Theres a lot to find. Price shopping its nice to have an extra place to go. Found some things I havent elsewhere. Got my mom a bathroom suction handle that was pretty cool!

This is a great place to shop for anyone that is serious about trying out different tools or willing to try different things involving tools which I do. For me I can try different things to do during slack times 😜 such as we have been going through. And at good price (just in case I found it was not my forta!).

Not as big as compared to other branches that I have been. But they got what you need and maybe on a bargain price that you are not expecting. Their brand names may not be unheared of but the quality is getting noticed with the affordability. Throwables? I dont think so. I have some of their tools that has been with me and still serving me since 2010.

A good place for manual tools but beware, electrical tools that you return are evidently put back on the shelf! They charge you a restocking fee! Why it should cost me anything to have to return an item that doesnt work is beyond me.

Usually have what I need. Membership helps with the cost of items, plus military discount. Great disposable tool place. Need to carry more items.

Cheap tools are always hand for little one time use projects

Staff is helpful and friendly and store is well stocked. That said, buyer beware! Many of the cheaply priced Chinese tools here are simply not acceptable quality. The pancake air compressor i bought here 2 years ago for 50 bucks died after only a few uses. The power inverter for my truck worked, but just barely, pausing constantly and emitting a shrill sound. Was able to return the inverter for full refund.

They were out of everything I was looking for I was looking for a small pot battery operated roto saw didnt have one when we did find one they didnt have the battery for it they didnt have a car jack that would fit my car they had nothing

Harbor Freight is a welcome addition to a small town that already has all of the other usual big name hardware stores. To be clear, this isnt one of those. You wont find lumber here, or nuts and bolts, or boxes of sheetrock screws. Thats what those other mainstream names are for. What youll find here are tools and accessories at very low prices. I havent had anything fail from here, but as with everything in life, and especially with tools, caveat emptor. That said, I got one of their tabletop blasting cabinets, and so far its been very good.

1st visit to Harbor Freight, clean and well stocked... The employees were amazing, helping me with 2 heavy items... I never touched the items until I got home, they carted the items to the check out, then they loaded them in my pickup truck... I will definitely shop there again...Thanks Harbor Freight... 😎

Need better customer service

Good tools for the home shop. I have my high quality tools at work, and I buy harbor freight for my tools at home I dont use as often, they last a while when used occasionally.

Clean & friendly with good deals to be had.

I own a telecommunication business and came in to buy tools and lights for my crew, we spent over 100 dollars. A caution light for the top of our trucks which we were able to use twice before they just stopped working. The tools we bought we were able to use for a week before they broke apart on the job. They could have had a big account with our companies which are 3 of us who work together over 100 workers but they sell absolute garbage! Avoid at all costs!

They have almost every tool imaginable and lower prices

So many tools so little time. Love all the stuff they have. There is a few things I think they could have more selections of but all in all great place for cheap tools that get the job done.

Great place for tools. Hand tools are decent but electrical tools are basically one time use . So If you want something for one job thats the place to go. Also their toolboxes are really good.

Cheap decent tools, seems like theyre always out of stock on the items that are on sale though, and the website is usually wrong about what they do or dont have in store.

Entire staff looks drugged out and lied to me about their inventory and made me drive three hours for nothing. Was told they had something in stock and when I got there they didnt have it when I specifically asked them to make sure it was in stock. Manager said there was not one thing he could do except for asking me to leave or buy something

While Im glad they had my item to exchange, my in store experience was more than frustrating. None of the employees are wearing masks. Not even the manager. When I asked if they were required to wear masks she simply said yes we are. Will not be going back to a place that cant respect health standards

I needed an air hammer for only one job. Found it here for 15 bucks, worked great!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT :. The normal workers are polite and helpfull but as soon as a manager gets involved everything goes south. Ive spent over 5k there since the store opened and twice tried to return an item that required manager approval only to be declined for some fabricated reason as to why they cant. Last time it was not enough money in the safe to do a 750 dollar return on a titanium welder that worked a total of 10 minutes. I wish they had a competitor so I could take my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed in customer service at checkout. Not normally a complainer but excessive holdup on checkout could have been avoided if there had been at least one employee that gave a damn. Employ people that actually care and can communicate.

Disappointed they dont carry filters for the inverter generator I bought there. Had other items I was going to get but put them back. Now before I buy something else there if they dont carry basic maintenance things like an air or oil filter I just go where I can get both even paying more will save my time and gas and aggravation, almost as bad as stores telling you you have to order that item on line. IF YOU CANT STOCK IT DONT SELL IT...
