Ive been a Verizon customer for 10 years and Amy at Verizon is the best sales consultant Ive worked with. She was a huge help to me and my family. She saved us $40 a month by switching us off paperless billed, and helped get my iPhone setup exactly like I wanted it. I wish I would have gone to her sooner. Her superior level of customer service, and knowledge of cell phones and cell phone planes is unmatched in this industry.

This my experience from Thursday 6-11-20. I came in to pay my bill. The associate ask me to step behind the red line we step be hide the line but I noticed there was a white man sitting at another counter being waited on inside of the red line without mask or any kind of face covering. I didnt say anything to the associate. I just payed and left. I was glad to have a Verizon store open.

Amy helped me select a phone and did all the transfers. But the best part was the patience and time she took with me. I’m older and needed all of her generous attention. I would never have been able to be secure with this phone without her. And even on the second day she was glad to see me.

I came in with a problem on an old phone. Amy was very helpful and tried to restore my old phone. We discovered that my five year old phone was basically dead. She was extremely helpful in helping me to select a new phone that will work for my needs. She even went the extra mile when I could not remember my passwords. I must say that even without much help from me she patiently persisted making sure I received everything I need. Explanations were clear and succinct. This will be my store from now on because of the service I received from Amy.

Amy was outstanding in providing numerous options on phones and proved to be one of the most technically competent professionals that we ever had the opportunity to work with. My wife and I are both in healthcare and depend on our phones. My wife is also a Colonel in the military and needs instant access to data. Amy’s approach was stellar in porting of two numbers, covering applicable discounts, and making sure all of our needs were met. She has also assisted in two subsequent visits on downloading of info and answering specific billing questions plus arming us for the future. Candidly, we agreed her customer service surpassed anything we had seen in years in any domain. Cellular Sales is fortunate to have Amy as a leader.

We could not have gotten better customer service than we did from Amy. I was using a different cell phone service provider, and my husband had always had Verizon. We knew we wanted to get on our own plan together, but we had just been putting it off since typically those kinds of things are a headache to deal with. Amy greeted my husband and I along with our 14 month old son with the kindest most empathetic welcome as we had had quite a morning. Amy made the switch over to Verizon so easy even when I couldn’t remember my code that I do ALL the time to get into my phone. Came into the store to Mtn Brook to purchase a new iPhone. . I had the best experience! Amy helped me to understand about each phone and I chose the one I thought suited me. She took her time and helped me to set up the phone and explained it all to me with such patience! I will definitely come to this Verizon store to purchase an iPad which is in need very soon! After ordering a phone online, paying for next day shipping and still one week later with no phone I called this Verizon. Amy answered the phone and has been absolutely AMAZING!! Those of us in customer service fortunate enough to reopen after Covid19, are slammed. Everything retail is slammed. Amy is the queen of multitasking. My issues are now on their way to being resolved thanks to Amy!!

I specifically came to this location because I knew the staff that I wanted to work with would be available. This is the second of three visits I’ve made to Verizon in the last 4 months. Once again, the staff hit it out if the park. We enjoyed immediate attention and the service was impeccable. The staff answered all my questions, offered ways to maximize the value in my account, and I will leave the store very satisfied. Technical expertise, well communicated knowledge, friendly service and all of it delivered fast and efficient. That would be fine enough but the staff repeats this A+ service every time I visit. I came into the Verizon Store in Mountain Brook simply for information about pricing on my account. When I walked in all of the reps were busy but I was still greeted and told that they would be with me as soon as possible. After only waiting about 2 minutes, I talked with a rep about my bill and he found a couple of ways that I could lower it and let me pick the best option for me. He ended up saving me so much money that I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone with him and he made my new one look exactly like my old one and transferred ALL of my information; he even stored his number in my phone if I had any issues down the road. I would recommend anyone going into this store, they really do a great job and I never felt pressured to buy, he gave me the information I waned and let me choose.

Be careful when you purchase a phone from this company. Lots of double talk. Make sure you have them walk you through every step of what you are paying for. Beware of hidden fees and payments. This is my second issue with them. Shame on me. Not again. Once you purchase there is no understanding or accountability on their part and they will not make it right.

When I tell you that I came into the store flustered, that is an understatement. I dont have wifi at home or a home phone, so my cell phone is my lifeline. Well, it stopped working. All it was saying was searching for SIM card. I couldnt call or send/receive texts. The time wasnt even right, so I couldnt use it for my alarm! The representatives at the store were so friendly even though they were supposed to close in 5 minutes. She was extremely patient with me and used every measure possible to troubleshoot my phone. After 30 minutes of attempts, there was no fixing my phone. I just knew that there wasnt an upgrade available on my account. After looking through a few options on her screen though, the representative was able to provide me with a solution! I walked out with a new phone. The representative was very nice and thoughtful for staying late with me. Thank you for always going the extra mile to ensure that your customers are overly satisfied.

Have rarely felt as brushed off in a retail experience as I did at this location recently. After a 45 minute wait (which granted, was no fault of staff), my questions about possibly changing my plan were met with terse responses to the point that it seemed as if I was bothering the rep with them. You KNOW, you can do this in the app... was repeated a few times. After blazing me through a single (and miscalculated, he tells me at the end) option, he stands up, loudly asks a question to a rep across the room, and walks away. Probably sat for a full minute confused before I realized that that was my dismissal. This location seems to get almost all positive reviews, so maybe I just hit the 1/10 professionalism anti-jackpot with my visit, but I wouldnt recommend visiting here near closing time. Reps seem ready to bolt.

I have had every cellular provider possible. I have dealt with so many different in store employees. No one can compare to Tyler Roy at Verizon and the performance he provides as a sales representative! I had AT&T and wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone but I heard Tyler went to Verizon so automatically I switched everything I have to Verizon the same day I found out! He is amazing!!!!!!!!

I wanted to share with Verizon corporate the excellent service I experienced with Lee M. I went to your Homewood store to purchase a phone for my son. I ended up purchasing a new iPhone for me and giving my son my iPhone 5. Without going through a long sordid history, I had problems retrieving my previous contacts. I got Apple involved but also Lee when beyond the usual sales representatives and made numerous follow up calls to me to make sure my problem was resolved. A very very good experience with Verizon.
