I provide IT services for Halls Manufactured Homes and the owners and staff are great people. One can only imagine, that customers could expect to find the same great people.

Not a very professional experience at all. The company didnt have the capitol to finish the house that several people was looking at. I went through a very lengthy process of getting approved as well as getting proof from the IRS of how my money was made. Finally after going through the process of getting approve the business made me wait a few week to start the process of finishing the home I was approved for. The workers did not work on the home at the time they said they would be working. I reached out to General Manager and he advised me that I had not put anything down on the home and didnt realize I wanted the property so in the same day I took the entire down payment for the loan. After the payment was submitted, the manager order the remaining items to finish the home and still did not finish the home within the time frame that was given to me. I did one final follow up call to get an exact date the house would be available to be place on the land that I have ownership of and the Manager advised to me to come and get my check that I paid on the home. He also told me that was I was asking was a slap in his face and is choosing not to do business with me any longer. The manager had a very belittling attitude due to my preference of who I was and I deeply feel I was discriminated against as well as treated like someone that didnt have the proper resources to purchase a home from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! All of this in addition to having several sales people, regional manager as well as several General managers reach out to me to reassure everything would be ready and finished within a timely manner. THIS IS NOT A CONSUMER FRIENDLY BUSINESS AT ALL; especially to my people of other colors. BEWARE, they will use your money and then rudely refund it after their promises are brought to life.

The lot model homes are set up and staged professionally and give you a good idea of how furniture will fit into the room and home. The homes have many standard features that are considered upgrades on other manufacturers, and their prices are slightly higher to reflect this. The quality of building here does feel more like a stick built home when you walk inside. This dealership has more flexibility with changing floorplans than others did, so if you are looking to customize a home I would recommend this place.

I recently purchased a home from Halls Manufactured Homes. I had a pleasant experience working with all the employees who were always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to do whatever they can to see you get the home you want. Highly recommend if you’re in the market.

They have excellent service from the owner of Halls down to all of his wonderful team. We are very pleased with our choice to do business with this caring group of people. We love our new home!

Would not let my husband and I look at homes alone so we could discus what we did and didnt like about each home, we will not be purchasing a home where we are not allowed to look at the homes alone....coming from a customers point of view this policy needs to change asap, no-one wants to walk and look at homes with a salesperson walking with you the whole time and talking about Stuff, could not even enjoy the experience or think at all...not a good way to make your customers feel. Im just saying!

People here are very nice, patient and attentive. Their models are beautiful. A bit on the expensive side tho

After much prayer and fasting we decided not to purchase a home though this business. Whether miscommunication, or the owner not realizing what was actually happening at the properties he was handling, I cannot say. However, the owner did reach out to me and put forth an acceptable effort to rectify our displeasure with the situation. The reason for the rating is because our interaction with one of his salesmen was unpleasant,, making me so uneasy that I cannot justify giving a five star rating.

I wouldnt advise anyone to do business with them! They sell false promises and do not deliver on their products. How is this place still open? Maybe they should be reported to a regulatory agency for their practices. Everyone has been advised at this point, purchase with caution.
