They seem to be on the food recall list often. I went back to using Costco and realized how much cheaper Costco food is, and better quality. Driver told me all their veggies and fruit are flash frozen, and yes I fell for it. Then I research flash freezing and felt stupid. I asked them to stop coming to my door but they refused to stop. I didn’t want a paper placed on my door for others to see I wasn’t home. I started ignoring the door when I was home but they still came. Once you sign up they won’t leave you alone.

Route abandonment, never bring full orders, always having to complain to corporate say they will be here then NOT SHOWING UP! We deserve so much better than this, give you false hope, never on time, etc

My Bf was at a friends yesterday and saw one of your trucks and asked when theyd be in his area they told him today around 11 when they didnt show by 12 we called the 888 number an they told us Monday the 21 was his route an we were looking forward to having something for lunch from them an we were disappointed because we were hungry and ended up spending 40$s on pizza because you never showed up
