There’s lots of variation in the products they sell, and of course very friendly and helpful staff! Especially the feline employee known as Shrek, who is an absolutely legendary cat.

Over the summer, I did not have to enter the store, but really enjoyed the deliveries to the car. Also, while buying plants and soil/compost outside, the staff were extremely helpful. The safe-distance setup was great. All staff wore masks and gloves which made me feel more comfortable shopping there.

Once I figured out the website all went well. I was notified that the order was received, I was notified when the order was ready. I was greeted by a friendly worker who helped put the order in my car. I would do this again.

They have a lot of what I needed in stock, the cashiers were friendly. The only issue was I needed help in plumbing and I couldnt find anyone for help. I am sure its a covid staffing problem that will get better.

Ordering online is quick and easy. Notice to pickup order usually happens within the hour and sometimes minutes!! Unlike the hardware store down the street that literally takes days to fill an online order.

Great store. Huge garden center. Plants are great quality. Large section of feed for all sizes of animals. This store has just about everything. The best part is the two cats that live there. It makes it such a fun experience. Workers are knowledgeable and great too.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The paint department does a great job matching colors and helping you find the right paint to the job. You can count on this store to have seasonally specific items (garden in the spring, pellets in the winter). And the two store cats are worth the trip for the kids!

So Im building a go kart and I needed a master link for the chain, I went to 7 different places and Aubuchon was the only one that had one! And all the employees are super nice too!

They always have just what I need

Finding an employee in the store when I have a question is always easy. I did ask this visit where to find something and the employee I asked knew exactly where it was and even walked me over to it. Excellent customer service!
