Could not help with my phone told insurance is going to cost me $175 more and must go to where plan was opened.I pay over $350.00 for my family plan w/insurance fees and stuck with a bad phone.Go some where else this store only good first time service - not Verizon service center.

My rating of the Mound Verizon Wireless location could not be rated because it would have been LESS THAN ZERO by a long shot! They give Verizon a BAD NAME!!The manager is very rude, interrupting his sales person Justin, during our transaction several time. The manager does not listen when the customer declines to buy his suggested products! He was told three times, I was not interested and yet still went on about how I should buy them. Then after that, he went on to offer even more promotional items with even higher price tags!We had to PAY for a new SIM card ($10.72) so my husband’s phone number could be transferred to my old phone, I was upgrading from. Then they wanted to charge us $9.99 to transfer the contacts from his old phone (Pantech) to my old phone (HTC One M8) which he was upgrading to. Not only this, when we got home we discovered the 32Gig MicroSD card had been removed (stolen) from my old phone (HTC One M8).How to we prove this? We can’t. However, we know it was there when Justin took my HTC One M8 to switch out the SIM card so my husband could start using the phone through Verizon. This would have been when Justin stole the MicroSD card. I bet Justin and perhaps his manager too, enjoy a little side income, selling the stolen MicroSD cards they are stealing right from under their customer’s noses! Not to mention the data breach and security risk occurring if the data on the cards is used!I will NEVER go back to this location again, unless my 32Gig MicroSD card is replaced. PERIOD!This has been reported directly to Verizon Wireless as well!
