Just bought my new boat from Independent Marine Services. Janice and John are incredible to work with and go the extra mile for their customers. I traveled in from CT and had several questions and needed to coordinate services remotely which were all handled perfectly. The entire staff were professional and helpful in making sure all was setup and I was ready to go. I highly recommend them.

I stored both my boats there this year, great facility and great staff with very reasonable prices. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Amazing and fast service! We where able to get our boat back out on the lake in no time. Highly recommend anyone to have their boats worked on here and the storage is also amazing all indoors for a really fair rate

This company has very poor service. Takes more then a day to get parts looked up. Apparently they dont have a way to take up complaints with the owner.. You as a customer mean nothing to them. They just want your money. I would not recommend to anyone. Save the hassle go else wherw.

This company lack in professional customer service and care of their clients. I recommend highly to go elsewhere.Details: Boat was dry docked by this marina and we were told to call at least two weeks ahead of time to ensure we provided enough time to request the boat be put in the water. Called. It rained for a few weekends and weather was not great for boating so we didnt make the 1 hr 1/2 drive to the boat for a few weeks. (Was to be put in May 15th) On June 9th we went to take the boat out for the day and got to the dock to find out the boat was never put in.CALLED- and explanation was sorry they had a lot of client issues arise and they were unable to put it in the water. That they were too busy to put it in the water that week but would work on it. Requested a call from the owner. - NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM OWNER OR MANAGER.Went on weekend of June 15th to take boat out for the day, was confirmed it was put in the water, but not because I received a call from the Marina, but from the hotel I dock at. My boat was put into the wrong slip.I went to take it out and then move the boat to the correct slip - and my motor was down, and the battery left on. My boat battery was dead.I also inspected my boat as I was charged for cleaning and wax- and there was a bag of grapes that apparently was left from prior season- STILL rotten and molded and the boat was not cleaned.I called the Marina and they were closed. We drove an hour and half to not be able to take the boat out.I left a message for the marina and requested a call from the OWNER or MANAGER. No return call.I called this morning and was provided the worst customer service.I was suddenly told about an open invoice I wasnt aware of from last year. ( My problem? no, I should have been invoiced). I was also told what I hadnt been explained- was that they dont deliver the boat to the dock, I needed to be there. ( My problem?? no).That the battery dying was my fault and they would not come and charge it, since they didnt charge me for putting it in the water and bringing it to the wrong dock.I never spoke with the OWNER. It was the MANAGER who Im pretty sure- is losing business for this marina all around.HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go elsewhere. Avoid the frustration, the rudeness and the waste of $$$. You use a marina for this for convenience. The boating season is quite short in NH.

GREAT PEOPLE! Couldnt ask for a better company

I wont bore everyone with all the details, but I purchased a used 25 hp outboard motor from Independent Marine, and had a very disappointing experience. My guess is that if I had bought an expensive new boat, perhaps I may have been treated differently, but I did not - I bought a used engine for which I paid top dollar. I will not return to Independent Marine - unless they want to take back the motor.

Great service and very knowledgeable. We get our boat winterized and serviced there every season.
