MI brought my motor, under warrantee, into MinneSoftub over a month ago and they dont even knw where it is! now!! They also wont give me any contact information so I can find it myself. I had purchased the new premier softub, my 4th one over 25 years .Beware, there seems to be a big problem with this company...Steve Conway

All MinneSotftub wants to do is to sell tubs period. They will give you no service if you have a leaking tub. I had to call another dealer in Wisconsin who was nice and helpful unlike the owners at MN softub. Do not deal with these people.

I bought my softub at the state fair as an impulse buy and it was such a good decision! Three years later and I still sit in it almost every night! Wonderful customer service (although luckily rarely needed) and the product has been easy to maintain and makes my aches and pains vanish - everyone should get one!

Terrible, terrible service. I spoke with Scott in the office and told him exactly what was going on. He told me to come in and he would take the motor down stairs and see if he could fix it. I drove 2 hours, which he knew I did. When I arrived he said he didnt have time to look at it and he probably couldnt fix it and didnt wanna waste his time period he suggested I buy a new one for $900. Do not waste your time period

Purchased a hot tub from this company at the fair. Worked fine for a year and then started getting water leaking out of the inside of the tub. Asked about service under their warranty and was turned down. The person I dealt with was abrupt, impersonal, and difficult to work with. I will not recommend a purchase from this company. Ended up taking the hot tub to another distributor in Red Wing that I found on Soft Tubs website. $800 in repairs out of pocket after owning it for a year but now it is in good shape and working well no thanks to MinneSoftub.

I bought my second Softub From MinneSoftub at the Minnesota State Fair after having my first Softub for many years. I LOVE my Softub! I felt very comfortable buying my second Softub from Jim as he was the same salesman that I bought my first one from many years ago. Over the many years when I needed anything (Chemicals) or just had questions He was always very helpful and very quick at sending my supplys. Jim is very knowledgeable about the Softub and has always helped me when I needed help. I highly recommend MinneSoftub.
