Great place yo go for random finds and if you need to lease furniture. However, their in store selection never matches what is claimed to be available online. Very frustrating. 😡

I bought my sectional couch here. Had it in perfect condition for over 7 years. It has gone down hill in the last year. Less toys. Less decor. Sad..

Very clean well stocked CoVid rules are enforced. Always wiping. Everyone wears masked. Employees wear gloves also

Love Big Lots. Some great items cheap. Some speedy brands cheap. Some items you can get cheaper at walmart and some items over priced. Depending on what your looking for, you can get great deals.

Had part of what I was looking for.

Big Lots is a very confusing place!!Some items are GREAT!!But a good deal of there items are NOT so well priced for the working stuff.There staff are always helpful, professional and, Shopper friendly. Its pretty much a hit and miss kinda place. But Im glad and Greatful we have a Big Lots Here in town.

They have great furniture at great prices and good customer service.

Good prices and nice helpful cashiers. They were out of a product I wanted so they took my name and number and as soon as it was in they kept one out and called me. It was a couple weeks later but they remembered.

Bought a new mattress very comfortable and reasonable price better then what I could get in other stores or online. But sure didnt want to buy online with it knowing how comfortable it was.

One of the only stores in Moses Lake when you walk in your are greeted. Nice clean store. Friendly cashiers and associates who ask if you need help finding anything. Some pretty good finds. Has a little bit of everything, including Furniture, houseware toys, gardening supplies, cosmetics, food and snacks.

They have some really nice things here but not what I was looking for this particular trip

Really really competitive pricing at this store Walmart is really close to big lots maybe that is why or Id like to think big lots are all like this but Ive only been to this big lots so I cant say. Theres hardly ever lines in Big Lots and if there are they move quickly its a good experience though worth concurrent visits!

They dont have everything but they do have a lot of nice different things there that I like

Not what I need

Certainly no longer surprised at the size of the lots themselves. There can be no one left to argue against the enormity of the lots contained within the hollowed walls of virtually any Big Lots store. The exception that proves this rule would no doubt be the Yakima store. They just lacking every category.

I purchased curtains there in March my curtains did not fit so I attempted to return them the next day and they told me they could not return them because of covid and to return after the crisis was over I purchased a set that fit from them.now they charge me a restock fee?I will not be back.

This place was packed, the clerk was going as fast as she could. Always a great selection of items I need for my business.

Its good and all but I still havent been able to get my body wash, it was only in store once and that was it.

Love Big Lots, would go more often but its almost 30 miles away

Along with having judgmental owners with very little compassion and employees who have been known to try and start fights and try bully customers and once just a passer-by, management persons tend to have very poor attitudes and blatantly discriminate by the way customers look. Would not recommend this store.

Cleaning supplies, hygiene, baby diapers and toiletries are all priced lower than any other store in Moses. When buying just a few items I prefer to go here instead of wal mart. Much quicker and convenient. I bought dishware that was overpriced and the colors all faded. Most of the home furnishings are low quality and expensive. Junk make up and jewelry along with their knock off cologne spray are bad imitations of anything real and these items are strung all over the store making store look cluttered and cheap

I wish they had more cat food selection. They have a variety of products for the home. Make sure to get a big lots card!

Great prices really cool stuff however was wrongfully accused of theft when when shopping there by a very rude judgemental employee and I wasnt shoplifting, when I asked to speak with a manager about the situation some other random employee came up and was very rude to me and the problem was never addressed by an actual manager... I was mortified by the accusation and now Im very hesitant to return to this big lots.

This store has a little bit of everything and fair prices.

They dont bug you wall your looking for stuff and win you need help they send someone your way as fast as they can.
