We use the office super store quite often. Sometimes it is better to examine the product rather than online ordering. They are well stocked and usually have what you need. Tech support here has been good for us too.

We were in town to play in the dunes and needed to fax some documents on Friday that were very important. The two ladies in the copy/fax department went above and beyond to get our documents copied and faxed quickly. Will definitely return if ever needed.

Brain, the Store Manager as well as ALL the staff, are AWESOME. As a woman, and you all know what I mean, I go into a place and know I will most likely be taken advantage of. Not ML Staples. I am treated with such kindness and treat with respect. I ask for a product and Im taken to the best product that will fix my need. Not the most expensive. I have had nothing but amazing service there. Love it Love it Love it !!!

Im Mrs. MM--and as a senior citizen, after fighting through traffic, its such a welcome relief to walk into a store where EVERYone is so polite and helpful. I found one shopping cart outside near my car, took it in, they helpfully sanitized it for me. When finished shopping, I left the cart exactly where I found it. (Grateful to have found it out there!) A store employee said shed take it inside for me--I could have hugged her at that point. Always a wonderful experience at this store. We need to patronize our local store, folks, or else it will disappear....sad to say.

Staples in Moses Lake is the only place in town where you should get your computer repaired. Laura and Marcelle Are the 2 finest computer techs That I have ever dealt with. They were very professional, very patient and complete experts at what they do. I cant recommend their services highly enough. Thank you.

Well, a first time for everything here. Ive never written a review before but felt I needed to. Im 19 and getting ready for college. I decided to go into Staples to see what they had for school supplies. I was met at the door and asked what I needed. I told the person and was taken right to where I needed to be. I felt like I was a celebrity. This was an awesome experience. I told my parents and they stated that is the norm there. You will never be alone when you walk in there. Always very helpful my mom said. Thank you Staples for being in Moses Lake.

If there was a no star rating I would have given it to this place. You stay on hold for 20 minutes when you call, and when you finally get an answer its the typical well let me see going back on hold only to be told sorry we dont do that or youll have to call back later. The customer service is non-existent and the people that work there are unhelpful and rude. I will never spend another cent or second in that awful place, your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

Always have what I need and I’m always greeted by someone. AWESOME. If they don’t have what I need, I go online. It’s ok, it’s not the manager’s fault. Especially during this time. I’m super happy with the service from everyone.

I bought a liquid armour product for my new samsung s10 plus. Only reason I bought it was because an employee advertising the product told me that they would be able to replace my screen at no cost within one year of purchase (as long as I save the receipt) if my screen gets scratched up. My phone got all scared up with scratches so I thought Id take them up on their warranty. Turns out theres no such warranty. Staples was able to replace my 20 dollar refund, leaving me with a $365 repair that I now need to deal with. Thanks guys. #falseprophets #scammers

Brian and his staff are amazing! The customer service here is excellent, they are always so helpful. I have to brag about Thomas in the Print and Marketing Services. He was so helpful with a dyi project I was working on. When we printed it was not printing to his satisfaction. He worked with a few of us until we finally got it right. The final project was amazing, I couldnt be more pleased with it. He is very knowledgeable and he was very professional and nice while he was working with us. I hope this store stays open for a long time!

I love using the Copy and Print Center. It makes it easy that I can email what need and have it ready when I get there.As far as the rest of the store goes, the Store Manager Bryan and his staff do a great job at making sure every customer leaves satisfied.

I went to Staples looking for an adapter cable. There were none in the store and no way to configure what was in the store to meet my needs. The Tech Sales Supervisor walked into the back and brought out his personal adapter which he handed to me. When I used it worked perfectly. Sisters buying a new laptop and printer. She kindly asked for some assistance unlocking a computer to look at the PC settings since not all the information is listed on the cards next to the computer. The only employee to acknowledge her glanced at the computer in question then walked away without a word and never came back. She left without a purchase.

Tried to purchase a new power cord for my computer today, a USB – C, very common cord to which I was told that by an employee that Windows computers don’t use that cord. I told the woman that I have two windows computers they both use it, including a Toshiba. She very rudely laughed at me and told me that Toshiba has not made computers in over six years... went to Walmart and got exactly what I needed for half the price. It’s one thing to be uneducated, it’s another thing to spread your false beliefs and laugh at customers who work with computers for a living

I dont understand how people can leave negative comments about a business and think it is funny. I have shopped at this store for many years and I have never received what I perceived to be bad service. Sure they get busy from time to time. Sure they make mistakes on rare occasion. However, the difference is they actually care. If you left without a smile id say its your fault. I have never had an issue that Brian or the staff could not handle or resolve. Keep it up Staples! I am glad you are here in our town.

If I could rate the store any lower I would.Never has what they advertise, even if the website says its ready on this location, sells hard drives but no sata cables.Went in and tried to buy a 240 GB SSD they were advertising, didnt have it, tried buying a hard drive they were advertising on display, didnt have it, keyboard they had on display, didnt have it, g502 mouse on display, didnt have it.Its every time I go into that store.The absolute worst store in Moses Lake, hands down. Havent been here in forever went in looking for a add on usb video card, well not only do they not keep any video cards in stock any more, I was followed around the store like a cat chasing a mouse, I understand there are alot of people stealing from stores, but when you have someone whos well dressed and not all picked out and tweaker status, just browsing the store. I was going to buy a new moniter that they had a great sale on but when they wanna profile me like that im sorry Ill take my business elsewhere.!!
