Prices are really good. RUDE employees in self check out. Crowded between self check out registers...

Lots of good buys and fun stuff to choose from. The downsides were that the employees were very unfriendly and about half of the store wasn’t wearing a mask. They do not try and enforce the masks one bit here, very disappointing and not safe at all.

Prices beat Walmart on most products. Take eggnog(seasonal) for instance 3 dollars at winco 5+ at Walmart. I honestly only buy my food from here cause its cheaper and better selection

It was pleasant, it will take some time getting used to bagging my groceries.

Absolutely a great store, very clean extremely friendly workers, very low prices and when on a budget this is a must visit store. You can buy almost anything you can imagine in bulk and they always have low prices. This is the cleanest and best value store in the area.

I love WinCo. Over all, excellent. I had some trouble finding a few things on this trip, but not enough issue to give a lower rating. I wish they would bring back the pickled okra!

Their prices are always, well usually better than than that big store across the street and usually their associates are much more helpful and nicer. Plus, the store is open and airy and you dont get the sense that youre being run over by other people. The competitor may try and sell you old altered produce, WinCo always has fresh beautiful produce. Highly recommend.

I like WinCo meats and fresh produce the best. Even when I lived in Spokane, no one can best their quality at any price. But its well known that WinCo has great prices.

Great clean grocery store with good variety of foods and produce, bulk foods. Meat selection is limited at times.

The store is really clean and Stocked. Gets pretty busy in the day. I stopped in there at midnight and it was really quite except for the stockers, but they sounded happy to work together as a team and get there jobs done. The bulk items are a great buy. Winco vs Wal-Mart prices well some items are more expensive than Wal-Mart, but winco has some on sell items that are cheaper than Wal-Mart. The meat dept. Is way better than Wal-Mart for sure. Plus Wal-Mart closes at midnight and winco us open 24hrs. The winco plastic bags were really thin, could only put in 3 items in each bag depending on what it was. Plus you sack your own groceries which is fine if you like sacking your groceries the correct way. Plus you know which bags you put certain stuff in together. So its easier to do d when you get home. Only had one checker and he was kinda slow and not very talkative. Maybe thats why he works nights. They do have self check outs. I will be going back but will have to research prices to compare to get the cheapest prices.

It was alright for the most part but some of the workers need to work on their customers service skills few of them were pretty rude.

It is the day before Thanksgiving the store was busy but it was still clean. The workers were courteous and kind the store was fully stocked with everything from Turkey to,pie, to Cool Whip. We could not however, find pumpkin pie spice. The employees were keeping the Bulk Foods in stock. Being the day before a major holiday I was extremely impressed with my visit today. I will return at every opportunity to do my grocery shopping at the Moses Lake WinCo!

I went to Winco today at about 1:30 its a Thursday today best time to shop very very few people the staff is always friendly and the store is always really clean the bathrooms are really clean thats a plus and I find the prices to be very reasonable

Its clean. Everything is where it should be. And there are plenty of choices. Of course the prices are better than anywhere else in town.

I love the good produce and meat selection WinCo has. I shopped at the WinCo in Summer for years before moving to Moses Lake and I was glad to see they had one here. However, no bakery, but I still love their low prices and good quality. Last week I was concerned when I arrived and the parking lot was pretty packed. I thought the store would be crowded and I would have to wait a long time to check out. Surprised that I had no trouble getting around the store and they had lots of checkers open.

Prices are good but lines are long they need more registers open.

A few times I picked stuff up and then wrappers were open. Both from the freezer area.

Usually is fine there I’m not real impressed with having a bag my own groceries in a rush but tonight it was a slow kid on the cash register and he just took a bit longer than I would have lights along with the people waiting behind me and by the way they do not take apple pay 💲for transactions like that except for at the liquor department🤔

Easy way for shopping, when youre getting few items even in the rush hour! Just go on the self checkout area to pay for your items and thats it!

In immunocompromised and I was in the store doing my bi weekly shopping with my wife and the whole time I had a manager follow me down a complete aisle touching everything, not distancing, and she was not wearing her mask correctly. When I tried to say something about it, she was the manager. Gross store and rude employees.

For the most part, the store is great. I wish however that they would make more checkers available, especially during peek hours of shopping. What makes Winco so popular is their lower prices, they do that because you have to bag your own groceries. Some ppl (like myself) arent very quick at bagging, which makes the long wait in line even longer. You have the registers for more than deceration I presume, please USE THEM! !

Always find what I need, and at a fair price. Unfortunately its also extremely crowded most days and checkers can get overwhelmed easily.

It was a normal saturday shopping experience. Busy and everyone in a hurry! The only down fall was the long wait to be check out. Needed more check outs open. Besides that not a bad trip.

Long lines until second cashier

Enjoy having a Winco in town. On Sunday mornings however, there are always lines starting at 8am and 2 cashiers. Today we were 5 or 6 deep in the aisles before they called for help. I had 30 items and was told I couldnt go thru self checkout. I used to be a cashier, it would have been faster.

I used WinCo in Tri Cities LOVED IT. Not so here. Night shopping... IT WAS SO LOUD... FORK LIFT my goodness!! SO LOUD

Usually pretty clean and well organized. 5 stars compared to the Walmart across the street! (theyre way disorganized and its always dirty... Usually takes me twice as long going to the Moses Lake Walmart.)Staff are friendly, were pretty nice even during all of the locking down of things. Could usually find what I needed here even when other stores were sold out of stuff (like flour, sugar, etc.)

I highly recommend WinCo. Their prices, produce and meat selections are great. There is a full deli where you can get a great deal on sliced meats and hot case items. Their bulk section is fabulous for spices and saves a lot of money. Self checkout for speedy service and the customer service is great.

Winco ROCKS!!The people are wonderful...The product is Always stocked...The prices are a little on the high side but actually as good as walmart.Walmart In Moses Lake SUCKS!! BIG TIME.

I love the bulk section at Winco. They do have great prices on most products. What I dislike is when I have too much to want to do self checkout and there are only two check stands open, both at the far end from the exit door. For someone like me who has mobility issues, that feels like a really long walk! They should also have more than one other checker if one is training.

This was the most Frusterating shopping ever. There is only one check out working out of like 15 or so. So I used the self checkout and that drove me nuts. It would fault at every wrong breath. I purchased about 50 items, and the register faulted at me literally 20-30 times, ( unxpected item in bagging area), even when I wouldn’t even do anything. It made me very angry, and for this reason I don’t have any desire to shop here anymore. Please either open more cash registers, or fix those crazy self check outs. Thank you

Would rate zero stars if I could. The store clerk refused me service after being extremely rude to me about my ID. Then the manager also refused me service. I have shopped at Winco for years, and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to.

Super prices on a wide variety of food items. Theres an extensive produce section with a good organic section too. Their bulk food section is really big with great variety. For example: oats, dried shredded potatoes, gummy bears, and pasta. They are open 24 hours.

All the employees were so nice and very helpful.

Great service. Called in order ahead so beat any last minute customers like myself. Took my order over phone half hour before closing. Last was very polite and friendly and sandwiches where done right after I arrived. Store was clean and presentable. The sandwiches were made exactly as ordered and delicious!

I literally come here every day. The staff is amazing.They have an excellent produce department, their meat and seafood department is top notch but my favorite part of all is their bulk food section. From candy to dog food, if you want to scoop it they probably have it

I always like visits to WinCo. Its a shame that up to 1/3 of all patrons still do not wear mask.
