This is by far the best service experience that I’ve ever had. Cindy and the boys are the most amazing kind and knowledgeable people that I have ever taken my car to. They took the time to explain everything to me. They were courteous they worked hard and they were done on time done for a great price and overall I left feeling very safe in my vehicle. If you want amazing service please check them out. Nowadays everything Is about quantity over quality they were all about quality. This shop is, Again, is by far the best experience I’ve ever had taking my vehicle somewhere please support local business check them out you won’t be disappointed. The service was fantastic cindy is a peach she went above and beyond as all the other people who also work there I am waiting for the weather to break and I will bring my jeep in for tires and brakes buy the way the price I was quoted is better than the dealership I would highly recommended them

Worst customer service we have ever experienced! Both of our tires popped on our pop-up trailer and of course we were only traveling with one spare tire. Viking was literally two minutes from our broken down camper so we brought our tire there to be replaced. The guy working showed us that he had the tire but said he didn’t have time to change it today. We explained that we were stranded on the side of the road and he insisted he was too busy. We explained that we couldn’t wait till tomorrow and we would have to go to another tire place and he told us we would never find that tire anywhere else. We called the next closest tire place called Belknap Tire and Auto Repair, LLC, which was 30 minutes away and not only were they super friendly but extremely accommodating. We drove there and they put a new tire on in five minutes. I will be giving them a five star review! Pretty sad that the guy at Viking couldn’t take five minutes to help us!

They are great job of fitting me in at the last minute and repairing my tire. First rate shop.

Driving though on vacation, tire light came on, knew it was from screw in tire, pulled into this place. People were AMAZING...back on road in no time and price was right and we felt confident they took good care of us.
