Exelent resource for state of the art communications equipment

I had to call several times before I get a response. I was told I would get a quote by a certain date and I had to call back to get it. Once I got the quote, I called back to ask some questions and no one has called me back. So. I will not be using their service. I am afraid with the service I received so far if there is a need for emergency repairs it will be delayed or forgotten about.
