwab and told them what had happened. They said dont worry they will send their truck out to put the spare tire on for her! In under 10 min they where there.If I could give them 10 Gold Stars, I would.Sincerely Bill Gibbens.PS. I was just there dropping a friend off to pick her car back up. Because of it being a cold day and us visiting for a few minutes with my lights on but car off I killed my battery. They were super nice about it and came out and got my cer started again.

They do great work but have a huge lack in respect for your items in car. They rotated my tires and knocked my bully dog chip computer off the dash and left it hanging out of the door in snow storm and all they did was say oh sorry Ill let the guys know . Gave me no discount to try and save me as a customer. Really pissed off I wont me going back to Moses lake Les Schwab

People are friendly and quick to help, small jobs are pretty fast I went in to get one of the tires checked because it was going flat and they found a screw fixed it In and done within half hour

Offered this location $50 for a front end alignment (their price is $56). They never made any counteroffer or attempted to negotiate. The saleswoman I was dealing with almost immediately asked for my keys after I made my offer (thats considered accepting an offer). When it came time to pay, the bill was for over $90 (almost double the original deal) and was for extra work done to my car that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I had no idea this extra work was even being done, and was never asked if I wanted it do be done. I challenged the saleswoman when she told me the final bill amount and said I thought we agreed to $50. She gave me a snarky response and then looked the other way to help someone else out. Les Schwabs motto is doing the right thing matters. YEA RIGHT. STAY AWAY.

Ahhh...typical. Amelia was knowledgeable, smart, and cared about my business and vehicle. A real asset to Les Schwab. I had been to 2 other tire sales shops to compare prices. Amelia did everything she could to find what I needed. BUT, they couldnt help me. A more senior ( read, experienced salesman) employee took over, although Amelia was doing perfect. He gave me 2 different tire prices on 4 new tires. Both were higher than the competing prices for equivalent tires. I said nope, thank you, but I need to find a better deal and started walking out. He immediately said you can get a hundred and fifty dollar mail in rebate on these tires. That stopped me, as Im sure it was untended to. Thats where the company managerial classes come in Im sure. What he told me wasnt the truth at all. I chose to put the tires on, and tried to pay immediately. Not allowed (again, hard to argue that policy, as after everything is finished, I simply trusted that the truth had been told), I would have seen the deceit prior to the tires being installed. So, I get home and find out it was a fifty dollar rebate. He/they will argue that Im misleading in my review. Im not. The only reason I chose to not leave, was price. I was certainly mislead. The rebate is for one fifty dollars for one type, one hundred for another type and fifty for the third. Had I been told my choice was the fifty dollar rebate, Id have left to have the nearby store do them. I have many, many coworkers that will say Im not a liar. Ever. Im 58, and really cant find a reason to. If I were wealthy, Id be fine. But, it was dishonest. Itll be argued by those with the time. Not me. Its simply what happened. I work for a large company and mentioned that I may get a discount for them, salesman said five percent, the lowest by far that Ive ever recieved for working for a company that does that much tire business with them. All true, every word.

I will NEVER return to Les Schwab I would rather WALK than give them any more of my valuable time and or business. They are ONLY concerned with assisting customers that have credit with them and upselling to the consumer. I waited for THREE hours only for them to put tires on I did not approve of and receive an OUTRAGEOUS quote of services I probably dont need!? Im VERY disappointed in how I was treated, even feel discriminated against. On top of all that they dont seem to concerned with the COVID pandemic because no one is wearing a mask or are not wearing it properly.

Friendliest auto repair shop my family has ever encountered. The Walmart auto center turned us down when he had a nail in one of our tires, but ML Les Schwab took us in even though everyone was clocking out when we showed up. On top of that, the repair was fast and well done.

Went in Sat morning, 10:45 am. Needed low tire, flat repair. Left at 1:20 pm. Car was in parking lot for 15 minutes (how long I noticed) before I was checked out to leave. Not once was told that I had a wait time, or that they were real busy. In Ellensburg, the only time I have had to wait this long was for snow tires in a early winter snow storm.

Purchased tires here good tires said that I needed new lateral front and rear tires were 1,500 they told me I shouldnt wait more than 6 months to fix the issue 1.5 months later Im fixing the issue and now they are telling me I need two new front tires because of feathering my question is why didnt they do a alignment for me so that the tires would wear down so bad I feal miss led and ripped off from this location I lived in East Wenatchee for 22 years and never had such a poor experience at a Les Schwab 1500 for tires 908 for repairs and another 500 for two new tires up front because they wouldnt do a alignment.

Usually I talk highly about my local Les Scwab but today I showed up at 8am to get 2/4 tires replaced and alignment taken care of and here it is 11am and im STILL waiting on my car to get a alignment. 30 minutes ago I left with a friend to check out a Open House and it was sitting off to the side of the parking lot. I return back and question whats going on with my car and why its not bein worked on and im still stuck here waiting and I get the run around from Dennis informing me that they are having issues with the alignment before mine when EVERYONE who was here at 8am like I was is gone. Absolutely disgusted with the service here at the Moses Lake Les Scwab team👎
